The Dromedary Hotel has an extensive menu of quality foods which is served by friendly staff with great efficiency. I had the Asian plate consisting of satay beef, lamb salad, battered prawns and spring rolls. All well prepared with lots of flavour. An old style pub with clean and comfortable environment. I highly recommend and would happily dine here again.

We ate here 3 out of 4 nights during our Mystery Bay stay can you believe? The food is delicious, everything we ordered was good. The wine list is a great opportunity for trying out local wines. The service is friendly and attentive and the ambience is country pub. Locals abound, the building is attractive, historic, we loved it

A must see. Rex and all of the staff were incredible. The food was unreal (salt and pepper squid, duck spring rolls & crocodile and bush relish burger), only topped by the hospitality of the welcoming staff and Jakob Poyner playing some tunes from the garage. Stop in for a meal or three.

Burger was OK, had odd flavour seemed heavily herbed too much liquid from somewhere bottom bun was soggy. Eggplant Parma was oily and bitter, breadcrumbs we not crispy but soaked in oil.. All in all just average..

Weekends are nearly always busy in Tilba Tilba so I was pleasantly surprised how prompt and efficient the staff were ,their was 4 of us for lunch and everyone loved their meals , highly recommend.

Beautiful Pub befitting this lovely traditional tourist friendly town. Nestled in the hills of Central Tilba, this pub provides high quality dishes at reasonable prices. The menu was broad and the serving size generous. We highly recommend it and will definitely add it to our list of places to eat on the next trip up that way.

cracking family dinner. something for everyone. service was spot on for a busy Friday night. selection of local beers on tap and great range of gin meant smiles all round. enjoyed the house smoked kangaroo fillet salad, kids enjoyed the porterhouse (they are growing) and burger, wife loved the vegetable couscous salad. would have loved to stick around for Friday Night football. thanks for a great night out.

Warren and the team were amazing. We brought a seniors group to this gorgeous little pub during our visit to Central Tilba and had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic, generous servings and great, responsive service. With a demanding group of seniors, it is often hard to find a place which meets their expectations, but between them, they sampled all of the specials and more than a few left patting their full bellies. They loved the food! We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area and i do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Central Tilba, especially with a group. The turn around on seating was very efficient and there is a very cute beer garden for warmer nights. I cannot wait to come back!

Just had a great night here at the Dromedary Hotel. The food was amazing. You'd never think a little pub in a lovely quiet village could kick out some food like this, the menu had proper, quality choice. They've a great chef. The owners are lovely and super hospitable, ready to share stories from up and down the cost of NSW. If you're in the area, you'd be mad to pass this place up. Thanks once again for a lovely night. Was on a road trip to Sydney and stopped by this pub for dinner after it was recommended to us by our accommodation. Was very impressed by the large selection of entrees and mains. We ordered the grilled salmon and the Thai curry with chicken. Did not disappoint.

Been to Tilba many times and only just stopped in at the local pub this time around. We were a bit late for lunch but the kitchen was kind enough to keep the stove on for one more order. Fairly priced food and plenty of drinks on hand, we enjoyed soaking in some sunshine in the back beer garden. Will be back next time I'm in town for sure.

This is a fantastic pub and well worth a visit if you are in the area. Some friends and I were wandering the local stores and decided to go to this pub for lunch, and glad we did! I was drinking the Drom Ale on tap there which was very nice on a Sunday afternoon in perfect weather! Also had the beer battered flathead, chips and salad, which would have had to be one of the best flathead I've ever had. Staff are friendly and very accommodating to ensure everyone has the best experience. Acoustic guitar on a Sunday afternoon in the well laid out beer garden; it really doesn't get much better. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely pub in a beautiful town. It’s been recently refurbished and has kept a traditional feel whilst being comfortable and stylish. The menu is great, mixing some pub staples with some more exotic dishes. Great vegetarian choices too. If you like gin, there’s a great collection too.

If you are around Tilba and want a good feed and a drink the Dromedary is a great place to head to. I had the steak sandwich which was amazing and the Field Mushroom burger and Salmon were also good.

We didn't stay her but came in for lunch and a drink. Fantastic Counter lunch just at the death of lunch time!! I had the steak sandwich with the lot and my wife had the baked veggie salad. Super fast service, beautifully plated, tasty, generous portion and we ate on the verandah in partial sun at a picnic style table watching the world go by. Bit of a quiet day so a lot of shops were closed but its difficult to social distance.
