The staff here got me into bartending, I've been coming here every Saturday or so, they can make you literally any cocktail from a brandy crusta to a new York sour, the staff are the most friendly bartenders I've met and they'll definitely take good care of you, love this place wish I could give it more stars.

Although we had no booking in Valentine’s, but they were very welcome and make a space for us at the best spot of the Bar, to the whole Darling Harbour 😍👌🏻 it couldnt be better than it, the vibe of the bar was lovely, the service was ok, the rest room was clean !

Good staff, good cocktails. I went last Saturday with some friends to have some cocktails. Everything was delicious and the staff was so kind. There was a nice Italian girl who prepared us some negronis just as we like them. Well be back for sure.

It's so nice to have a place to sit and smoke a cigar here. It's high enough that the scenery is great, and over looks Darling Harbour with great people-watching. The staff is very friendly, and the whiskey selection is good for a bar this small. The cigar selection is small, but has a good representation of good cigars . . . And they don't mind at all if you bring your own. They have a small selection of really good food (which you have to eat inside). I highly recommend it!

A great bar with a great view. This bar is an excellent place to go to chill out. Their lounges and decor make you feel at home, and their amazing list of cocktails will keep you occupied for ages! They do all their own mixers, so you know that the cocktails are of the highest quality. Try the Zombie... Oh, and Josh is an awesome bartender!

An excellent bar in the heart of Darling Harbour. It would get very busy during peak times but when I was there it was quiet. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable and quick to make the cocktails that we ordered and they were fantastic.

Drinks seem dear but wait til 8pm and the view is awesome. Good place for chatting with friends. It has good music but doesn't require you to yell your conversation.

Great place to come for after work drinks on a Friday night. Cocktail menu is extensive and most of the cocktails have a twist in their preparation - you'll want to hang by the bar and watch them get made. Has an upstairs indoors section if the weather is bad. Food menu is a little lmited, but they're owned by the larger bar downstairs so they can order from their food menu if you want chips, pizzas, etc. Can get a little noisy as the evening progresses.

Nice setting, good happy hour prices, like the menu but haven't tried it yet, especially excited about trying the oysters, I'm coming back to try them, but sometimes there's a long wait at the bar when know ones actually at the bar, staff seem to disappear, even when you can see them. Please fix 😊

A nice bar to enjoy a few drinks and catch up with friends. It has a great view of Darling Harbour and a long cocktail list. What falls short is the food menu. There are only sharing boards to choose from: Charcuterie, Seafood, Bread and Dip and a Cheese Board. However, we found out that if you ask nicely, the bar staff will fulfil your chips and wedges request. The outdoor area is perfect for a sunny afternoon, and when it gets a bit cold in the winter the patio heaters will keep you nice and warm.

Cohi Bar would have to serve some of the most orginal and exotic cocktails in Darling Harbour. With one of the best views in the Harbour with second to none some of the most accommodating staff this venue is ideal and perfect to organise a private function. Highly recommended the Best in the Harbour.

Cohibar has some of the best cocktails in Sydney. The staff are friendly and the bar is located in darling harbour which makes it central and easy to get to. The prices are standard to what you'd expect in Sydney so cocktails range from $15 upwards. Highly recommended.

As one of the first places I've been to when I arrived to Australia, I was very impressed. It's in a great location and has a very nice view of the Harbour. It's a great place to meet up with friends and have a drink or two. It's a very nice bar to enjoy.
