This is a great little spot to stop and eat right next to the river in a very popular area.

Great experience at Betty's Burgers, Howard Smith Wharves! We came on a busy Saturday night specifically to try the lobster roll special. Although there was only one left, it lived up to our hopes - absolutely delicious! The rest of our meal was also fantastic. Special thank you to Makayla, who looked after us with the friendliest, attentive service. Great service really makes a huge difference and we couldn't have asked for better.

Had a great lunch here. Sat down for meal here and the place was clean, staff were friendly and our meals came out quick. Have to say, was one of the tastiest burgers I have had, highly recommend the Betty's Double. Cant wait to eat here again. Also extra points for allowing us to park our electric scooters inside and secure out the way.

We visited at 2:00pm on a Saturday afternoon and were waited on by the awesome Selin. I had the Betty’s Double and my beautiful wife had a Crispy Chicken. We also had onion rings. The meal was incredible! The burgers were tasty and the buns wonderfully soft. The sauce is amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and the beverages were frosty. Stop making excuses and just go - you won’t regret it.

It was so frustrating to enter my card details at the table. Also an error message came up at the end. Just take the order with a pen and paper, guys 💫👍

This restaurant deserves a big WOW. This is an amazing joint. Right from the entrance to the restaurant is as bright as the people and their menu. Being a Vegan, one would never feel left alone. Their menu includes and caters for Vegetarians. Being one myself, I walked in hesitantly but quiet overwhelmed by their tasty meal full of flavor. I would challenge that their vegan burgers are one of the best in Australia. One has to order fries and the dips separately. I had no regrets to order their onion rings, which are top notch. The meal was a super hit with me and my friend. I ended up visiting their restaurant three days in a row in the evenings. The menu is not extensive, but whatever they are presenting is the best in taste and quality. Hope they could maintain this quality. The seating looks like we are sitting in a garden although it is side walk. The lighting and the seating is bright and very welcoming. The tasty food is worth every penny. I wish the management and their staff all the very best and keep pumping out the same quality.

This is one of the best if not THE best looking burger branch in Brisbane. Had the Betty’s Classic burger, onion rings and fries. Everything was of great and fresh quality. The staff has been really friendly and great. Didn’t take long to get our meals. Great vibe and super nice location. Happy to come back. :)

Great place for a Sunday lunch. Ordered chicken and spicy chicken burgers(southern fried chicken).burgers could be a bit bigger for the price. If you want chips or side salad you have to order separately. Burgers were good and the southern fried chicken was on point.

Great burgers and great service. The range of burgers was good. There's inside and outside sitting and it's very cool atmosphere near to the story bridge. We have orded the crispy chicken burger and mushroom beef burger and there so tasty. It's a bit pricey but the quality of the foods were perfect. Recommend this place to everyone and will go there again.

The food are delicious but it's not possible to make a combo meal so the price incrise. 26$ pp for a meal burger, frites and drink. Recommended by a friend and this place did not disappoint! The portion sizes are perfect, being an American restaurant you would expect massive burgers and huge drinks, but was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and lovely staff, and the food was a really good combination of flavours. Their skinny chips and garlic aoili are so good, and the lemon cheesecake concrete is delicious! Can also highly recommend the classic burger with a runny egg and beetroot 🙂🙂 Reasonably priced as well and didn't leave feeling like we had over eaten

Lovely venue under Brisbane’s beautiful story bridge. Easy access from New Farm; just a short stroll to the lift (there are 2 nearby). I haven’t been on this river section before and it was just fun trying something new. Surprisingly quiet venue considering traffic right above, but we could easily hear one another and the background music. I had a Bare Betty; husband had a classic. Prices seemed reasonable value. I didn’t try the ‘concretes’ although they sound fun & delicious - if you’re not counting carbs, give it a go! Great service from Makayla U. Thanks for going beyond the usual and providing table service! All in all a really enjoyable lunch date with friends, and we plan on going back.

Incredible authentic experience paired with a taste sensation meal. I cannot recommend the thickshakes and concretes enough as well as the burgers that were cooked to perfection alongside mouth watering accompaniments such as bacon, cheese, onions etc. Furthermore, service was impeccable - shoutout to William for always being on the ball; quick to answer any questions that we had and ensure our dining experience was indeed 5 stars.

We had the Betty's classics, fries, onion rings and concrete dessert. The meal was delicious - the burgers tasty and the buns amazingly soft. The service was faultless. We were waited on by a very pleasant, friendly and helpful Jaimi. She brought our food to our table, cleared our table promptly after we finished and was attentive to our needs. Recommend this place to anyone who wants delicious burgers and awesome service.

Shout out to the young male waiter with the blonde curly hair who served us on Friday evening 27/11/20. Our toddler was a bit tired and being a little chaotic, but he was super kind and helpful. We stayed at the Fantouzzo for the weekend, and dined in multiple restaurants, I am surprised to say that the burger joint provided the best service in the whole area.

I’ve had the most wonderful experience at this restaurant. I’ve been here 3 weeks in a row and seated by abbey 2/3 weeks. The girl always has such a positive vibe when greeting us upon arrival. This week I injured my knee while playing basketball so When it was time to pick up my order I asked Abbey if it was possible for her to bring the meal to my table. She happily did so and then continued to bring the rest of the meals ordered by others to our table. Abbey’s customer service was exceptional, she constantly checked in with us to see if she could provide anything more and I haven’t experienced that type of service in quite some time which is why I’ve gone out of my way to write a review. The girl should be prepped for a management position in the future because she’s guaranteed to hold it down for the burger fam. 100/10 service. Will be back next week!

This is a review, which I am doing. It is Christmas Eve. The weather is fine. I have finished my meal, but I have a small amount of my drink left (20-30ml), which is good. They had buzzers here to let you know when your meal is ready. These buzzers are numbered. I got number 29. I usually think of the football players for Geelong with the corresponding numbers to my football team. Cameron Guthrie is Number 29! :D. The burger was nice and the service was lovely. Very romantic setting 😍. Ps we had a long conversation about Cyberpunk 2077 (regarding its strengths and weaknesses). PPS. William was a charming and helpful ;)

Was disappointed the pork belly burger was no longer on the menu, but the crispy chicken burger was pretty good. 🍔 Alessia was an attentive waitress and very helpful with helping us take group photos. The waitresses can get a bit over-eager offering to clear dishes though, we had 3 offers in 15 minutes - interrupts the flow of conversation. The view of the river is blocked by other restaurants, but one can take a lovely stroll after dining and admire the city skyline. Delightful American-style diner experience in a chic venue.

On a side note, Abby offered exceptional hospitality and really made this visit a Stirling reminder of why brisbane is the best city in Queensland for a metropolitan lifestyle.
