I got home and my pizza was raw - a saggy mess where the topping was sliding off. The pastry wasn’t cooked. Took it back and I’ve got to give a big thumbs up to Dominoes Kenmore. They replaced the pizza, were very polite and handled the situation professionally.

Our first experience ordering from here was not great as it was delivered much later than than the guaranteed time. BUT the team was very apologetic and explained their issue. They also refunded our on time guarantee fee and on top of that has well and truly made up for their first error in many ways including a few vouchers. The pizzas have been consistently fresh and tasty. The manager Praneem remembers me by name and always goes the extra mile when serving. I will continue ordering from them.

Orders are ready super fast, high level of consistency in pizzas, great taste and friendly customer service over the phone and in-store. There is no better dinner on a Friday night than a Domino's pizza.

First things first, it's fine, like any other pizza restaurants. It's quite generous in its toppings, though with certain choices on the menu, the chef does not do a good job at making the pizzas look like it's been given alot of ingredients. Delivery is so-so, drinks and desserts in the frozen range often doesn't get delivered at all, or gets replaced by just a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Mostly great tasting pizza, with decent quality ingredients. My tips are to always pickup fresh in store, join the mailing list for coupons and buy your soft drinks elsewhere. The online ordering website is a bit annoying with all the popups and up selling, but the pizza tracker is great for timing the pickup, and you can type in whatever name you want 😉
