THE TEAM MIXED UP MY ORDER, AGAIN. WHETHER YOU USE VOUCHERS, OR, NOT, YOU SHOULD GET A GOOD QUALITY MEAL. I LIVE ABOUT 3 MINUTES AWAY AND MY FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD, AND UNAPPETISING. When they get it right, it's quick and easy. When they get it wrong, they will fix it if in store still and most times if I ring up after getting home they will replace entire meal at next visit. Can be a hassle if I've driven home with a meal that's not right though especially if it one of my kids meals as they won't eat it. Overall though they are friendly, and offer good service and prices.

Got most of the order right, but I ordered a Rebel Whopper with vegan cheese and they served me a standard Whopper, with vegan cheese. As someone who cannot eat meat without being violently ill, I'm just relieved that I noticed before I bit into it. They replaced it at no charge and with extra fries, but it was still a major mistake for me.

I went through the drive through. Customer service was difficult in understanding what I wanted. Orders took a long time. Waited for a long time. Thank goodness it wasn't busy

Long waiting times, sometimes the waiting times are that ridiculous that i've sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes waiting to get to the bloody pay window for a soft serve. Once you're in you're stuck so you just gotta hope they are all doing their job properly.

Fastest store in the state, open 24/7 for drive through, Closes the dining room at 11pm and opens again at 5am. Always serving fresh foods and doing it fast to. Really helpful staff in this clean store. Accessing to the store can be difficult but manageable by going behind the OTR further down if heading west.

Food is good, when they get it right. I work evenings & will order 1 value meal with a extra side of something with a thick shake through a drive thru around midnight & 9o% of the time something is wrong either with being the wrong meal or something missing, or a half full LARGE fries. It's also never been busy neither. Has happened at least a dozen times, so no longer go.

I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for my burger when I did get it is was not wrapped properly and fell apart,took it back to the counter and was given a long story about it happens sometimes, I expect consistency without excuses. The tables were sticky and rubbish left uncleaned by the staff

Great for when you need to get cash out of 50 or under with a toddler in the car ... just go through the drive through and keep a look out for vouchers in the mail every 2 months they have heaps of deals

HJs. More often than not they forget something but can never be bothered driving back as they don't give you a receipt to prove the order in the first place. Then again as it is terrible junk food do you really deserve better?

After going to other fast food places in the area it is clear this one is the best. Never have I gotten a wrong food order, it's pretty fast and the food is on par with what i expect. Even get defence discounts without asking when I'm in uniform some times.

Best service here especially compared to McDonald's on Curtis road (McDs ruin 99.95% percent of orders and make you wait 30 minutes vs this HJs is always perfect and bubbly people

They burgers are amazing! You can get a snall cheesie cheese burger for just $2 or a small BBQ cheese burger for i think it was around $3.20 however the bigger burgers can get pretty pricey as some of them cost around $12 for 1 burger. Pluss if you need a meal youll need some fries and a drink at a minimum which comes with a big price tag, especially if you're buying for your family

Service a little slow before 12noon but food is fresh and hot. We have been a few times and found them always friendly. Spot checks need to be done more often on tables and floors but generally very clean.

Held my sons 3rd birthday here 2 weeks ago and they were amazing. Who needs a mcdonalds party with a host when you have the amazing staff from munno para hungry jacks. The service was fantastic, the food was lovely and the ambiance was very pleasant. Thanks to all the wonderful staff for making my sons birthday an unforgettable experience, with a very special thsnks to joey who was wonderful and i encourage him to pursue a career in event coordination and/or personal relations. Thanks to all who worked on the day 😀😀😀😀😀
