I really enjoyed the vegetarian hand pulled noodles with chilli oil. Just perfect with a bit of vinegar added to balance the oil. The service was efficient, I didn't have to wait long for my food. Exactly what you'd expect from a cheap eats place.

If you are looking for a very authentic Chinese street food that originally from Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, and looking for a huge portion of food with decent price, this is the place you definitely worth to visit. It is not only endorsed by my Xi'an local friends, but also win me over every time I visited and tried different dishes. It never lets me down. If you are worrying about reading the menu, or hesitating what dish to start with, you don't need to. Every dish has its own picture, you will never get confused.

The thing about this place was that I wasn't expecting to be blown away by the food, much less post a review. You see, if you had the best and most expensive ingredients to work with, it's more likely to turn out tasty, and expensive. Think caviar, lobsters and the like. But, when you make the same magic happen with common ingredients it's a testament to the chef. I ordered a spicy minced beef tossed noodle and it arrived promptly. My noodles didn't look that flash in the bowl. It was more rustic than artistic. At this point I was thinking this looks pretty meh. But I quickly looked past the rustic presentation once the flavours hit home. The best way to describe this would be a spicy Asian take on a spegbolg. The noodles are definitely the hero here. Handmade and cooked to perfection, Al Dante. The beef wonderfully browned, and seasoned with Szechuan peppercorn oil and crushed peanuts. Topped off with dipped fried sliced green chilli and you have a formidable mouthful of heat. Definitely worth a visit if Xian style spice and handmade noodles are your thing. I'm planning another visit. The noodles are THAT good.

The noodle dish I tried had complicated flavours and it was a bit too much too strong for me. My partner on the other hand did enjoy very much and encouraged me to give them a second chance. I think that’s what I will do and hopefully I can find a more balanced or milder bowl.

One of the best value for money hand pulled noodles in Adelaide. I have been here multiple times to try different things. The signature hand pulled noodles is by far the best thing on the menu. However if you don’t think the noodles is enough to fill you up, the burger/sandwiches will definitely fill up that empty space in your stomach as a tasty side dish. The dumplings in soup were average but worth a try if you’re into something with broth.

Food is great, the service is terrible and the restaurant is also very hot and humid even in cold weather. The noodles are delicious, the spice is perfect. However, the girl that served us refused to explain the menu and just talked to the delivery people instead. I loved the food, just wished they could up their service game.

I'm very disappointed.... with myself....that I never tried this place until recently. I could have enjoyed many a bowl of Chilli Oil noodles if not for my apprehension to try new things... Their signature biang biang noodles are yummy and sizable for a hungry growing meateater. My favourite though is their hot oil lamb noodles. Not spicy, really flavoursome with plenty of garlicy goodness.

When you're off your diet and want a naughty dirty, yet satisfying meal. I'd definitely go for this place. Their pork with pulled noodles is filling. Or if you prefer something with less veggies, go for their pulled pork burger! You might end up with oily sticky fingers, but totes worth it!

Sour soup dumplings tasted bad, too much chili oil without sour flavor, but the biang-biang noodle tasted good, the noodle tasted chewy, but the mince still cold inside .....and my husband very angry, he said the toilet is locked yesterday night, even no body inside.
