There are a lot of choice of music, but most of them written in mandarin instead of alphabet for chinese song. But overall its a good place to go to karaoke with your friend and family.

Min charge per person $17 for weekday happy hours where it had advertised $9 ONLY per person at happy hours. Gala is always my first choice of KTV in Sydney. The room was clean and smell nice, unlike some other KTV room you could smell cigarettes. Happy hour time was very bargaining, it comes with free drinks. The sound audio equipment was very good, and there were plenty of songs selection. Keep up the good work Gala.

The facility is amazing. Can't say the same for the staff though. Really rude and I understand nights can get busy but shouldn't put it on customers.

I came here to sing last Thursday night. It is different from the last time. The receptionist front desk explained the price very carefully and was very polite. When I came last year, the front desk receptionist was not only sitting and talking to you but rudely speaking to us. It seems that we owe money. The equipment and environment in the room are very good. I will definitely introduce to my friends.I hope that the good service attitude is getting better and better.

Staff could be friendlier. Slightly limited range of English songs. The system is not easy to use for karaoke in English. You must search songs using the first letter of each word in the title. Benefits are the fitout, cleanliness and the price. Make up your own mind.

Microphone on stand always adds a nice touch to the KTV experience. However, receptionist shouldn't be so pushy about making a payment in the middle of karaoke session. Either arrange for payment before or after the session. To interrupt a good song with friends in this way is bad for business image.

a very good place to come with a group activity. the staffs didnt talk too much. but overall services are pretty good. we got awesome room with small stage and standing mic. good for value. they also have finger foods, drinks and alcohol. just be in mind you need to show your id upon entering at night time.

Did the all you can sing for 7 hours @ $21/person. It was so fun! The room was huge, they had a "stage" setting going on with screens in the front and back. Song selections are decent but couldn't find a few. If you're a shy singer, they have the backing tracks from the original song.

The decor is modern and relatively clean compared to others. Price is affordable and comes with a free drink. Choice of songs is limited to mainly Chinese, lack of Korean, Japanese or even English.

It was always became our choice to have a good time with friend and family before.but ever since today,all have been changed. The sound system in each of every room have a different quality from small room to a bigger room which is really annoying.

Facilities are fairly decent, with a big TV and multiple microphones in each room. The place is nicely decorated and feels more modern than some of the other karaoke joints in the city. Song selection still leaves a lot to be desired and the hourly rates are not exactly economical.

Great place to go with a bunch of friends to sing your heart out. If you manage to get in during week, it's only $12 per person for 3 hours of vocal exercises, plus a free drink! The karaoke system they have has a bunch of songs of various languages, and a lot of the newest English hits are available. Definitely hit up this place when you're in town!

Very average room, drink, food and service. Can be a little bit expensive. When we finished at 10 and wanted to extend the time, the staff told us that this room is booked and the next group has arrived already and they did not have spare room. So we have to change to another KTV. So it's a pretty popular place.

The service wasn't too bad. I found that the song list was a bit out of date so you probably won't be getting the latest music. You have to go down stairs to get into the karaoke reception. You could possibly overshoot and miss the entrance like I did.

They have little musical instruments that elevates the fun vibes. I think it has the best karaoke system in Sydney as I found out that most of the karaoke systems in Sydney were really bad.

Usually a staple my friends and I usually go and visit when we're in the mood for karaoke. Although the service is suboptimal, the venue and location makes it good enough. Prices are reasonable if you go on non peak hours eg. not Saturday/Friday night.
