Had a great experience here! I bought a choc mint milkshake and a crunchy caramel sundae. They were sweet and flavourful but not sickly sweet. Staff were friendly, great atmosphere. Kind of expensive, the sundae was $20 but once in a while is fine.

Such a good place to go to for a treat! Lots to choose from on the menu. The share plate is a good idea to try, the icecream sundaes are also pretty big so recommend to share those. I loved the fairy floss too! ❤

Great option for cocktails on a casual night. The desserts looked great (if too sweet was a thing, one would describe them as such) and our cocktail choices were nothing but fantastic. Special mention to the espresso martini, with great flavour and a chocolate covered glass to balance it out if you choose to do so. Staff were friendly and the music sounded great. We will be back!

First time diner. Loved it, kids loved it & I have to admit it was a nice change to not be charged a surcharge on a public holiday. Instead we recieved a $5 voucher for every $25 spent. Fyi pictured below was $75 total

This place was a great stop for a late night sweet treat with family at Southbank. Lovely presentation of desserts. The dark hot drinking chocolate tasted delicious. Warm pancakes with fresh fruit and smothered with whipped cream was just what we deserved after a week of healthy eating. The chairs were the same height as the table and uncomfortable bending over to eat. The long wood chair screws were loose and not safe for 2 people to sit on. 4 stars Thank you.

My first time at cowch, it was a nice experience. They have a handful of vegan options but would aboustely love to see more. The staff were polite and double checked my order before making it. I ordered a vegan chocolate sundae. It's chocolate ice cream, strawberry sauce, hard chocolate drizzle. For an extra $1.70, I got bananas pieces too. It was nice little dish to try.

Nutella ice cream is my favourite. A pretty decent dessert shop for hanging out with friends and grab a sweet treat. Pizza was meh, not really go well with everything else. Be advised if you're not a huge fan of dessert better not order to much since 2 people can hardly finish 1 serving. Parking here is always difficult, especially friday & weekend. Price is a bit on the higher end, understandable since it's SouthBank.

My first time at Cowch and I can't wait to go back! The service that we received from Ben was fantastic. He took his time to take us through the very extensive menu (I wanted everything!) before my boyfriend and I decided to split the choc vegan sundae. Had a great time. Fast service and friendly staff. Our dessert was served by Ben (Reed), who went far above and beyond to ensure we were well-accommodated and comfortable. We were specifically looking to be seated at a table that was recently vacated and, without missing a beat, he swiftly cleared and cleaned the table, right before our food was promptly served. This is all without mentioning that the gelato was fantastic, and the late closing time meant we were able to squeeze in a quick treat just before midnight. Thanks to Cowch for supporting a great evening, and a special thanks to Ben for the quality of his service.

The service is very good, and it's a novelty. The offerings are inconsistent, and a little bland, just sweet without flavour. The dessert pizza is not nice (dough is chewy and weird), and churros are soft and not deep fried, but the giant milkshakes and cocktails are pretty good.

The best time tonight celebrating with a friend. The staff were all incredibly lovely, a massive should out to Cara with a C who offered to sing us happy birthday despite no birthday and in general went above and beyond the normal level or service. Also, apologies to Rhys, as I nearly knocked the drinks out of your hand while singing Taylor Swift. All in all, I would do this again. Bless.

Lovely menu of not only alcoholic beverages (cocktails), but mocktails and desserts. I tried the “Campfire” cocktail which was delicious. The staff were lovely and I would recommend.

This place has the potential to be amazing, unfortunately service let's this place down tremendously. 45min wait to get any of our order which I end up having to ask where our order was then it miraculously appears (even a simple flat white coffee). I mean it tasted good and is visually appealing but sometimes the taste/looks just doesn't bring customers back. I just think if the service was a bit more organised, friendly and prompt you would have alot more returning customers.

I loved how this dessert cocktail bar has such a wide selection of beverages and creative desserts. The vibe here is chill and lively. The service team is nice and friendly. However, we did experience a long waiting time for our desserts and drinks. The desserts is very well presented and a tad over sweet but overall very good. Lovely atmosphere for NYE, neat tunes and friendly staff. We made the mistake of ordering too much for a couple. Honestly, best to share as it is very filling and super sweet. Have a water next to you in case your taste buds get too overwhelmed. Delicious, a bit pricey but if you can share it helps. Yummy!!

I believe Cowch is the only desserts and cocktail bar in Queensland that is maintained well, clean and offering customers with amazing choice of desserts!! -> Cookie & Cream pancake stack - This dessert was “THE BOMB”. When you look at it, you will just “Fall in Love” and it absolutely delicious with good amount of milk chocolate, Tim tam, Cookies & Ice cream. The pancake was super fresh (Nice & Fluffy) and a bit warm & cold flavours- which made the dessert really perfect and hit the Mark!! They have a generous amount of space at the dessert bar that can occupy a lot of people with different types of Tables! We really can’t wait to get back and try every other desserts they offer!!

If you like sugar and all things sweet this place is for you. We came here for breakfast so didnt get the full offering from this place. However the pancakes and crepes were fantastic and the smoothies were amazing. Very tasty indeed and I liked how they dipped the bottles in chocolate and then cooled them down so it stuck to the bottle. They offer a smaller size for the kids even though it didn't say so on the menu and it was perfect for them. Only downside to our visit and this could be a one off. The service was a little slow given the plave was pretty empty. But it wasn't unbearable and the food was yum

My first visit at Cowch did not disappoint thanks to the amazing Rhys! ❤ It was long overdue for me to experience the wonders of Cowch and my night only really begun when we were greeted by the charismatic and instantly loveable Rhys at the entrance. My friends and I were surfing a post-dance-class high and anyone else might have thought we were drunk, but Rhys handled us like pros and matched our goofy energy with as much glee as professionalism 💯 He made sure all of our sweet desserty needs were met and double checked that our lactose intolerant needs were met so as to avoid a catastrophic, chaotic, and cataclysmic event from taking place in public not too dissimilar to the scene in Bridesmaids 💀 Rhys was super friendly and truly made all of us laugh all throughout the night. He was a good sport with our borderline obnoxious behaviour including us performing a quick dance number to one of the songs - we received applause from the other patrons to our utter delight and were glad we weren't impacting anyone's experience in a negative way! (who doesn't love dinner and a show!) 👏👏👏 All in all, it was the best Tuesday night I've had in a long time and there was something honestly so magical about our experience at 10pm on a midweek night with the pouring rain! I felt like I had known Rhys for years and my friends and I left feeling totally invigorated and revitalised from the experience!! 11/10 would recommend! Thank you Rhys and Cowch for a fun-nomenal night! 😍

I had a dessert pizza, mocktail and grazing platter while I was here with friends. My favourite was probably the mocktail (Alice's Tea Party). The other desserts, though delicious and innovative, were quite sweet even for someone like me with a sweet tooth. Presentation was amazing nevertheless. On a very busy night, it took 10 min of waiting in line to claim a reserved table and 50 min of preparation for an order this size. I did see other people with smaller orders being served before us though they came in after. However, the staff were quite helpful and friendly. It's definitely worth going to Cowch despite the high prices - just make sure to book a table first!

Cowch is a nice large space for casual meet-ups or date nights with quirky cow decor. We enjoyed the Nutella Chill ‘n’ Dip with its Nutella ice cream, mini churros, and diced strawberries. The dark hot chocolate was also good. However the Nutella cheesecake tasted like a regular cheesecake with one small dollop of Nutella on top. Good place for those with a mega sweet tooth!

Staff did a great job seating a table of 7 on a busy Saturday night. Food and drinks looked amazing, so we ordered the nutella pizza, banana split and naked ice cream pop. The nutella pizza was pretty good - nice combo of fruit and base wasn't too thick but still chewy. Naked pop was supposed to be peanut butter flavour but tasted like cheap ice cream from Coles. What dazzles isn't always gold.

The girl taking our order was pretty rude and also got our order wrong. We ordered the naked pop which imo is overpriced but love the concept. The bubblegum flavour was really strong which was fantastic and they had heaps of toppings to pick from. Would be better if the whole ice-cream was covered in chocolate rather then just the top. All the other desserts looked amazing. Also really loved the udder lights throughout.

This little spot on Grey street is perfectly situated for a morning coffee. You can sit comfortably and take in the sights while catching a bit of sun. My latte was brought out quickly by the wait staff and was delicious to the last drop. Smooth and delicious. While others may find it a nuisance I quite enjoyed the little birds milling about . Something just a little bit different, especially when it comes to dessert cocktails! Can vowch (see what I did there??) for the peanut butter number and the Mad Hatter's concoction. Depending on your sweet tooth, this place could be udderly (somebody stop me!) the place to settle in for a few. Also an extensive dessert menu means both you and the kids can enjoy the venue.

The parlour and bar are both queue for service, and we got timelined to finish up at our table, even though we’d booked and would have kept dropping the big bucks there, so somewhat disappointing. Also the descriptions on the menu - need to be clearer, but decadent surprises is kind of what you were expecting so they turned up in droves. Bring your insulin or something - sugar explosion!! 🤯🤤

This of course was held at this very fine establishment. The food: Ambrosia. The drink: As mana from heaven. The lights: Dazzling. The service: The very substance of which legends are born! The master of festivities known to us as Cara was the pinnacle of excellence over the course of the celebrations and I speak for my entire regiment when I assert this excellence only enhanced our experience and assisted in our recovery to battle another day! My battle weary comrades of the war of the bloody assessments were once more reinvigorated for the fight and we march once more towards victories till now thought unobtainable. Great concept as a dessert and cocktails bar. A wide range of options on the menu. The space is also nicely designed. You can't see the options for ice cream and toppings on the menu or from the counter so you just have to guess for your order if you have already been in line for 10 minutes if you don't want to lose your place. It was a Friday night so it was busy and a bit of a wait, which would have been fine if it wasn't because they were severely understaffed and just slow in general. Waited 5 minutes to be seated while different waitress kept walking past. For a place marketed as a cocktail bar, there was one bar tender who was processing orders from 10 different people while also trying to make cocktails at the same time. I have seen multiple give up waiting after 10 minutes to place an order. The rest of the staff also seem to coincidentally be in a bad mood. More staff, more stars.

The venue was really nice. The food was good and well presented. But service was terrible! We watched our order(WITH ICE CREAM) being made and then left sitting on a bench for over 5min, meaning it was served half melted. Also, its all well and good having an open kitchen but when you have a shake being made and they have to rim the glass at one end, take it to the blender at the other, collect toppings at the first end, whip cream in the middle, it's very inefficient and took 10 minutes to make a shake... The Super Shake is really nice. But comes with 40cm long straws so you can share it. It looks great! But the straws don't bend so you want drink it from the milk bottle without sitting the whole thing on your lap. Please pay more for straws or get shorter ones.

This place is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth. There seems to be a few locations but the one we visited is deep in the heart of South bank. There is ample street parking around the area. There is plenty of options to choose from on the menu, along with plenty of seating (inside and out). The prices seem to be very reasonable for what you get (huge, amazing various sweets). I would definitely recommend to both locals and tourists, maybe a good spot to take your significant other!!

We both got a milk shake (Tim tam and choc mint) they both tasted like milk with no flavour whatsoever. I enjoyed the chocolate on the rim but it would have been better to have the chocolate blended into the shake. I didn’t drink half my milkshake. We also got 2 scoops of icecream which I liked. The chocolate icecream had an awesome texture and flavour. I feel the staff could use a bit more organisation. We were given a buzzer that was to go off when our order was ready. It didnt. However I did notice the server with our order and waved her over before she continued lapping the store. Overall we found it overpriced and extremely underwhelming.

We had a booking for 7:30pm, when we arrived we had to stand in line for 15 minutes with everyone else that did not have a booking. After waiting 15 minutes in line with a very impatient 4 year old, I asked a waiter about why did we have to stand in line with everyone else whom was waiting for a table...he eventually cleared a table and we skipped the queue. We sat down at 8pm. For those who don't know, if your waiting in line for your table, make sure you look at a menu while waiting as after you are seated, you will then have to go and wait in line again to order. When I ordered I specifically asked the lady to have some water come out straight away, in which she assured me it would. She also advised that there would be 20-25 min wait on food,which I understood. 8:30pm the food finally came out, and then I then asked about the water as our drinks had still not arrived!! After we finally finished our food,our drinks arrive at 8:45pm......This place is just absolute chaos,not one person seems to know what they are doing, there is no efficiency, waiters are slothing around with no sense of urgency(for example...the table that they finally seated us at was empty the whole time we were in line full of dirty plates and bowls) Anyway the kids seemed to like their food after an hour of arriving and that's the only reason I am giving it a 3,but I won't be coming back again it's not worth the wait!

I had booked for 12pm yesterday and when we arrived, they had to reshuffle the tables in order to fit us in. We then decided to order drinks while we waited and we eventually got seated at quarter past. We then tried to order second round of drinks and we were told that we had clashed with another group booking and this was at 12:40pm, we hadn’t even reached our time limit... this was very disappointing. I understand during these restrictions it is very difficult to manage however I think better time management needs to be put in place and should be timing every guests who sit down so they know when it’s time to go and it doesn’t hold any bookings up. Don’t really do this but quite disappointed as this has happened a number of times now, this isn’t to be taken personally but hopefully to be used to improve service. Staff don’t seem to take the same care with their delivery as they do when dining in. Order through Deliveroo and it seemed like staff just threw my order in with little care as the dark chocolate spilt through the bag, as well as missing items. Staff need to either learn to pace themselves and have better attention to detail when the store is busy, or needs better training and management from senior staff. At the end of the day, I’m not getting what I ordered and hope that this isn’t happening to your overall customers.

Their default method of getting menus to patrons is by getting you to scan a QR code (some android phones do not support this though without third party apps). Its really only effective if a patron has an iPhone or Samsung. Food and drinks were good but incredibly slow and staggered coming out, the first few items arrived 35 minutes after being ordered then the next 2 about 45 minutes after about 55 minutes the last of the stuff came. Randomly something came out that was a extra for one of the first ones 60 minutes after we placed our orders. Very expensive but probably worth it really.

My partner and I visited Cowch last night for some cocktails and were greeted by a lovely waitress, her name is Ellie. She is an extremely lovely lady and couldn't have been more helpful. She was excellent at knowing what is on the menu and was also helpful with suggestions. We had such a great time but were unfortunately too full to order any desserts so we decided to go back tonight for round 2. Ellie was fortunately working again tonight and was once again as lovely and as helpful as ever. My partner and I decided on our desserts and placed an order. We were half way through our meals when Ellie surprised us with a complementary dessert pizza as we had not tried one before. It was certainly not expected and was such a sweet gesture. We just wanted to thank Ellie for her amazing customer service. The owners of this company sure have an incredible employee working for them. As for our meals; OMG talk about delicious! If you are wanting to try a new dessert restaurant then i 100% recommend Cowch. The atmosphere and service are 10 out of 10.

Just wanna say I had the best customer service here yesterday morning by the young guy. I accidentally knocked the drink off his hand while he was carrying it to the table. The poor guy had hot coffee on all over himself, yet the first thing he said was making sure I was alright and not hurt at all, instead of worrying about himself. It was busy at the time, but he made sure the table was wiped clean, floor was mopped and with a big smile. He made sure I shouldn’t have felt bad for what happened. Myself and my fellow companions on the 0808 of the 10th of October in the year 2020 Universal Time Coordinate (We studied aviation hehe) visited the venue for a nice social activity regarding food and cocktails. Her vibrant and colourful personality embraced us as she took her to our table and served us some of the most unique desserts and cocktails I have ever seen. Have been here two times since the COVID restrictions started to lift. The ice cream is delicious as ever, but on my two visits I waited 20minutes and 40minutes between time of order and receipt of my simple order of a scoop of ice cream in a cup. I understand they are busy and recovering post COVID, but at the very least warn customers of the wait times because 40 minutes was far beyond my expectations, even on a busy night. 5 star ice cream with 1 star wait times, I'll give it a 3.

Only thing that could have made it better would have been if the waffle was freshly made but was still nice. Downsides were the prices for some of the items being pretty steep, some of the tables and seats needed a wipe down and my water glass wasn't cleaned properly.

I held my best friends baby shower at Cowch on the Saturday just gone and I was so impressed. Not only on the food which was AMAZING (We got the black package with the Cowch spread - worth every cent and more). The service was unbelievable. Nathan who I dealt with prior to the event was ever so helpful and then the woman who looked after us was such a delight. Helping me with the mass of helium balloons I had, getting us a cake stand (for our own home bought cake and offering boxes to take our leftovers home in) and nothing was too much of a trouble. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time at a restaurant and it made the mumma to be have such a great time. Will definitely be going back and telling everyone about the place. High five guys and you should be proud to have such a great venue. Well done.

This place has a good atmosphere and a great menu, unfortunately at the time of me visiting it took 4 choices to actually find something on their menu that they hadn't run out of. This wouldn't bother me too much normally as I understand busy places can run out of certain ingredients, but the biggest problem was they had run out of the base ingredient of almost all options leaving only pancakes. I will try this place again but I may get there right at opening as I feel they somewhat lack in preparation to be consistent through the entire duration of their posted hours.

Had a small birthday function here tonight and the organisation and help over the phone was soo great! The booking process ran smoothly and they even ensured they’d have the products I wanted to order on the day in advance. They forgot one of our drinks but were really apologetic and quick to fix it(and it was a busy night) and they were just really accommodating. My only suggestion would be to make use of reserved signs more as people kept sitting on our area and around us even though we were told it was just for us :) the girl at the counter with the short hair was wonderful, kind and helpful and a great asset to the team. I went to cowch a few days ago and really enjoyed my experience for two reasons. Firstly, the food was delicious and the coffee I ordered was actually hot, which is very rare in Brisbane!! Secondly, the service was amazing. It was pretty busy when I went, but my friend and I were really well looked after. I dropped my spoon on two seperate occasions and each time the lovely girl working there (brown hair, tall, interesting name starting with M?), replaced my cutlery with a friendly smile and a laugh despite how busy she was. Love everything about Cowch; the fun, funky, yum food, the crazy cool mocktails and cocktails, the aesthetics and "Cow" theme everywhere... this is just one really cool place. The cocktails and mocktails are garnished with fun sweets like lollipops, sprinkles and fairy floss - they taste amazing! I had the Unicorn Lemonade and my friend got the Strawberry Shortcake, both delicious. Looking forward to trying more of their mocktails and cocktails. We ordered the Strawberry Blonde dessert pizza to share and oh my, like eating a piece of heaven. White chocolate base topped with strawberries, banana and marshmallows - seriously yum! The vibe of the place is young and fun. We enjoyed a great girls night out with a killer pop playlist with all the classics, pink vibes everywhere, neon signs, booths, TV screens with film clips playing... the perfect place for a fun-filled night out.

The milky way crepes were so good and rich, and the unicorn lemonade is a really good drink too. The menu items are a bit expensive but that was the only bad thing. Very funky place in Southbank. Was very surprised they actually serve breakfast items too. I was contemplating whether to order breakfast or their regular dessert menu, but since it was still early, I decided to give their breakfast menu a go. I ordered the smashed avo and hot chocolate. Smashed avo was fresh and generous serving, simple but nicely done with great flavour. Hot chocolate was reach and addictive and had a small biscuit on the side which was tasty as well. I will definitely go back and try their cocktails and dessert items next time.

Food is excellent and menu is great. However service could improve and so could cleanliness. Every single time we have been, we have had to ask someone to clear a table for us as every single free table is dirty. Staff clearly don't make rounds of the premises as it is not table service so they obviously don't leave the counter often enough to check the cleanliness of the place.
