Great place to drink at for those who like to take photos! I went there for my friends birthday and we ordered the alcoholic slushy drink. Its pretty cool, you tell them which flavor or flavors you would like, they then let you choose candy toppings to put on top (as many as you want). We also ordered a side but it was a little on the smaller portion size, but still tasted great.

A Bottomless Brunch on Saturdays that really is bottomless! The cocktails didn't stop flowing, and the live music was a great touch. The food was delicious, if a little light on (we all left a bit hungry), but the service was really attentive and friendly, and it's a lovely rooftop spot in the sunshine.

Booked Untied for Valentines Day and opted for the "Frosé" package. My partner and I were seated awkwardly close to another couple and no one likes to be seated that close for a dinner. Conversation is limited and you can hear the entire conversation of the people next to you. You order using the QR code, and unfortunately we waited an hour for one of our dishes, we had to raise it to a staff member and were met with a casual apology. Food is average, the Frose taste like 7-eleven slushies with no real depth of flavour. The tables were sticky and not cleaned when seated, the views are stunning and the venue is quite attractive however it's missing small elements to give it that extra jush. Not sure if this was just because of V-day but it was filled with just turned 18's and was lacking that lux and appeal that all it's neighbouring bars / restaurants have. Won't be returning :/

First place I’ve been to in the city since COVID and I was very impressed. Orderly, civilized, efficient and pleasant are words I’d used. Not a crowded venue where previously it was difficult to squeeze through people in a pre-covid Friday night. I wasn’t sure what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed the night. There was no need to wait at the bar to be served. I ordered online via my phone and paid as well via ApplePay. This is how things should have been done previously. Great customer experience! Update 1/12/2020 Untied Bottomless brunch was a great experience. Definitely do it again.

Great spot for a ladies lunch on a Sunday afternoon. If the weather is warm, and you're not driving, I would suggest getting the unlimited frose for 2hrs. It was cooler when we went, so we stuck to the cocktail list. There is a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks as well. We tried nearly all the entrees and my favorites were the popcorn chicken and the polenta chips. The beef burger as a main was too much for me after all those shared entrees, so make sure you place yourself. The only downside Was the Unisex bathrooms because only one had a working light. Which means when you went into the stall and closed the door, you were on near total darkness. You need to take your phone with you to the bathroom, just so you can see anything!

Outstanding offer - vegan burger with fries for only $12 till 3pm. Their vegan burger is my favorite now! 💚💚💚 So moist, generous, and their fries are great too! Would be good if they put more sauce though. Staff is aware of what is "vegan" which I much appreciate and respect! Couple of times they replaced a non-vegan bun with rye bread slices, and burger was still tasty!

Great vibes, fun bar and delicious food in Barangaroo. Located in the new district of Darling Harbour, Untied really impressed on all fronts we visited for a Sunday afternoon session. Offering a bottomless vegan brunch for only $65, we weren't expecting too much but instead found the cocktails flowed freely and the food was both high quality and generous. Staff were also very attentive and were always on hand when needed. Featuring an inside area and a rooftop garden courtyard, this is a great place to catch up with friends and socialise. We look forward to visiting again.

A very Instagram style tree, and darling harbour skyline is the backdrop of the rooftop. The ordering system is fantastic also. Order right from your phone at the table. No need to get up to go to the bar and order food and drinks.

I ordered a create your own cocktail - vodka, watermelon, mint and passionfruit $23. I would've liked the vodka to be slightly stronger. It is pricey since the mocktail was $13. So an extra 9.5 for vodka. At night its dark with little harbour view so I would recommend day time would have a better view.

Hands down the best brunch is Sydney the view was wonderful and the food was amazing. The menu is completely vegan but is full of amazing flavours and are presented so beautifully that I didn't even think about it (I'm a butcher by trade and it 100% made me rethink what kind of foods I should eat). The staff are amazing and super friendly and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The Cinzano spritz is my favourite but every drink on the menu is worth having once (if not twice). I honestly can not recommend this place enough if you haven't been you just need to go

One of my favourite rooftop bars in Sydney! I celebrated my birthday here and it was just perfect. From the food to music and of course an amazing view with an atmosphere to go with it.

Such a great bar for after work drinks! The rooftop is so cute and they have $2 oyster specials on Thursdays. Normally restaurants that have oyster specials run out very fast, but not Untied! They had heaps when we got there after 6. Also they have $12 Aperol Spritz during the summer. Really enjoyed this bar and can’t wait to go back maybe for their brunch next time!

For our first experience at Untied we decided to try out the Vegan Bottomless Brunch- it was absolutely incredible! We were lucky with the weather so were able to enjoy the gorgeous rooftop outdoor terrace. The waiters were attentive and very friendly, they took the time to explain the menu to us and ensure everything was going to our satisfaction! The food was divine, six courses, smaller plates so as not to fill up too quickly! We were also able to order back through to what we wanted to experience again. The cocktail range was interesting and delicious! Thank you Untied staff- I will definitely be coming back again, such an amazing day!!

I went here with colleagues it great for bite to eat n chill for arvo drink.. The outdoor area could do with bit of spruce up, I kinda expected it to be bit flashy I guess considering it's in Barangaroo but the cushion seats waterside are nice little view but that's ok. But definitely come here during day or arvo to chill n drinks and music not too loud so you and your friends can still chat. One of the coolest things about the bar are the unisex toilets and cubicle which I think is much safer. Now the food was the usual bar fair but have to tell you the Share Plate for 4 is Tops highly recommend and they also stock Aussie Ciders eg. THE HILLS from Adelaide. So would recommend the Untied bar just remember there is a lift haha..

Visited Untied for the bottomless brunch. We were there for almost an hour before receiving our first course which was a small plate of hummus for 4 people. Although staff were friendly for the most part, there was minimal communication and at one point we were asked 4 times within 10 minutes if our table could be cleared (although we were still eating). Food was really good and there was a generous amount of drinks, however, service needs improvement, and one waitress called my friend “strange” for requesting a substitute meal, instead of having the dessert. I don’t believe this was malicious, but it was certainly off-putting.

Enjoyed dinner and drinks at Untied pre-Hamilton with my family last night. It was a great start to a wonderful evening. The food was amazing - we enjoyed the charcuterie board, loaded truffle fries and green curry mussels as well as their delicious cocktails and all while a glorious sunset played out in front of us. The staff were all very friendly - especially Anna who kindly helped us get our return credit vouchers downloaded - what a great offer. We look forward to going there again soon.

Great rooftop bar, was there last night for their happy hour , 50% off everything, well worth having to wait a bit for your order as it is table service. The vegan bottomless brunch is a must for anyone regardless of dietary choices. Service was outstanding, drinks were generous and constantly refilled and the food was extremely filling. I was worried there would not be enough but there was plenty. Definitely be returning!

Great rooftop venue, they have a few indoor seats in case of rain. About 10 mins walk to Wynyard train station. You can order on the app. Their frose cocktails with lollies are fun. Their cocktail jugs are also fun. Great snacks, we tried the popcorn chicken and hot chips loaded with chicken salt. You can redeem Dine and Discover vouchers here and they give you an additional $60 via the app which can be used for alcohol. Staff are quite nice and so are the toilet facilities.

Hostess introduction was average, but both the cocktail and mocktail we ordered were amazing, and the food was pretty impressive for a bar. We had an amazing brunch with soul . We booked in for a 21st and the whole experience was fabulous. The service was excellent and the presentation of the food was lovely too. Untied is 100% one of Sydney best hidden gems! Had an amaaazing Brunch with Soul experience too. Would definitely recommend as these guys offer fantastic entertainers as part of the experience, which makes this a must do as it's not seen elsewhere around Sydney. A very nice rooftop bar, with a fun and lively atmosphere. The outdoor seating is very nice and intimate, and is enclosed enough that it doesn't get too cold during the winter. The cocktail selection is really nice, would recommend the Flaming Galah. Staff are generally friendly, though one lady was a little rude to us when asking us to move tables.

We went there for a company farewell during COVID and made an online and phone booking. Both were easy and the lady on the phone explained all rules and regulations during COVID very well. At the venue our table was ready, ordering via the Mr Yum app was a piece of cake and convenient and the potato fires with skin and the fried calamari were delicious. We will come again. PS: Only room for improvement but not an impact on the rating. Some of the chairs looked as if some liquid got splashed over them and not all areas of one of the tables were wiped properly and were sticky.

Went briefly after work, was surprised at how (relatively) quiet the location was; it was well tucked - away. Staff were friendly, and their service was good. Some of the drinks were a bit pricier but overall it was good for a bar in that area

Beautiful bar, great vibes and fun cocktails. Service was pretty slow. Food platters are nice. The music at the front is blaring where our booking was sat which was irritating, but the DJ was great.

Love this place.. we’ve been here at least 20 times in the last 6 months..! Great vibe, nice environment. Had the burger with friends for work lunch ($12 deal) and one of our friends had a slight issue with the food, and the owner refunded all of our meals although we weren’t expecting it at all..! One of the few rooftop bars in the area - not the tallest building so not much of a view but still a nice open space. Good atmosphere and can get busy very quickly in the evening. The outdoor area shuts around 10 so get here early. Good cocktails and they also serve food if you're looking for a quick bite.

Went here for the start of the live music on Saturday afternoon (around 230pm). Beautiful location, great food, great drinks. Boy, did it pick up in atmosphere within an hour or so. Great menu! I wish I would have been hungry when I popped in for an afternoon cocktail, but I had just finished brunch unfortunately. The cocktail list is impressive, as is the beer selection. Decor is great, wonderful atmosphere. Wish it had a view of something other than buildings though.

Okay place. Some selection of beer on tap and small selection of cocktails. Some of the bartenders do not have the knowledge to go off the defined cocktail menu. Place is great on a nice day however for the cooler months there are heaters but bring a coat for sure as it gets chilly. A large venue space with indoor and outdoor seating. Enter via Barangaroo Avenue (at the corner) for an elevator entrance.

Vegan bottomless brunch. The brunch was pretty underwhelming. There was not much flavour. Everything needed more sauce, zest, salt, chilli. The beetroot and tequila cocktail was delicious, but took a long time to come out. The bar was not even close to full, and service took some time. The staff however were always lovely. The space itself is a little disappointing, and a little dated for something that is brand new. I was hoping this would be a great Sunday find, but sadly not.

Although they only had a pure outdoor spot for us, which was unsuitable as it was raining a bit at the time, they were able to change it to a mostly indoor setup and bring out some tables. I was in at the weekend and what a great venue with great staff! Spoke to a Scottish bartender Michael who let us know that it was happy hour and gave us an insight to what was on offer. Very attentive and also spoke to us about our travels to the UK. Atmosphere was great and a perfect location.

It is not that big and that was a problem for our big crowd and there were delays in orders because of that, however their staff is very hardworking and polite. Inner space is accomadating and relatively large but it could be a little bit noisy when you want to fit 100+ people into such space.
