Comments of Mukbang Korean Cuisine & Bar

An underrated Korean restaurant in Adelaide CBD.
Must try their japchae and tteokbokki!
Their Korean Fried Chicken also comes with rice cakes that are chewy and so good!
L. M. R.
Food was good, friendly staffs. We liked the way they used that tiny space to make an upstairs sitting. 😊
J. J.
Good service, great Korean food. Value for money serving, tasty as it should be.
Limited seating due to covid restrictions so
I would not recommend a family outing as it doesn’t accommodate.
J. K.
First time here and didn't disappoint. Would have been 5 stars if the bimbimbap rice has crisp rice at the bottom of the hot bowl. Other than that service was friendly and prompt. Taste is good and food presentation is pleasing to the eyes. Will definitely come back to try other dishes. Looking forward to try the Korean Fried Chicken, Tteokbokki spicy rice cakes and also the hot pot. It is also nice to see that they also offer vegetarian friendly menu items. Price for the food is reasonable compared to other Korean restaurants.
Another thing that I like is the clean and modern wash rooms.

After living in Korea for 5 years this is my favourite Korean restaurant in Adelaide. Tastes authentic. Served quick. Reasonable prices. Probably come here once a week almost :) Staple orders: Dolsot bobimbap, sizzling pork, japchae, tteokbokki 🙌🏻 nom nom

The food is so yummy. I tried original and hot chili chicken, the taste of hot chili chicken was just sweet but not spicy. The food price is quite expensive, and the portion of kimchi soup is too small. However, all of the food that I tried is so tasty, so I still highly recommend this korean restaurant. I extremely love tekbokki with extra cheese which is wonderful.
D. K.
Nice! I requested from here off of Eats a few times. The first occasion when I had the Kimchi soup it didn't have many seasons however when I requested it the second and third, it was improved.
Truly, this spot costly however it's elusive great Korean nourishment in Adelaide. Love the kimchi hotcake and the Korean seared chicken
L. Z.
Good atmosphere, great tasting food. Decent pricing. Would eat again for sure.

Have had Mukbang via Uber Eats and in person, both times it was amazing.
The wings are moist on the inside, crispy on the outside even while drenched in a river of sauce. The serve is a feast for one or a good share for two if you get a side.
The Kimchi pancake was ace. Good spice.
S.
Big serves food was tasty but a little light on with the meat that was in some of the dishes. Recommend the chicken wings!!
S. O.
Servings r amazing and the staff r friendly. The food is authentic cos even my Korean friend was loving the good food!
N. Y.
Best Korean food and such great customer service 😍 I love the soy boneless chicken there with the rice cakes 😋
G. M.
Craving for some cold noodles and KFC during the hot weather. Super yummy Korean Fried Chicken with green unions and cold noodles soup!! Will definitely go back for that!
J. A.
Came here for the first time and tried the soft tofu stew. I recommend! Very delicious, warmed my heart. Some items look a bit pricey, but would come back again to try them.
C. P.
The nourishment is so yummy. I attempted unique and hot bean stew chicken, the flavor of hot stew chicken was simply sweet yet not zesty. The nourishment cost is very costly, and the part of the kimchi soup is excessively little. In any case, the majority of the nourishment that I attempted is so delicious, so I still profoundly suggest this Korean café.
M. P.
Food is amazing. Slightly expensive but worth it and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
L. Z.
I really love the fried chicken. Tried both flavour - chilli and original. Skin was very crispy and the meat was juicy and tender!
B. H. L.
The K.F.Chicken is so GOOD.
Y. L.
Tasty sundubu jigae, and friendly service. A good go-to for a Korea craving. The stew arrived still at a rapid boil, which is a huge plus.
R. P.
Best Korean in South Australia
M. L.
Best korean fried chicken ever in Adelaide. Recommend Original Fried Chicken or Hot Chili Chicken if you can handle it ;)
X. S.
Loved the place and food, small place and small menu but good enough for happy tummy and mood. Pricing and place ok, all i want more is super spicy menu more but its just a personal need. ;) overall its great because of great customer service.
H. K.
We had Dolsot Bimbimbap and Dumplings with tea and Kimchi .
It was all so delicious with Korean music on the TV too.
H. N.
Always love going here for a meal with friends.
The quality is no joke!!! ☆☆☆☆☆
Recently came and ordered an army base hotpot, soy chicken with tteokbokki and two bowls of bibimbap (pork and beef). The presentation was mesmerising but I forgot to take some pics :'(
V. S.
Really enjoyed our Mukbang experience last night. Spicy pork & bulgogi on sizzle plates were both delicious, as was the Korean fried chicken. All the meat was tender and fresh, perfect. The restaurant was very clean, well ventilated, well presented. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with both over the phone and in-person, and they spoke excellent English. What more can you ask for? This place is awesome!
Z. B.
Went on a Saturday morning and was surprised and pleased to find it bustling. I had the dolsot bibimbap (honestly, why don't more places do bibimbap!) and while it was in a clay pot rather than a stone bowl, it was delicious, with good balance of ingredients. My companion was a bit put off by the amount of seaweed in her pork bibimbap, but I thought mine was just right - and affordable! Will be back.
t. h. K.
Food is okay but a bit pricy for what you get. Chicken and bibimbap are nice. Fishball hotpot is quite bland.
Service felt quite rushed. If you only have two people, be prepared to sit downstairs and have no air-con. Can be quite cold next to the door.
W. F.
Wanted to try here because if the good rating. The chicken was what I really wanted to try and looked very appetising but they wasn't a smaller serving size.
We had the seafood hot pot instead, and that was very ordinary - something I could have whipped up at home. There was no special broth, just boiled water with the chilli paste.
Next time, I'll try the chicken and update my rating.

So far Mukbang has been our best Korean restaurant in Adelaide. They took our last minute booking very politely and we were welcomed very professionally. Sorry I forgot the name of the guy who served us Oops !! He was fantastic on helping us choose the menu and he even showed us the best way to drink Soju which was just wonderful.. The menu is a bit expensive but it's worth it !!
It was our Anniversary dinner and Mukbang !made it more special .. So tha I you to all the amazing staff and super friendly staffs.. Dont forget to try their Bimbimbap and spicy bulgogi .. it was yumm...
Highly recommended for foodies.. this place is a must visit
R. J.
Went as a group of 8, got the bibimbap with chicken and it was great. Also got the original chicken and soy chicken, very crispy and tasty. Definitely worth going for a good meal.
n. s.
We enjoyed it overall, the spicy Korean Fried Chicken was a bit too sweet and there wasn't much meat in the Spicy sizzling pork but it was tasty.
C. M.
Very nice! I ordered from here off of Uber Eats a couple of times. The first time I had the Kimchi soup it didn't have much flavour but when I ordered it the 2nd and 3rd, it was improved.
Yes, this place expensive but it's hard to find good Korean food in Adelaide. Love the kimchi pancake and the Korean fried chicken
V. Y.
Food was good, but portion sizes were small compared to what you can get for the same price at other Korean restaurants. The seafood hotpot seemed to bulked up with mostly cheap vegetables, and very little meat and mushrooms.
P. 4. P.
Amazing seafood hotpot and great service and atmosphere :)
S. S.
Cherish it unfailingly. I as a rule go when it opens so it's pleasant and unobtrusively, express agreeable staff! Somewhat costly than the typical Korean involvement in Adelaide, yet it's constantly worth the excursion to the city and having the stunning extent it offers to the clients.
M. L.
Love it every time. I usually go when it opens so it's nice and quietly, utter friendly staff! A bit expensive than the usual Korean experience in Adelaide, but it's always worth the trip to the city and having the amazing range it offers to the customers.
D.
Food was good but the customer service was absolutely disrespectful and disgraceful, she slamed our plates to the table like we owned them sth, no smile no welcome. Ruined our dayout
H. L.
A bit expensive, but very tasty Korean food!
W. C.
Located in China town.. army pot one of the recommended.. good for 2 person.. but the raman may not be enough for 2.. (not allow to add)
Over all good for small group as the rastaurant not a big spacing areas.. there are other dish good to try.. for us the army pot is our favorite.. you can add rice if you prefer.. friendly staff..
H. S.
KFC and cool noodle are so nice!!
R. R.
Very tasty dishes and great service!
Portions were reasonable as well.
Definitely returning for the spicy sizzling pork and chilli cheese chicken!!
M. J.
Nice family run restaurant located in a laneway giving it an authentic feel. The boneless fried chicken is a must.

D. L.

Very tasty, excellent service and not super expensive. The sizzling pork was pretty spicy in a good way with lots of flavour, less spicy options are available.

(Translated) It's delicious. The Adelaide Korean Restaurant is one of the best places to eat in the ranking. Through the taste of making food with good ingredients
I felt it, the staff are friendly ~.
(Original)
맛나요. 애들레이드 한식당중 맛집순위 1,2위를 타툴듯합니다. 좋은재료로 음식을 만드는게 맛을통해
느껴졌구요, 직원들 다~친절합니다.

(Translated) As soon as I arrived in Adelaide, I was hungry, so I went to a Korean food store. It seemed to have just opened, and the interior was relatively cozy. The staff who serve are very friendly and impressed. It feels like a pub here, and on the menu, it usually sells snacks that go well with alcohol. Prices are set according to the prices of Australia, so it can feel a bit high for warholers and solo travelers. It's more like a bar than a restaurant. I ordered cheese buldak for 25$ + rice for 3$, and it was a bit boring, but it was a little bit boring. If you want to drink Korean-style drinks with foreign friends, it would be okay to go. Recommended^^!

(Translated) A light meal at noon, the taste is okay, but it takes a little longer to serve.

中午一顿简餐,味道还可以,就是上菜稍微有点久。

친절해서 좋은 기억 남기고 갑니다.

(Translated) The interior was clean, the interior was very well maintained and the service was very friendly. I recommend it. My family first went yesterday and decided to go back this evening again.
