All of the meals I've ordered in Jack Greens are always fresh, delicious and worth every penny. They are very generous with the meat and greens. I also love how they have juices, desserts, snacks, and coffee to complement the meals they offer. Looking forward to trying the other salads in the menu!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, tasty salad. I made my own bowl with mixed greens, roasted veggies and chicken (gf). Portions of chicken and veggies were great - could have been more generous with the greens. 😋

Love their salads and particularly love the service when it's busy, they have someone taking orders in advance on an iPad, then you pay at the register. Salads are so fresh tasting, unique and not your average salad - packed full of different flavours and ingredients that compliment each other. Coffee can take a bit of reminding to come out but understandable with how busy it gets.

The strawberry fields salad is amazing and fresh. Loved that you can choose how much dressing you want and I got medium and it was perfect. Those maple vanilla candied walnuts were an amazing crunch factor to the salad. Couldn't fault the service it was beautiful

My first time to the Waymouth street store after visiting James a while ago - which I loved! The place was pumping and service was great. The girl greeted me as I entered the store and took my order straight away. She was really helpful and I ended up ordering the spicy rice bowl with fried tofu from the Autumn menu and a coffee. I really enjoyed it - was so tasty! Thanks Jack Greens - I will be back!

I never used to eat salad but have become a regular of Jack Greens on Waymouth Street, visiting almost every day. The staff are very warm and engaging and the ingredients are so fresh. I love that they oven bake and don't fry their ingredients. Their Chilli Vinegar Dressing and Spicy Broccoli are so addictive. If you want a flavour packed salad and great service I highly recommend! Brilliant work guys :)

Fantastic, fresh salad bar with a great selection of tasty interesting recipes, a make your own option, pre-made wraps, chia muesli and other health pots, and a great contemporary warm green decor. Our red curry chicken ‘special’ was delicious, the pumpkin soup and chilli con carne tasty - albeit the later a touch spicy for our mild tastes. Portion sizes were fine. The service was friendly and helpful with someone roaming to explain during the lunch peak. Felt a bit of business conscious emphasis on the up-sell options; example sour cream $1, avocado $2.50, tortilla chips $2 that would have been lovely but not absolutely necessary for my taste, this ‘sell’ took the edge off what was otherwise a very refreshing and enjoyable lunch experience.

Great salad bar located in the CBD. Always super fresh salads - made in front of your eyes while you wait. Good selection of salad options to choose from that will cater to almost every taste. Alternatively you can make your own up. Speedy and friendly service, which is handy as it can get busy at lunch time. My daily go to on work trips to Adelaide. The Boston Cobb and Burrito Bowl salads top favourites. Generous servings at reasonable prices.

Great coffee, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Really liked the efforts this cafe goes to with their War on Waste. They try and compost all their kitchen food waste (come on Adelaide Council- supply a green bin service to help these guys out !) Well labelled recycling bins and nice choice of compost styled cutlery.

I visited the Waymouth street store following my visit to James Place for the first time last week. It was amazing - I had a Mexican Beef Bowl and a Sweet Potato Chocolate Brownie for later. Food was great and service excellent!

Smaller salads, increased prices... Regular customer, and I have to say I have loved the salads as a delicious lunch option, but I am deeply disappointed with some recent changes. Bowls were changed before Christmas and when I asked, I was told for 'environmental' reasons, but the new bowls are clearly smaller and hold less salad. Today I went in to order the Hola Mexico, one my favs, and was asked if I wanted to add guacamole. Now, I had rationalized that this salad was called the Hola Mexico, probably in part because of the guacamole. They are charging an additional $3 to add this ingredient back in. They have lowered the price to $13, but that does not, on my recollection, account for the full 'add in' cost of the guacamole. These small changes seem insidious to me and I reckon my romance with Jack Greens has come to end..... Show less

Amazing food ultimate customer service Everything is done just in front of u so u knw whats going in it no surprises being a vegetarian i am usually suspecious but here i had no chance of it I wish they had a calorie count on each items they put in and also a total so if i put in extra or remove ill have a clear picture of it Variable menu unlimited options Customer service was ultimate One person took the order the next made it in front of u by asking and the final person took the payment Overall experience was a actual experience
