Bright and beautiful the night I went.
Quite during the week, but this place jumps on the weekend and Thursday Friday night.
Based upon any Irish Pub you can imagine with occasional live music
Gigs, and a kick arse pool table .
Loved the atmosphere :)

Beautiful pub with amazing atmosphere and music, steak sandwich is easily in the top amongst Perth. As well as some of the nicest staff around. If you want a place to vibe with and catch up with friends then look no further.

Favorite place in Perth !
The atmosphere is amazing and the food is super delicious. Especially the Sunday roast.
All of the staff there are super friendly.
Definitely worth a visit.

I was really saddened when Rosie's announced they were closing down, with another large group taking over the premises.
But since visiting this weekend I've been very pleased with how the refit has been handled.
All the Irish memorabilia remains, the booths and tables have been given some needed TLC, the old carpet is gone and the place feels a lot more open, likely due to the fresh coat of paint and the bar being more open.
The tap prices have gone up, ranging from $11 to $14 a pint - but they now have a massive range of Irish Whiskey's and other spirits at pretty reasonable prices.
Food remains pretty reasonably priced and tasty, with plenty of the old favourites still available.
If Rosie's was your old haunt, you'll still feel at home :-)

They had my fav beer brand on tap and it was delicious. Friendly staff too, quite a nice place.

Great irish pub, friendly staff and good service. Came for the Sunday Roast, which was delicious and a very large serving. Really enjoyed the meal and a pint of Guinness!

Guinness was a 7/10, not too bad. Bit too much head at first. Was pretty quiet last time I went in on a Friday night around the bar area
A. L.
Solid parmi $22 +2 for curry sauce on the side. Even though the parmi was on the chips there was no problem with crispiness. Highly recommend!

The service was great and we especially enjoyed the young Irish barman sharing his recommendations and stories from back home. The Irish Coffee and the pate were both unexpectedly amazing! Must tries in my opinion. He also recommended the soup but we were full by then, so next time.

Pleased to see this iconic pub cleaned up. Looks like a beautiful new bar and the old stinky carpets are gone. Food was great. Hubby had the fry which was ample. I had the chicken burger in a non brioche bun yay. Hate those things. We had a few drinks and I had one of their cocktails - misty marmalade!! Wow the presentation was magical. There was a bubble on the top and when it broke there was the mist. A little sour for my palate but excellent presentation. Great staff, nice buzz in the place. Well done guys

Awesome joint! Best proper pub in Perth. Lavish Habits strikes again.

Great bar. Atmosphere is the greatest but can also depend on who's there or how drunk the Irishman paddy is.
They have got all the Irish tap beers etc and mixed drinks at the right price.

All my favorite hard to get food in one place, and it is good food.

Great place for a quiet drink and a meal.

Upgrade of bar looks great, and thankfully that bad smell went with the old fittings. Bar staff could be alittle more attentive. Stood at bar for service for too long, keep serving people at the front, they should learn to work around each side of the bar not just the front.

Preferred Rosie's vibe. Depends what you like, it's quieter and lighter. I preferred it darker and louder.

It’s great to see that the new owners have given this Perth staple bar and home of many over the years a new face lift. It is bright and airy, clean and slightly modernised whilst still keeping that Irish charm. The food was lovely, we had calamari, chips and curry sauce, a favourite of mine from the homeland, and they were very tasty. I cannot fault the staff either, extremely friendly, welcoming and top class customer service. I would feel very comfortable heading in there by myself or with a group of people. Go raibh míle maith agat :)

We had a great few nights at Johnny Fox's conveniently located close to Fringe Activity. Great to see this end of Northridge get a facelift! Live music and a wonderful atmosphere with a community vibe.
The drinks menu has it all and tailored to Perth heat with a delicious cold Irish Coffee! The menu is simple and tasty with bacon and cabbage to McLaughlins bangers and mash. There is something for everyone and the food service is quick.
Ideal for a group, solo for a chat or families it's lovely to see an Irish and an Aussie come together to create a venue that is inviting and a slice of home.

New ownership has done well. The place needed a good face lift. Now it looks good again and the vibe is back. Worth a visit.
