Kind staffs and very fast service! I recommend margherita pizza with cheesy crust :) One of staffs said, you have to wait for 10 minutes. But, actually, it just took 8 minutes!! Wonderful!!👍👍👍 + When I lost my iphone, thanks to them, I can get to my home safely. I really appreciate you. Thank you Domino’s, Hamilton ❤️❤️

Usually very good, however last night, Friday, we ordered two Traditional Supreme Pizzas, which is pretty much our normal order, pick-up, and on getting them home found they had some kind of red sauce, spurt all over the top of both pizzas. My partner took one bite and could not eat it, declaring it way too sweet. So that was it for her. I didn't find it overly sweet, however, I could not taste the pizza for the sauce which quickly became quite sickening. I rang Dominos Hamilton, explaining I didn't know what went wrong but it wasn't what I ordered and the girl explained that it must have been a Loaded Supreme whatever that means. I told her we found them pretty much inedible and she advised that Dominos would replace one of the Pizzas. I said we ordered and paid for two Pizzas, which were not what we ordered, which we found inedible and had tossed. She again advised that Dominos would only replace one pizza. I would suggest for customers to check their Pizzas ( which they should not have to do) before taking them home. By the way, we had a very nice Ham and Cheese toasted sandwich for dinner, with an acceptable Sivignon Blanc. Regards Jack Kelly. *******Good News, I have just received an email from the manager of Dominos Hamilton apologizing for the mistake and supplying us with two replacement Pizzas, a Garlic Bread and a Soft Drink when next we order. This is by far the best Domino’s around. As it should be, being downstairs from the Australian head office. The pizza was fresh, delicious, and well made. You’re also able to sit in front of the pizza making station and watch your food being made, giving you an insight into the process. Staff are nice and friendly, but can have a bit of attitude at times. The prep area also could be kept a bit tidier, especially considering it’s on display. Free parking is great too.

The store is located below the national head office, you'd think they'd be more cautious to ensure they're providing a great product. This is incorrect and they're providing a product that is on par. But it's still better then the Clayfield Store which is 800m from my house and I drive 4km to get the pizza from here so whats that tell you!

Hamilton Dominoes is the best dominoes I have been to hand down. Their service might differ here and there depending on what staff memebr you get, everyone has their own way of treating others. The most important thing is that all staff are very professional respectful and the end product is always ready on time and tastes great!

This is probably the only Domino's store I will order from in future. Most other stores are incredibly stingy with their pizza toppings, this one had a more reasonable amount. Ideally I'd like more on a pizza but at least here i don't feel ripped off.
