I'm giving this place 4 stars overall. Staff shoulď get 5 stars for their service but the food is 3 stars because of the value. We had the corn chips with pork belly - yummy but such small amounts of pork and salad. It needs to be heaped up on your plate to be value for what you pay. We shared it between 2 and there wasn't really enough meat to do this - esp for a main course. . It's better value at Gozman (OTR). The corn chips were fresh and homemade. The turkey was a bit salty but the carrots and broccoli were superyum - but no potatoes 😪. Cocktail was yummy - cranberry dream. But like i said - service was amazing. They just need to find a way to make the food better value.

Went there first time yesterday n i liked the food, ordered burger n salmon fish, was good, and i would especially like to thank staff eliza, she was awesome, really soft spoken, i could see she was getting order, taking plates to kitchen, handling front desk. It was okay. Expected better. Cons: 1) beef ribs lacked flavour 2) we got charged for what was advertised as a free appetiser during happy hour. They were happy to take it off the bill after I pointed it out. (Always check your bill, people!) 3) decor was nothing to get excited about. Execution of the TGIFriday's concept is way better overseas 4) an order of coke took way longer to arrive than expected 5) the jacket potato dish was overcooked 6) when the main dish had arrived, we were asked if we wanted the dirty dishes to be cleared out. Well yes. They were supposed to have been cleared as soon as we were done with the appetisers. And how else will everything fit in the small tables? There's an opportunity here for staff to pay better attention to the tables. 7) no wifi in store yet they encourage you to order via their app 8) hard to get the attention of staff Pros: 1) good value for drinks during happy hour. Nice assortment of cocktails 2) welcoming staff 3) chicken wings are good Likely won't be back.

Oops forgot to take a photo before I devoured it. This was the first time I had TGIF since they revamped it. I was really surprised at how different the restaurant looked since the last time I went. Even though it is still a tad expensive the food, drinks and service has improved so much and is so much more worth it now than what it was before. Amazing! 👏 👏 👏

New management/owner? Excellent service.. Came here for lunch on a weekend used a voucher for a significant discount which was accepted with no problems and made the whole meal very good value (the menu as standard is quite expensive). The wings were juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside and the basting/sauce was delicious. The burger and wrap were both enormous, hot and very tasty. The service from all the wait staff was wonderful, particularly the manager who was warm, welcoming, friendly and notified us of further discounts that they are running currently. I came here years ago and had a really unpleasant experience, so it was refreshing to be back and have my opinion of the restaurant completely turned around.

Today we had an amazing experience at TGI Fridays marion. Our host was Emma and she went above and beyond for us. My son thought she was lovely. We don't get out much for dinner or lunch with a baby and young kids but today was super easy, food came out so quickly and was super yummy! Thanks for the experience. Had a beautiful dinner and desert Friday night, we had the loveliest service by Tori, she was very kind and helpful and made our night, came back the next night for the food and her amazing service. The only reason I only gave 4 stars, very expensive. The service was excellent, Vanessa is very helpful and friendly. The manager was great. The food was deliverd fast, fresh, and delicious. Nice atmosphere and background music. Large menu, with ample cocktails for any taste buds. Lunch specials are the way to go.

First visit since the reopening after the refurbishment. Very modern look, unfortunately the person who designed the inbuilt furniture must think that all patrons will be very slim. Very little room between the seating and the table. On the plus side the food was nice, love the signature sauce. I like to be comfortable and able to relax when eating out and due to the lack of space between the seating and table I probably would think twice before visiting again.

Outstanding Customer Service! My husband and I went to TGI Fridays for a quick lunch and received the best customer service from Emma and Hayley. They were prompt and attentive, checked on us, asked the kitchen to put our meal as a priority as we had a movie booked, and just generally provided a friendly environment. Staff were nice, but the food was really meh. Everything cannot at once and was all cold or slightly warm. Everything tasted just fine, but nothing was great or wasn't something you could make easily at home better, or get somewhere else for half the price. For the food was not great and some drinks were weirdly expensive for what they were.

Great food and drinks as always. However, they have recently done a renovation of the restaurant and now make you order on your mobile phone. I am not happy with this change, and I believe they they should scrap this altogether. Also, the new interior of the restaurant completely removed the American charm it used to have and is now just depressing and modern like every other restaurant seems to be.

We had my daughters 26th birthday dinner here. Was very busy, staff were all friendly. Food was average. I’m into healthier foods so it’s not the ideal choice of place for me. Great atmosphere,especially if celebrating a birthday. We didn’t receive any spoons with which to eat the birthday cake and because it was so busy we all just used whatever cutlery we had eaten dinner with to eat our cake. Went here again for daughters birthday at her request. Service was excellent. Food is mostly deep fried so it’s not my kind of place to eat but happy to go when a family member wants to go here.

Food tasted ok but my particular meal (caesar salad) was not very fresh at all. Bacon was dry and tough. egg seemed to have been a day or two old. chicken was at that awkward temperature where you were it was too cold to be fresh but warm enough to think it was just reheated in a microwave, perhaps from frozen. Air-conditioning in the place was woeful. low 30's outside and not much better inside. not likely to return.

Is slightly on the more expensive side but personally I'd say it's worth it, their sweet potato fries are awesome and they gave me the expirience of being able to try mozzarella sticks which were tasty! their mexican nachos are well loaded and has a great flavour combo going on, plus their atmosphere is great!

After a rough couple of days and a long day of work I thought I’d pop in and treat myself to a cocktail. I was seated and welcomed by Emma at the bar, she makes a very good Brooklyn Sour, 100% recommend. I was feeling quite low when I came in and I found myself chatting with Emma and another customer and it was really lovely to have a laugh and chat, I really needed that. So a big shoutout to Emma, thats what amazing customer service is and you really lifted me up and made me feel happy and at home so thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back for another cocktail fix soon ❤️

A little on the expensive side compared to the quality of the food received, but its an easy choice for a birthday or celebration. It feels very American and although doesn't compare to a real TGI in the US, it's worth a go if you've never experienced it before.

First time visit to TGI Fridays and I had a good time! The service was quick and friendly and the menu options were pretty good. We didn't have any mains but had a couple of starters and they were delicious and deceptively filling. The desserts were great and presented well, and I enjoyed the pineapple mocktail. The theme and decor of the restaurant reminded me of a mix between the older style Hungry Jack's mixed with a pub. Overall good experience and I'm glad for the introduction to it :)

Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday with just her mum and myself. My wife had the 3 for all appetizer as main. The greens that came with it looks being cut for sometime as the lettuce had changed color. Other than that the ribs, chicken wings and potato skins taste ok. My daughter had the Jack Daniel Salmon. The sauce was too sweet for her and the blanched vegetables were overcooked. I had the fish and chips which tasted great except that again the baby rockets looks like they were out in the open for sometime. Overall, pleasant meal, good service and nice atmosphere.

Couldn't reccomend more highly. There was a mix up with the computer system and the staff went above and beyond to fix the error as soon as they knew about it. Came here for just a casual dinner with a friend and safe to say we had never been so content with any food in any restaurant ever all the food was perfect great portions and the flavour ratio was just immaculate, the wings we had were the best wings we have ever had anywhere and to top it off the cocktails and drinks were also perfect we hadn't been back here in a very long time and honestly think it will be the regular from now on. To top it off were were greeted by the staff in such a happy professional matter and also when the food was brought out we received just amazing service. Honestly management, chefs and all staff here put in so much care in food service and drinks 11/10 will be a regular from now for sure. Also one thing I forgot to ask and I would love to know is when happy hour is for cocktails and the drinks menu as I feel the need to drink and eat lots of wings with a group one night. as I said amazing couldn't have had a better experience in any restaurant I have been to.

Had a movie/dinner night with my partner and we decided to go to TGI Friday's. We ordered the chicken strips, pork belly nachos and Texas style burger. The food was really good, well presented, and came out quickly! However, the service was excellent and was the key thing we were impressed by. Our waitress was Anita and she showed exceptional professionalism and attentiveness without intruding. Hats off to her! Definitely recommend to go here 😃

We were seated and know one came near us for 15min. But luckily the manager was great and got the staff moving. Other than that the meals were absolutely brilliant. With a large bar serving cocktails, an assortment of over the top American style foods and bottomless drinks. The scenery is typical Americana. The closest I've experienced to the diners you see in American sitcoms. For some reason they have their own very of happy birthday which is odd at first. Try the jack Daniels burger. Delish!

Busy eatery, but the service is good. You can order your meal by a phone app, which is pretty good. Once you have gone through a few steps you are ready to order. One good thing is if you are with a large group you can let hem know via the app and you are then served as a group. The menu is good, there as a lot of great meals that it can take you time to pick your meal. I found the food well cooked and the service good. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love coming here as TGIF's always has tasty food and a delicious selection of cocktails to choose from. Amazing service here too, always cheerful and helpful. Its only downside is the prices are exceptionally pricey for what it is. Good portions for food, but not for what you're paying for. Starters come at $11 to $18, which is insane given they're just starter sizes at meal prices, and meal prices being from $19 to $29! TGIF's comes to me as more of a luxury dining place when it really doesn't need to be, which is a shame as I would love to come here more often, if it wasn't for its prices.

We don't dine out much, so I don't have much current experience with which to compare it. Went there for a friend's special celebration. I had the pork ribs in the house sauce. Possibly the most expensive meat I've ever had, on a per gram basis, but the flavour was brilliant. Nice tub of slaw, and really good chips. A great meal. Good quality wine by the glass, including 250 ml serves. Wife had porterhouse with pepper sauce. Cooked to perfection, and tender and tasty. It seemed to take a while for the food to arrive, but maybe I don't know what's normal. Staff were tops. Probably too few, but that's a management issue. Good location. Would recommend.

Had a fantastic meal with the family this evening. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. I had the Memphis burger. Perfect blend of flavours and textures. The kids always love their kids meals and activity sheets. The most wonderful experience though was our waitress Bec. She was amazing! Super friendly and super helpful. She greeted us as soon as we sat down, introducing herself and asking whether we wanted some water. She checked in to see how things were when we got our meal, had a joke with the kids, and was overall really efficient with our orders. Service as good as that is rare these days. Thanks!

I came in last week and I had a fabulous time here. The food was great and also the drinks. Shainee served us and she was outstanding! Took us through the new promotion and was very attentive. Always had a smile on her face. We all had a lovely time because of her. However I believe your manager, a tall lady (couldn't pick up the name) was very rude to her staff which wasn't very nice to look at.

I have always loved going to TGI Fridays Marion, but the last times we have been, the food wasn't the best and service average. Last night we tried again because my girlfriend said that the menu has changed and the food was great. I am glad to say that our Ultimate Jack Daniels Burgers were perfectly cooked; the ingredients were fresh and the new chips a great too. The service was very prompt, friendly and we didn't miss our movie.

We visited TGI Fridays at Oaklands Park, SA for dinner! We were served by our waiter, Jonny. His professionalism alone was enough to make us want to revisit TGI Fridays. She got talking to our 9 year old and it turned out she was friends with Prof. Flint (he's like the Wiggles of Palaeontology!) who our kid thinks is a pretty big deal. We dined here with 10 kids & 3 adults, we had a great night, kids all had their own large paper menu which included activities & crayons, all our meals (kids & adults) pretty much came out together so we were all able to eat at the same time which was great, everyone enjoyed their meal, including all 10 kids, many cocktail choices at reasonable prices, really lovely, friendly, helpful staff, who made the birthday girl feel very special, involving everyone to clap while they sang to her, special thanks to Richel for being so friendly & making us feel very welcome till the moment we left. Great food, great service. The waiter Harvey was very friendly and attentive. Refilled drinks without being asked, brought out extra napkins with our food without being asked. A very nice experience. Will definitely come again next time we're in Adelaide.

It's ok. Little bit expensive. No doubt Thier decoration is really good which obviously increase your appetite and uplift your mind. But I am little bit upset with their steak and ribs. May be my expectations was a little bit high from them. Besides I tried the ribs and steak from a Tuesday deal, so I got them in a discount. Now I am not sure if their deals/ discount offered foods are different from the full priced meal or not. Because on ribs, I barely got any meat. And I am definitely not willing to pay the full price for that amount. But I also tried a dessert and appetizer, which were really good. Loved those seasoned calamari and hot brownies topped with ice cream.

TGI Fridays is the king of American Dining in Adelaide. The menu is well varied, and each dish is quite unique. I generally go for the Ultimate Jack Daniels Burger, constantly forgetting how large this meal is. Never can finish it... The ribs are amazing, and of course, come with that special Jack Daniels sauce. Friendly staff, prompt service. The food CAN be a little on the expensive side, but for a great night out with some awesome food, it's hard to complain about the price.

Meh. I don't know how to review this place.. It's not good and not bad... Maybe put it in the realm of an American themed Cafe Primo without the primo prices? $22 for 12 wings initially seemed ok, but for close to $2 a wing they were not even full wings, each piece was only the size of the ulna and radius... not the entire length from humerus through to phalanges.. that's $2 for something the length of your thumb. lol, but not lol. I had the Memphis burger. It tasted good, especially the beef pattie with the flavour of the smokey flame grill, but over all I think it was a little dry; that is the bun was spongy, the burger wasn't overly juicy and the whole construction could have done with more sauces... something that would drip into my hands a bit as I pulled it up to my mouth to take a bite would have been perfect. All this sounds like I didn't enjoy my experience which isn't true, the atmosphere, and staff were great, good beer, the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. I just thought that the prices were a little steep and not completely the style of burger I prefer.

I was in Westfield Merion Friday's today. Went there especially for lunch happy hours to eat burger for 14 dollars. It was so delicious! The bread in burgers was absolutely tasty together with Assie beef! We were also given crayons and coloring for our son, so he was busy all the waiting time. I really love this place. I am Vegan and they are very accommodating and kind. Definitely keep the vegetable and dairy free options on your menu. I always tell my friends and family to go here. They make a lovely bruschetta pasta (which i've heard has since been discontinued) If so definitely bring it back it's delicious. The Fajita tower and nachos veganised is lovely. As well as the potato skins with quacamole and mushrooms. I also loved the potato twisters veganised and the veggie burger veganised. Thanks for always being helpful and giving vegans some nice options when out at dinner at a non vegan place. I hope you continue to do so.
