All the meals were huge, the schnitzel with King Neptune topper was delicious , but needed dressing for the salad. Quite noisy in the outdoor area so best to sit inside if you don't like listening to kids playing on the play equipment. Only saw one lady serving at the restaurant and handing out the meals so she seemed rushed. Otherwise, great, atmosphere.

Good food, delivered quickly. Great friendly staff. However there is no non-smoking pokies area. Might it be more logical for the only pokies area to be made non-smoking, since smokers can step out to have a smoke when they want to?

Having recently moved to the area, the Mrs and I decided to check out our new local for dinner. The quality of the food was what you would expect from a good pub feed, but the hour and 20 minute wait on a Monday night was totally unacceptable. A warning upon ordering would have been nice, but instead we left with the feeling of a very underwhelmed experience. I will give the benefit of the doubt and give the place another crack but a repeat performance would have me scoping out my other local options.

The food was fantastic had Ceasar Salad it was scrumptious had bacon salad toasted bread squares and the best sauce I have ever tasted ona salad staff were very helpful as well would recommend anyone to go there 👍😁

A great family pub with a lovely play area for children, as well as themed days with face painting and other activities. Great food, great service and reasonably-priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Yeah the food here was great good portion size and very tasty got lots of varietie from schnitzel to burgers. Steak to fish and chips. There was a poker tournament going on at the pub on a Thursday and only 12 dollars to enter was a good crowd as well. Also a great range of beers on tap as well plenty to choose from. All in all it's a good night out

Food was amazing although managers calling out staff for standing around probably should not do it when customers are in ear shot and considering how much the hospitality industry has suffered in 2020 it was actually nice to hear the staff laughing and i didn't feel it was impacting any customers. Im sure he is probably stressed with trying to keep the doors open maybe the staff could give him a valentines card and tell him he is doing a great job. But i had a blast all the same so thank you Jewells tavern!

On a cold and windy day, a large group of us dropped in with a bunch of kids. The staff quickly started the heaters in the undercover area and it was very comfortable with the kids being entertained with the jumping castle, computer games and fish pond. The servings were generous and served quickly. My vegetarian dish was fantastic too! We will definitely be back again soon.

One of the best places I've been to locally. Absolutely love the Family Friendly atmosphere at this gem of a Tavern. Would recommend it to anyone who struggles to find a drinking hole and /or gaming experience at other places locally, to satisfy themselves. Good Staff, friendly Locals, good Pokies!

A great pub if you have friends and family with young children. Friday and Saturday nights are popular for families because of the free face painting and free jumping castle. The outdoor area is safe and well enclosed with a great fish pond filled with colourful carp. The food is of a high standard for a pub and service is great. The best thing is that you can have a beer or wine and actually get to talk with your friends and family because the kids are well catered for. Just be sure to book a table if you want to sit outside.

Food was cooked fast and people are friendly but the burger was tasteless and soggy, the chicken schnitzel was pretty horrible, they need to find better quality or make there own. Gravy and sauces are served in unnecessary plastic containers.

Didn't know what to order as the menu has a lot on it. The lady taking lunch orders patiently went through a few options with me and knew what she was talking about.we had a fantastic meal and It was so busy the line was long. The same lady came to clear the table afterwards and congratulated us on our new bubs. We asked her name and felt like the customer service was awesome. So thanks heaps robyn for your great customer service its very rare these days.

Cheap schnitzels on a Sunday night - $10 for plain, $15 for the ones with toppings. Mine was disappointing. It was supposed to have mushroom sauce and bacon with mozzerella cheese. Well the cheese was there and a pile of sauteed mushrooms, but the bacon was almost non existent and definitely was no sauce with the mushrooms. Saving grace was it wasn't the full price! I complained and they gave me a replacement. Wasn't any better! Everyone else was happy with theirs.

Nice place, love it, a good handful of the staff are lovely, but the rest of the "newer" staff, more so the females are quite rude, unapproachable, and have very few manners. Other then that, it has a great social environment and will contiue coming here.

Went out for dinner with my family and my sister's. Total 15 people. We got half of our entrée with our mains, and the other half was forgotten about until we asked for it. I ordered my steak medium but got well, and other meals were also incorrect. It was easy to tell that the barman who served us our 3 jugs of soft drinks wanted to be somewhere else. Very disappointed, especially given that the meals are far from cheap; I paid $29 for a thin piece of steak with a few chips!
