Exceptional beer with great variety. Perfect place to go with a couple of friends, do pre drinks or just have a casual catch up. Food could improve, however the week specials/deals are very good for the price.

Huge range of beers on tap and in the fridge, all craft and quality beers and a good range of quality spirits accompanied by a menu that favours quality over quantity. We have been here a couple of times now, and have enjoyed ourselves both times. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable about the beers and spirits on offer and the venue itself has a nice cosy feel.

Love this place. It's starting to become my go to for a quiet couple of drinks with mates or work colleagues. The BEST selection of craft beers on tap that constantly changes. I've had some of the best IPA's there which are pretty hard to find. The staff are knowledgeable about the drinks and helpful. It has a bit of a grungy/hipster vibe and is very chilled. It's nice and spacious so you don't feel cramped. Great big high tables made from old sleepers by the looks. Great for a get together with a bunch of mates, or a quiet drink one on one. Usually the music isn't overbearingly loud so you can have a sensible conversation without having to yell. The food is fairly standard pub grub but fine. Also have a big selection of gin, whiskey, and craft beers in cans as takeaways. This is a bit of a hidden gem. If you're a craft beer lover do yourself a favour and get down there (I suggest you catch a taxi cos you'll want more than one!).

Awesome bar with a huge selection of local beer and international craft beer. The interior is decked out and looks great, food is always tasty. They even have a back area with booths and more tables. Definitely recommend you visit. Edit: following up a year later. Still come to this venue and always have a great experience. There is a nice range of takeaway beers available for purchase as well which is great to see. Meals are still great and staff are very helpful when recommending beers to suit your tastes.

Went down to the Dutch Trading Co on a Wednesday night for dinner and it was a great experience. We did not attend the quiz night but it was popular with plenty of people in attendance. The venue had a great aesthetic and the beer wall of fame was impressive. The range and quality of beers on offer was great although a few had run out. My burger was really tasty although it was expensive for the size.

Staff were helpful and friendly, venue was clean and plenty of seating available. Food was well below expectations for price. Whilst presented well, the portion sizes were minuscule. 3 prawns for $20 seemed a little outrageous, especially when they hadn't been properly de-veined. Chips and burgers seemed more on point for asking price.

Best known for their craft beer selection the Dutch Trading Co. caters for all kinds of folk and have a decent food menu too. Conveniently located on Albany Highway, it’s worth visiting for a cruisy late arvo Sunday Sesh.

First class line up of beers!! I was there in winter and am a bit of a fan of dark beers in the cooler weather. There are plenty to choose from and some real beauties! The decor is pretty cool and it feels warm and inviting inside. The venue is bigger than it first looks with another seating area out the back. The staff are nice and friendly and helpful in guiding you to the right beer for your taste. The food is good and hearty. Definitely worth a visit or two!!!

Uber trendy and funky with an amazing selection of beer. 18 on tap today from WA, Australia and Internationally. Lovely ciders too. Food is delicious too and quite reasonably priced although the beer is quite expensive. Great kids play area out the back for the ankle biters also. Well worth a look.

Large selection of drinks available with over 20 beers on tap. The food was nice but not overly remarkable with the burger not as juicy as one would hope and the chicken burger a bit on the smaller size. Overall we would go back for the beverages and good atmosphere.

A constantly changing tap list makes this one of Perth’s best beer bars. Grungy venue that also has a solid food menu (the burger special is 👍), its handy for public transport with a bus stop just outside the front door and a train station a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Big hype before going, had been wanting to go for a while but dissapointed. The tap list was not as good as other weeks and the Smash Burger was dry and lacking in flavour, although grumpy old man behind the bar was a downer the other 2 staff were more up for a chat and a joke. Free pool on a Tuesday and board games were plus, enjoyed the lucky dip take away beers for 5 or 10 bucks.

Good food, great selection of beers and whiskeys that are rarely found elsewhere (you can go and buy a decent Japanese whiskey at 1am from the bottle shop!). Decent quiz nights, family friendly with a sand box, slides and childrens toys etc out the back. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Been here some time ago. We visited this bar because we heard about the play area. They have a small outside area for kids, my 7 years old was bored within the first hour, but my 5 yo daughter enjoyed it. Maybe it's a good pub, just not for as much for families as we though. We didn't find the food so spectacular, there was quite limited option. It's also quite pricey.

Would love for this place to be really good but it just falls short. Beer range is awesome but way too expensive. There are other pubs along the Albany Highway cafe strip that do just as unique craft beers for a fraction of the cost. Some staff can be quite blunt and seem disinterested, it may not be on purpose but it's not a great look for someone working in hospitality. Food was ok but again things like the burger aren't cheap and don't come with any sides, it's literally just a burger. Has been about 12 months between visits for me and safe to say it will probably be the same again before I return.

Food is reasonably priced and the menu changes often. Can't say enough positive things about this place. The owner is friendly and a big name in the craft beer scene which helps him get things you wont see anywhere else in WA. They also do takeaway cans and bottles if you want to take something home with you. Definitely worth a visit if you've never been.

Huge selection of beers and nice interior. The burgers we had (brisket and chicken burgers) were very filling and included lots of meat. The chicken burger was a bit too sweet for my liking and the brisket burger needed something sweet or tangy to balance the flavour. The chips were way too salty for me. 4 star rating based on drink selection. The food and food pricing let it down.

Food was good, but with the name was expecting more Dutch beers rather than boring Perth microbrewery rubbish. Good if you like ipa. The single pilsner on tap I'd describe as tasting more like a lager. Staff were very friendly and helpful though, just let down by the narrow beer selection. Maybe some Dutch cold meats with cheese would go well with some bold euro tasting beer? Melbourne can manage this just fine..

The place is set up really nicely. They have a huge range of beers on tap and they have the potential to be a really nice bar. The drink prices are quite expensive, which would be alright if it wasn't for the grumpy unlikable staff who seemed to not want to be there / talk to patrons. We would have stayed and had food otherwise. I dont think I will ever voluntarily visit here again. Try Decanter about 100m up the road.

Definitely one of the best craft beer bars in WA always have a great selection of beers. Find some of the staff bit snobbish but definitely understand why as they are all very knowledgeable with the different beers on tap but most are really friendly and give great recommendations 👍

Dtc is a favourite of mine . The beers are great and the staffs knowledge of them is as good. Its got a vibe thats low key but a ton of fun and patron's are very open and happy to socialize.

This place always delivers. Huge selection of drinks and the bar staff are very knowledgeable. The food is good, albeit small for a pub. If you like pub atmosphere and fancy wine, you'll love this place.

This place shows a great deal of promise, with arguably one of the finest and most expansive beer menus in the city. What probably let things down a bit for me was the fact that the tap beer was served in a brandy balloon - why? Added to this I wasn't really blown away by the food or the venue setup. I would certainly recommend the beer menu though - exceptional!

Great selection of beer, nice food. Got treated like a criminal when i asked what small, medium and large meant when ordering a beer. If you're going to break the standard at least say how many mls are in your glass sizes.. 🤷‍♀️

Very much for those into craft and international beers. They have a large selection of beers on tap. Bar staff are friendly and i found it a very casual atmosphere and pretty easy going. Beers are not cheap however but that is to be expected especially when dealing with smaller (probably boutique) breweries. Have not tried any of their foods but it looked ok.

We went to this place around 2 months ago for Lunch and the staff was fantastic, the beers were good. We decided to take our staff there for our Christmas work function. It didn't seem the same place we had been too a few weeks before, the beer was still good but the staff were quite rude towards us when we were ordering drinks. Went to have a few beers and eat a few burgers with a few friends, and it turned into a whole lot more! Staff were welcoming upon arriving; beer selection was ace; menu was simple but to the point. A table mix-up combined with our air-headedness saw a lot of double-ups of food end up being eaten at our table which no one had actually ordered, and the staff were awesome upon discovering the mistake and our gluttony. Great vibe, nice live music, will definitely go back, even without the free food ;) Double Cheese Burgers are choice. Thanks team!

The last time I went here, it was pretty disappointing. I had friends visiting from Singapore and I thought we should try this place because of the reviews. There wasn’t that many people there so they only had 2 bar staff which made the process of ordering a drink a very long one. I was on the verge of just walking out because they were so slow. The beer selection however is a definitely a 5 star, but the atmosphere and customer service were very disappointing. In saying that, maybe they were having on off day so I will give it another go and will review again.

Ordered food after, confirmed table number 11, and she delivered to the other table saying mistakenly, she corrected and gave me the attitude "so this is the order for 11 you said was table 12" . Sorry if there was a miscommunication but don't take it personally. Just deliver the food.

Enjoyed a Sunday night dinner here. Food was awesome - my fiance and I shared the waffle chicken burger, dirty fries and chicken wings. Servings are a good size, we couldn't eat it all. The chicken waffle burger was amazing and the chips have a great spice seasoning. As a recent initiate to beer drinking, I favour sour and gose style beers almost exclusively and I was impressed with their range of on tap beers. The Sierra Nevada Otra Vez is a favourite of mine and it was great to have it from the tap as I've only ever had bottled. Also really enjoyed the Pineapple sour - very refreshing on a hot summer evening. Beers come in various sizes or can be purchased to take off premises (bottle shop). Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, giving us great info on beers available as well as upcoming events that we might enjoy based on our beer sections. Live entertainment was great, during our visit a solo female guitarist/vocalist who did some nice covers. My only gripe - and boy it is a small one - was that the larger tables seemed to be all high with metal bar stools which become really uncomfortable after a while. We were in a group of eight and it was a tight squeeze even though there were four chairs to a side. Still - this is well worth enduring for such amazing delights for the taste buds. Will absolutely be back!

Really good music, really great beers, it is a bit expensive though. Other craft beer places are cheaper. Editing my review as on 14.12.19 we were served by some unhelpful staff. One guy was very rude, not only to me but by other people I was with. Second staff member didn't know anything about beer, he must be new so I'll cut him some slack, but the other guy was not very nice. He might have been having a bad day, but don't take it out on your customers. It was the 14th December, I had put Oct, it was a male. And the other guy with the moustache wasnt good.

Booked a few tables out the back for a birthday party! We were placed right by the back door (as requested) which leads to the kids sandpit which was awesome as we knew exactly where and what the kids were upto all the time! The function menu was well priced and delicious! The chicken sliders were a big hit with our group aswell as the brisket although the timing of the delivery of the food could have been a bit quicker as it was almost 2 hours from the first lot of food until the last which was a tad long when its dinner time and people have been drinking for a few hours already! Apart from that i would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a few drinks and food who have younger children without having to leave the suburbs!

It feels like it was slightly undercooked.

Craft beer. Lots of it. Plenty of brews to put hair on your chest, not many choices for the less adventurous. Food ok but really only there as an adjunct to the beers.
