Fesh, yummy Buddha Bowl and delicious good portion Chicken Parma for lunch. Good service. But no tea or coffee served here, they dont offer at all when I asked. At least there is self service water!

Beautiful $15 lunch special. I had the chicken parm with chips and vegies. My partner had the steak. The seating area is very big, the tables are spaced out enough and there is a jumping castle for kids.

Great local pub with attached bottle shop. Excellent scenery with ocean glimpses and a wee sneak of the sunset if you're there at the right time. Came for a good feed and was not let down. Had the ribs and the serving size was huge. The bourbon sauce was superb. The chips that accompanied the ribs were good too. The wife had the chicken schnitzel with chips and veggies. The shnitty was a classic and on point. The veggies were a teeny bit underdone but all brought together nicely with the complimentary gravy. The prices for the food are easy on the wallet and are great value. A soft drink off tap was a little expensive, however. Looking forward to trying more food from the menu.

What can I say kids love this place, while I did not bring any, (winning) if you want to bring your kids and let them burn all that energy so they sleep for a week on the jumping castle, I can highly recommend it.

Having moved to the area 6 weeks ago we have had two lovely meals. Our first on a Monday night which the meal was great value and well presented. The second on a Monday lunch and again our meals were great. We have heard mixed reviews from locals but our experience is to highly recommend the meals and the atmosphere it's a lovely pub.

More than I expected from a small country pub. Buddha bowl had so many different flavours, each well executed. Took our 8 month old who loved the place, well set up for kids. Staff friendly and helpful. Best chips we've had in a while. Perfect for lunch on the road.

Love the amble, great on a cold night to have dinner and watch the footy in front of the fire with everyone. The pub not only has good food but also sometimes has a jumping castle for the kids. I prefer the Wednesday night trivia here to anywhere else in town

I wanted to say a big thank you to the team at The Amble Inn! You helped make our school holidays a memorable one. It is not often that you go out for a dinner with the family where the food is simply fantastic in both flavor, amount and quality!!! We were all so full to the point we had to leave some of our food. The kids meals were brilliant value wise but also good wholesome meals with the treat of the drink and ice cream added in. Then to top it off there was a jumping castle, basketball and loads of room for the kids to play. The Ample Inn was a rare find for us and I wanted to make sure we said a big thank you. By the way my partner tried the Salt n Pepper squid with their homemade Ginger sauce - WOW!!!! We ended up coming two nights in a row and it was a great way to finish off our trip. Thanks to the team, amazing service and fantastic banter and lots and lots of mischief and smiles. Thank you!!!!!!!! We will be back next time in NSW.

Great Country style Pub on the coast. Play Castle to entertain the children while the locals meet, eat and have a social drink. Busy on Thursday Friday and Saturday nights expect to waite for your meal to be cooked after ordering particularly during holiday periods. Very popular with reasonably priced pub meals. The most absolutely amazing moist tender tasting Calamari ever cooked by Chef Karen that we have eaten - and if this is how their local fresh seafood is delicately prepared and tastes then we are coming back for more. with all our interstate visitors - well done Karen as your dish beats every other calamari dish we have tried over many restaurants in Melbourne - now off to listen to a jamming session!

They've got everything you need and more. Some of the stuff they've got, I didn't even realise I needed it, but they've got it anyway. It's like they anticipate what you need, and when you need it, they've got it. Even if you don't need it, they've got it, because maybe someone else needs it. Horses for courses. The Asian noodle salad with scallops and prawns was excellent, restaurant quality and unexpected to get such good food in a regional pub. Everything fresh and really tasty sauce, well done we'll be back.
