Best burger shop North of the city, the chicken burger was divine, cooked to perfection, chips were crispy, outside seating had a sunset view. A little diamond in the rough, surprisingly without an actual counter upon arrival was different but that's the beauty of being different. Staff were friendly and store was clean and well stocked. Keep up the great work.. :) Only thing I noticed was the donuts could be cooled more before a thicker sauce could be applied with the toppings to make it less oily and sweeter... :)

Had the MUNCHIES... Nah visited Munchies for the first time on Sunday 9th Jan 2022 and I had the Filthy Bird Burger. Was actually amazing and the chicken breadt was cooked to perfection and juicy too. The parties was brilliant and tasty and not overly greasy. The sauce and caramelised onion was really damn nice. My partner had the Classic Bird Burger and she said it tasted OK. Needed alot more sauce as wasn't much on there and the chicken could've been a bit more juicy ( THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID). The sweet potato were nicely cooked and seasoned well. We had the thick shakes also and were yummy too. Reason for the 4 stars was because of my partners Burger but also they don't have a big range on their menu to choose from. On their facebook they show alot of different burgers and shakes. But when we were ordering. Nothing of the gourmet style of thing's were even listed.

Went in for a quick eat as I needed something on the run between my errands. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality. It's definitely not a run of the mill burger join. You immediately notice from the first bite they're passionate about the humble burger!!

Mikey is an absolute wizard when it comes to making flavours just POP! 10/10 got the filthy bird burger the beef was juicy the chicken was crunchy and overall was an amazing tasting burger, also the bacon was fresh and tasty unlike places like McDonald's and hungry jacks where the bacon is like rubber.

Always great service, always with a smile. The food is next level and honestly some of the best burgers we've ever tried. We regularly get the whole team down for post competition meals and there's never any complaints. Not sure what other reviewers are going on about in terms of waiting ages for food, never had to wait more than 15 mins.. The people complaining are probably the same people that think maccas tastes good 🤷🏼‍♂️ This place is 10/10 Ps ask for the Raiders special fries 😉

Im an ubereats driver and discovered this place about 3 weeks ago...since then I havnt ordered takeaway anywhere else....(no joke, ask my husband 😅) It is one of my favourite burger places in the Northern suburbs....actually scratch that....this is my favourite burger shop in the whole of SA. The OG burger is my favourite, the patty is so juicy inside and crispy on the outside....yummmm....just writing this review makes me want one 😅

Absolutely loved our burgers here - had the Christmas Turkey special and the Filthy Bird. Couldn’t fault them! Best part was the chicken, SO tender and juicy. Wonderful customer service too. Will be back 😊

Amazing experience! we go to the Munchies in Prospect every week but this time we were around the area and decided to give this location a try. Great shop, juicy burgers and amazing sauces. Someone's tagged the shop in the wrong spot on the map, it's actually at the far end of the strip of shops. I love the $10 burgers from 12pm to 3pm. Makes it well worth it over a fish and chip shop burger.

I feel like I had to write this review due to all the negative ones that I just can't understand. I only just received my uber eats order from you. Order was placed at 17:17, it is now 17:45 and I am 3 bites into the amazing vegan signature bird burger and I have to say wow. Just wow. Had a bad experience where the 3rd party delivery service left half of the order at the counter. I called the restaurant personally and they sent a new batch of the missing items. Again the 3rd party delivery service was late with the delivery however it did eventually arrive and was delicious! I called the poor guys several times and they were very helpful everytime. High praise for the customer service of the staff!

A VERY long wait via UBER (well over an hour from ordering when it is minutes up the road). Perhaps a more accurate ETA could have persuaded us to pickup vs delivery? Overall the food was of good quality but certainly not a cheaper option for quantity. We found the popcorn chicken dry tonight but the chicken in the burgers was lovely.

My wife and I dined here on Friday arvo after a few appointments in the morning. the bloke behind the counter was welcoming and we ordered 2 burgers and a loaded chips. The burgers (OG and Filthy Bird) and bacon/cheese chips were on point. Hot, fresh and came out relatively quick. We took a takeaway Sundae which was huge and probably just right for two to share. Overall, a fantastic experience - unfortunately we're not zoned in for uber etc so we look forward to visiting again soon! Cheers!

Amazing food. But even more amazing customer service. After menulog stuffed up our order and offered no help. Munchies staff went above and beyond to ensure new order was cooked quickly and gave some kinder donuts for free for the hassle which they did not need to do as it was not there fault. Strong selection of great meals, if anything a bit over priced. The highlights to me are the quality of the buns and surprisingly the veggies taste wholesome for very fatty products. I also feel the chicken is better than the beef, which is not usually the way I go.

We ordered through Menulog and I will say the delivery time was excellent but unfortunately that's the best part of this review. The vegan tex mex burgers were nice tasting but were very cold and the buns seemed stale. the chips portions were very small and overall quite expensive for what we received. The jalopeno poppers weren't jalopeno poppers, they were a slice of pepper with lots of cream cheese and breading. They were also stone cold and smashed. They also forgot parts of our order and we didn't receive a drink. We probably won't be ordering again which is a shame because if the food was hot and not so messily packaged we may have enjoyed it more.
