The place was surprisingly kid friendly even though there were many bucks and hens parties coming and going in bus loads. The beers have been quite good so that was no problem. Cocktails seem to be made well. The food looked delicious and the $65 platter which is quite generous feeding 4 moderate eaters. The BBQ ribs and pulled pork sadly was dry and was over compensated with sauce. The kids play ground could do with some more safety guard rails in some places for the younger kids. And a great time saver wouls be to set up ordering through an app rather than standing in big lines.

Fantastic venue, excellent selection of beers and great selection of food. My only criticism is I wish they had pan fried the haloumi in my haloumi taco! Thats traditionally how haloumi is served and what my friends (who also ordered haloumi) and I were expecting to recieve. Regarldess, I would return for more beer and food :)

Booked for 7pm on Saturday night for the kids eat free special, the kind lady at the bar was amazing i must say, she explained the beers and ciders to me as i was unsure and had no problem helping me out as it was my first time here, she informed me of the kids drinks and how they are free with the meal, small chat goes a long way to make someone feel comfortable at a restraunt and especially at a bar with two young kids, i asked her on her experience as she was doing an amazing job to only find out she’s been there for 3 months!! Was such a lovely manager as she made my kids feel welcomed with options of drawing or colouring in and suggested she would get paper for them to draw if needed. She brought us cutlery when asked where was and the food was amazing!! Although it did seem she wasn’t given much help from staff. Will definitely be back !!!

Called to make a booking yesterday and was told we wouldn’t have to as the valley was quiet 🤫 we arrived and were alarmed to find hardly any tables available and the only available table was inside near the front door - we proceeded to queue to order our lunch and a swarm of rowdy young adults on a party bus decided they could all jump in front of us…I motioned over to the bouncer and he was able to quickly see my facial expression and asked us to move to the front of the queue to order. Honestly this guy is an asset to your brewery !! Thank you. My son in law has severe food allergies and his burger wasn’t meant to have cheese alas it HAD cheese … a few moments later it was made again for him but they forgot the tomato sauce … (I realise the kitchen was totally under the pump) the other meals were good and pork belly is always delicious. Our table was filled with empty plates and flies were Rampant.. every one walked past without looking or clearing our tables. It really put a damper on our normally enjoyable experience here. We would have ordered more drinks but decided against it.

Went on a weekend and it was packed but to my surprise Kitchen did deliver our meal on time. Can be quite noisy but that’s because everyone’s enjoying their Beer, you can always ask to be seated outside if you want it to be a little more quiet. Some staff are a bit abrupt but some are really friendly and helpful.

Stopped by for lunch but only ordered a platter to share since we weren't that hungry. The chip were nice and crispy and had good seasoning. We ordered the bites platter and the best thing on it aside from the chips was the pork belly. They also had a bit of selection for beers but was quite expensive.

Great choice of craft beers and food was delicious, both the Wagyu burger and bao pork buns were juicy and cooked to perfection. The only thing stopping me giving it 5 star was that they didn't do tastings of beer before 4pm so no paddles or tasting before you buy a pint which I thought was pretty average if you didn't know much about the beers, lucky I've already tried most so there was only two beers I haven't tried before but for someone that hasn't had any, could be invited of trouble and end up buying a pint of beer that they didn't really like

Two mates and myself stopped her on our way through Swan Valley Brews and our minds were blown! Whoever is in charge of the food here deserves a pay-rise! Amazing! I had a yummy summer ale and friend had the cider which she wasn't too impressed by.. BUT the Food! We were headed for lunch elsewhere (Feral - which disappointed) so only had the pork belly bites - I can't say enough of good things about this food! Will be back soon for more. Mash Brewing hosted my 60th birthday party back in May. Couldn't praise them enough. Everyone had a wonderful time and said the food platters were fabulous and there was plenty. Staff couldn't do enough to make my day special. Pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Management and Staff.

Look, the food is amazing, the beer is amazing but can you please stop adding weird stuff to you building. 5 years ago it was so nice, then a weird fence, then weird containers, the endless table crammed together .. cheap reject store leaves stuck on walls even the hole near the fire place isn't a straight cut. I really do love you guys! Like honestly but please do less. It's just a weird mix of stuff instead of a an enjoyable place to eat and drink. I'm honestly not trying to be mean but you need to know that customers notice. Goodluck.

One of the gems of Swan Valley right here. Caters for groups of all sizes with seating indoor and outdoor. Alot of places stop here for food along their wine tours and you can see why. A nice choice of heart food with recommended crafted beers to match. Try the beef brisket, is was amazing and the dish of food envy for everyone on my table 😊. For drinks the pink moscato wine was also a popular choice for the ladies, so much so the venue ran out towards the evening. The crafted beers tasted quality and always good to support local talent. Staff were all happy and couldnt do enough to cater for us. Highly recommend and will be seeing you guys again. Thank You

I have visitted many times over the years and its been great food and atmosphere. I havent been in over a year and came last night to find a very limitted menu with few items and the place looks run down and ill maintained. There was also a bad sewer smell outside near a drainage grate. It was sad to see this. Toilets were also filthy and smelly with dirty beer glasses on window sills. I want to do a 1 star review, but based on the past experiences I wont.

I went to Mash as part of a wine tour and this by far stole the show for myself and all of the guests! The atmosphere was relaxed and had a great vibe to it. The menu was great and the food was super tasty. The service was outstanding and the drinks menu was fantastic. It was great for large and small groups and I will definitely be going there again! I could not recommend this place enough! Thank you again to your team at Mash Brewing for making it a memorable one :)

Mash Brewing have a fair bit of competition. So I guess I expected a little more from them in the environment they operate. For the price, I kind of expect more than what feels like a packet burger patty. Not to mention it really needs more than a slab of cheese and some iceberg lettuce. Perhaps some BBQ sauce, chutney, anything to justify the price in my mind. The chips were well cooked. The ginger beer mocktail is pretty much $7 for a can of Kirk's. If your staff are chilling out when it's unexpectedly quiet, maybe wipe down the menus? Two were stuck together and the ones we picked up we're grimy. Also, maybe send someone out for soap? They do cater for kids, so if you're looking for a kid friendly spot in the valley. This place ticks the box

Went to MASH on the weekend as part of a wine tour for a friends birthday. Absolutely loved the venue and the outdoor area was perfect for all types of gatherings. Food and drinks were delicious and exactly what we all wanted/needed. It was my favourite stop of the day as it just had the best atmosphere and the best vibe of the day. Lovely staff aswell.

Fun and friendly staff, quality brews (with rotating seasonal and specialty beers) and classic pub fare that hits the spot every time. There's a great playground for the kids if you have a young family, or the indoor restaurant is perfect for afternoons to just wile away the time and chat over a beer. There's always a vibrant atmosphere on the weekend even when it's busy (and it usually is!). Can't wait to go back for a beer in the sun.

Came in for a family birthday, the function ladies went above and beyond before and on the day. The food was amazing!!! While it was extremely busy the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The kids ran around in the playground and my dog even got a treat. Will be back!

Recently came back here and was pleasantly surprised. You could order at the bar and take your beers to the table. The food was a little slow however worth the wait. The buffalo wings had generous coating of sauce , arancini balls were good and the chook burger was tasty. The best meal , hands down, was the Parmi with the gooey cheese and delicious coleslaw. The service team were cheerfull and happy to interact with guest.Must visit if your going to Swan valley.

It's a lovely place for a meal, family friendly with and indoor and outdoor play area for the kids. A good selection of beers, ales and ciders. We had a fantastic beer battered chips with aioli and ketchup which was done superbly. The sticky pork belly was excellent as well even though some of the pork pieces were a little tough but overall it's still very good.

Great little place for a quick bite and craft beer. Kids meals a ok size and meals are generally an appropriate size. Atmosphere is good and wait staff friendly enough. Returned 12 months later and ordered the Thai cripy salad..... I have had a few over the years and this one missed the mark by a mile. Hopefully this establishment doesn't drop the ball and become another unmemorable place in the Swan Valley.

I was a part of a bus tour today, and Mash was an absolute stand out venue! The lady who served us (I think she was a manager) was exceptional! Last week we had a family lunch at the Mash Brewery in the Swan Valley. I have to say the food was great, and the drinks equally good. However, I have to give great credit to the kitchen staff who worked their bums off to get the food out in a timely manner, and top class at that. Moreover, the Wait staff did an awesome job, they were very helpful, flexible and willing to go the next step to make our stay great. Which they did. It is very refreshing to see great customer service in Oz, something a lot of places are lacking. Well done to staff and management.

Hi ☺ My sister and I came in on Saturday 22 September for a wine and light lunch.You were fully booked and tables reserved.We asked the young lady by the name of McKenzie if there was a table we could Have,telling her that it was our birthday.She showed us to a table that was reserved for 2.30.(plenty of time). She was so helpful and very friendly,and couldnt do enough..as were the rest of your staff. Mish Mash Brewing... It looks like three mates got together and started a brewery - on a budget, all with different design ideas. The food was actually very tasty and filling if a bit salty and pricey. The beer was not really anything to write home about but was good enough. The staff were friendly but you'll have to be happy with casino style beepers. Cleaners are sadly obviously not high on the priority list. Mash is 2/3rds of the way to being something special. It's really missing some female staff. I'll try it again in a year

Hey this is a great microbewery..friendly atmosphere..was there breifly friday night but have been there regular as its on my way home. Had a tropical cider... nice yes its fruity ofcourse but suttle with it..very refreshing a nice casual roadie drink when u can only enjoy one. Didnt have a meal but the chips were nice and chunky plenty of them with a dipping sauce but saw some meals go past ..made me want to stop longer.. Next time. Great to see our local venues come alive with a mixture of familys couples groups of mixed ages. GO LOCAL ..WAKE UP PERTH..WE ARE BLOODY LUCKY IN THE WEST. Talk about a turn around! Our last visit here was September 2017, when I had such a bad experience I said I would never go again. We called in on the way back from a long road trip. Last time only the basic beers were available. This time EVERY beer on the list was available. Also the menu has changed. They have the usual pub grub, but they also have a good range of Low n Slow BBQ meals & Starters. All in all a good visit the beer was good the food was good & the staff friendly & helpful.

Food and service was excellent. Had a booking for 12 people and had read not very favourable reviews about service but was A1. We were told there might be an hours wait for food but it all came in 20 minutes and was really yum. Only complaint was a small chicken parma but all round really good. The sticky pork bites and the amazing chicken starter were a huge hit. Great atmosphere too, highly recommend it.

We stopped in for lunch on a Thursday and loved it. It had an open layout and Paul Simon music playing. We were given a warm greeting by the hostess and bartender. After advice I ordered a Copy Cat beer for myself and a cider for the wifey. Of course, they brew their own beer and I enjoyed my award winning selection. The wifey liked hers as well. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and prawn and sausage . They were served quickly and both were very tasty. We eat out a lot and we are particular. I wish we had ordered another serving to go. We will definitely be back. Awesome tree out front that has a thick trunk growing along the ground with branches growing upward. Never seen anything like it. Cool place.

We had Mothers day here and we had a great time. The food was great, the staff were attentive and of course the beer is fantastic. The only few negatives, was the kids corner was not working ie the playstations, so older children a little bored. Also, the beer menu does not show prices, so I was quite shocked to be charged $13.80 for a pint of Challenger and then $10.80 for a middy of the amber ale.

After poor communication and services from the Henley brook and with only 1 week to go til our sons 18th birthday, We decided to try the Mash Brewery and McKenzie and the staff at the Mash exceeded our expectations and made our son's 18th one to remember for years to come. I have now been to Mash a few times over the last few months and every time I cant believe it just keeps getting better. I am not a beer drinker but love the beer here, its so fresh and flavoursome. The menu is also great, so many options and everything I have tried has been so tasty. I look forward to my next visit.

Mackenzie was a lovely breath of fresh air on an otherwise dark and gloomy Sunday. Great food, great drinks (recommend the dark n stormy ginger beer). This chick was on point though even with my colourful language she knew how to deal with it!! Just remember peeps, if you’re going out for drinks and a feed with lafamilia, put the phones and tablets away and enjoy each other’s company. Oh and try to eat most of your food and don’t leave 3/4 beers behind no matter how bad the tinder date is going.....But seriously check out them frogs. That’s a twisted family of amphibians! Sorry 😐

Had a great welcome from Tiana with a run through the menu and beers. Our drinks were ordered and brought very quickly with glasses of water (not requested but great not to have to ask). The garlic bread was on delicious sourdough (New Norcia?) bread and James then brought our meals - Chicken Parmi with succulent chicken and thick good quality sliced ham and great chips; Avocado salad with leaves of our choice and the most spectacular Crab & prawn spaghetti with napoli sauce( instead of extra virgin olive oil - our request). The meals were generous portions - all of us brought home doggy bags. 10/10 to the Chef for meeting our demands; 10/10 for service by both James and Tiana. Organised a lunch stop for a wine tour at Mash Brewery last weekend for a large group of 40 guests. The booking was handled so well by the lovely Carmel. She took many phone calls from me and catered for a fussy group including vegans and vegetarians + lots of special requests. Even though we were a little late Carmel was lovely from the beginning. As we had pre-ordered our food, it came out and was delivered by each persons name promptly which made it really easy for such a large group. Its not easy to cater for such a large group especially when there were huge events at other wineries closing them down completely (Oktoberfest, pineapple club) making Mash even more popular for wine tours and lunch that day. I really appreciate everything all of the staff did - particularly Carmel as she went above and beyond her role. They were great to deal with!

Obvious remnants of numerous flies inside the premises on the walls etc - health department may have had a field day (By the way guys filling the place full of poison by way of automatic fly spray dispensers isn't the way forward...). I got the $50 Beer Degustation. On the same table, I got option 1 and my mother/mother in law got option 2. The entire time they came out handing out the wrong dishes saying, "option 1 plate 2" but it was option 2 plate 1. I was meant to get the 3rd plate as beef, they gave me the 3rd plate as pork and gave the other plate to my mother. This was all being messed up because they announced it as the wrong thing and I don't know what it is meant to look like coz they're similar. Also the chicken and pork were dry and over cooked. The soft shell crab Bao bun was nice. Beers were tasty (also don't think I got 3 different beers as the first two tasted the same).

We go a scoopon offer the menu listed on scoopon is completely different to what is given.Scoopon states pork ribs /beef ribs and boa buns 3 of our favourites are none are given so that was disappointing.Also the scoopon states a value of $100 for 3 beers and 3 dishes each yet a offer on the board is 4 beers and 4 dishes each for 2 $70 so value isn't accurate.To be honest we were not a fan of there beers but we not really beer experts they were also not cold which didn't help.
