Lovely cafe on quiet street. Lucky to find this place open during Xmas time. Staffs are super friendly and coffee is nice. There’s limited dishes that we can choose from menu due to unexpected incident, but overall they are delicious and beautifully presented.

Bright and cozy little cafe with outdoor seating. Interesting flavour combo for the mushroom dish. Bit of Asian flavours to it. Pulled pork sandwich was alright, highlight was the chips. Been a while since my last visit but very much enjoyed my coffee and granola bar before heading into work. First huge plus to me was the greeting and attention to detail of the staff - all were friendly, courteous and helpful. I'll return for the lovely coffee (no sugar required) but the great service makes it a certainty. Plenty of seating options here and the street itself is not too busy that you couldn't read a chapter of a book or similar while you take a break. The menu itself is interesting and incorporates seasonal goods; I'll plan on a breakfast here soon. And for cyclists, there is outdoor seating and plenty of room to stow a bicycle and keep an eye on it.

Fantastic experience. We ordered the roasted pumpkin dish and the day's special (foraged porcini and pine mushrooms with garlic and butter, with sourdough) for brunch and coffee. The coffee was alright, but the dishes were phenomenal. The flavours of the vegetables shone through. You could taste the freshness of each ingredient, something a lot of restaurants fail at. Great brunch menu that changes with season. Service was super friendly and great! We didn't book but they accomodated us. Love how they work with local producers to source the ingredients. Will definitely come back!

Love this place. The food was amazing and different to your regular breakfast choices. As it was my husbands birthday we started off with a glass of champagne each. For breakfast I chose the Clare Valley poached eggs, avocado & lime, haloumi & ciabatta. topped. The dish was garnished with a sprinkling of radiccio, & peas. Our coffee was then brought out after finishing our meal. Well flavoured hot coffee. The service was excellent especially since they were extremely busy. Would highly recommend this place and will definately be back to try our dishes on the menu.

This cafe should be renamed 'The Flinders Street Gem' because it such a treasure on this end of town. The owners have not only nailed the coffee and food but the service and atmosphere of the place differentiates it from the rest! Look up and admire the 1000s of wooden spoons that have been meticulously cut and arranged to form a decorative ceiling. Prices are decent and the taste and portion size are definitely taken into consideration- well done guys!

Loved it. From the frantic action in the open kitchen, to the great coffee and the delicious food. Could not have had a better breakfast this morning. Eggs Benedict is fantastic. Basic bacon and eggs also great. If you’re a tourist in the city and, like us, looking for somewhere for brekky, this place will tick the boxes.

Popped in to have my morning coffee after dropping the car off for a service Flinders Street Project is a really cool/hip little coffee cafe. The service and more importantly the coffee were great! The only negative was that the coffee was a little on the cool side for me (I'm certainly not a scalding hot milk requester by any stretch of the imagination) I didn't have any food today but I did have slight food envy looking at those sitting around me who had ordered a cooked breakfast.

It's the Lime and The Coconut that really makes it better. That's the Lime and Coconut Granola. Delicious. And the Soy Decaf Latte. it tasted like a real coffee, but without the jitters. The Flinders Street Project was great to visit for anyone who likes good quality food, with great coffee (and that includes decaf). I visited it on the weekend, as I was staying a few doors down. The staff are lovely, very hospitable. When i return to Adelaide, it will be on my list.

Food was amazing and well portioned for the price. Service was terrible though. They have no wheelchair accessible ramp (baby with a pram) so I asked for a menu and they said it's table service. My family and I sat outside in the cold winter morning waiting at the table for service. Took them 10 mins to bring water and a menu.

Love coming here, the staff are friendly, the coffee and food are fabulous! These guys are my local not-local cafe, I always pop in when I can, whether it's for takeaway or dine in. Toasties and a salad are my go to for a quick lunch, but the seasonal menu items are delish! The cold brew is fab and it's a lovely cosy atmosphere! Definitely recommend a coffee (and food) if you're so inclined! Delicious fresh SA produce, 10/10!

Came for brunch. Nice looking place and very busy with people queing outside for takeaway coffee. Unfortunately the vibe from the guy greeting us was less than enthisiastic shall we say. No smile. No sense that he was glad to have us there. Maybe he was having a bad day. The menu looked good but most dishes needed extras which were $4ea. No 'big' type breakfast with everything. Mainly though it was the vibe from the guy that made us think we'd be more welcome elsewhere (e.g. East Borough Eatery which was unfortunately was closed!). Got takeaway coffee which was excellent.

The main takeaway for me was that the food was good. Was diasppointed the mushroom ragu wasn't available and they had run out of croissants. Instead my daughter was given a cheesy toast. Did have the same experience as one of the previous reviews, one staff member was very rude. He felt he needed to tell us how we should act and behave. Specifically told me that I should have paid at the end because two of our ragus had to be replaced. Again, he told my wife the cheesy toast was the same price as the prosciutto croissant. Go there for the food and hope you avoid the rude waiter.
