Great service, nice location and easy to entire the premises from main north road. Great food options & refillable cups to quench any thirst no matter how big. Good tasting burgers and fries.

Service was pretty good and quick. I had an Angus burger but the pattie was pretty dry. Others in my group had a similar burger but there's were cooked nicely.

If you go there, you will be waiting but that is because it's being made fresh. If you get it delivered however, the quality is diminished. Breakfast is always amazing and totally worth the price (and wait), just make sure you go get it and not have it delivered!

A bit pricy but to my mind the best quality amongt the three largest burger chains and I would put it in upper middle range in terms of flavour in comparison to independent T/A stores. Modern, clean, accessible. Fries Have always been luke warm, but chunky and flavour ok HJ fries when fresh would be my favourite. Burger The portibello burger whilst still better than your average burgerbwas disappointing (the flavour didn't come through) and I don't rate it over their cheaper options.

The food was good, the free refill is great , lots of options to choose from like fresh orange juice, ginger beer and many other. I like the service too, it's quick ! I like their coffee🙂

Not busy, but not quiet either, which makes me wonder why my food was cold when I got it. I guess they’re just understaffed. Coke syrup was out, so it was basically just dirty fizzy water and their fryer for chicken strips was not working so was given a refund.

Burgers are fantastic and chips are so good but they never put enough waffle fries. You pay extra for them in the meal and they give you maybe 6 in the large :( Otherwise would be 5 stars

Honestly not my best experience at carls Jr.. Part of our order was forgotten.. Bacon was WAY OVERCOOKED, same with the onion rings on the burger. 50 bucks, two meals.. I expect quality.

Has free water, could be better coffee if they don't over steam the milk (ask it to be warm) and clean the group head with a towel for each new coffee made to avoid extra bitterness due to burnt coffee grounds in the group head
