It's a Hungry Jacks! I have been here several times now, and each time has been a positive experience. The staff are professional and courteous in their service, the food is always hot with fresh ingredients that are made in a reasonable time frame. And the prices are affordable for the whole family.

The food is good, staff are pretty nice, but it would be pretty sweet if hungrys stopped trying to steal everyone elses gig. Jacks fried chicken? Big Jack? Come on guys, a little creativity and you could be bomb as. BUT i will be back, probably tomorrow, see you soon. 😉

We ordered a grilled chicken burger, fries, junior whopper. The whopper was OK, the chicken burger was awful, the chicken was so over cooked it was like rubber couldn't bite it around the edges, looked like they sneezed the lettuce on and hope for the best. The fries were so salty and extremely crunchy. Dissapointing

Slow drive through. Staff need to be more human and not robots. Good customer service is about being flexible and meeting customers needs. Stores policy means nothing when you loose customers because of it. If a policy causes you to loose customers then it needs to be varied or its commercial suicide. Just remember there are many other choices a customer can choose.

The other week they forgot to give us our nuggets and when we rang to let them know the couldn't of been more helpful about it. We got the nuggets the next day and a full meal on the house. Thank you for that.

Must say, don’t go to Hungry Jacks a lot. This morning (4/11/20) I came in, the store seemed busy, was expecting a long wait. However, I was pleasantly surprised by just how nicely I was greeted by one of the front counter gals. I could tell everyone in that kitchen was stressed to high heavens but she didn’t rush me when I made mistakes with my order. I could see many orders on their screen and expected to wait along tike but it seemed as though the chefs and front counter gals were working very nicely. My burger was hot and fresh and my daughter loved the rainbow burstings. Will be returning. Thanks team at HJ’s!!!

I had a whopper with cheese, was a very nice Burger. My partner would suggest with his Aussie burger, with the double beef patties was a little dry, maybe add a slice of cheese or gherkins so it's not as dry,but still enjoyed. The only thing we we're really not happy with was one of the girls serving at front counter on the 10th November around 2,20 and 3 pm (Tues) She was very rude, no friendly manners and was quite abrupt. We didn't catch her name, but she didn't put all our order together and walked away before we had even picked it up from the counter. My partner had to come back inside and collect a soft serve and large drink, too which she rudely said to my partner, " i told you about your drink and ice-cream" We we're both inside and all that was on Counter was the bag with food inside and the glass, that we had to ask as she never offered when we purchased a large meal. Food itself had the 4* rating not the service from the rude young girl at the Counter at Noarlunga Hungry Jack's. Regards Lisa Edwards.

Galactic standard food and service. My yummy food literally zoomed out of the kitchen. Kiara took my order. She was all smiles. She went above and beyond by explaining Hungry Jack's expansive menu to this dilapidated geriatric at a comfortable pace. Taking all questions in her stride. Josh, the obliging young Duty Manager was polite, friendly and respectful. Like a Boss🤩 And Chef Ben played sweet music on his flaming grill. Please visit Noarlunga Hungry Jack's dear reader. It was a free burger from the app. But even though it was free, not much taste to it, pretty bland Think I'll stick to the fish & chip shop burger. Its probably better value all round. These days it doesn't take two hands. PS those boxes they come in, simple go back to wrapping your burgers. Please agree. Thanks.

1 year ago i wouldn't have eaten here. They have really improved their service. I can get in and out the drive through in under 5 mins now. Especially at breakfast when i don't have time to wait. As opposed to their competition down the road where you need to set aside 30 minutes for a soggy muffin.
