I am a big fan of proper customer service and I can say that my experience with the staff at this store is A1. They are professional and courteous, even under pressure, which is a credit to them all. The pizza was good too! Bonus! :D

Nicely presented store. Quick, hot and fresh pizza. I don't understand the whingers complaining that these aren't gourmet. Domino's in general is a simple budget option that you won't want every night, but is a fun treat every now and then. Hope the new Rochedale location succeeds and stays around for a long time.

Springwood store has friendly staff, and they've always been consistant with their pizzas, BUT recently not as much. Most of the time they have great pizza bases and topping that's why we kept going back.

Went and bought a Pizza last night and overall it was of great quality. The staff experience however left quite a bit to be desired. The bloke who served me, i think his name was Kurt, was very prompt and friendly. However over his shoulder i spotted a man staring at me, near the port where the pizzas are made. His head was bent downwards and drool dribbled out of his mouth, forming small viscous puddles on the floor. When Kurt asked this man 'order up' he sprung to action and made my pizza, however his head did not move an inch, and he remained steadfast as he stared at me, his head nearly turned a full 180 degrees. After the pizza was made he slammed it into the over and then dabbed. I stared in disbelief as he started fortnite dancing and speaking... No no, SCREAMING in tongues. At this point his co workers evacuated to the other side of the store just to get away from this madman. When the pizza had cooked the strange man cut it into exactly 666 pieces and handed it to me. There was slobber all over the pizza box, and the man had written in some strange writing on the inside of the box, perhaps hyrogliphics? I thanked him reservedly and tried to walk away but as i grabbed the box he held on at the other end and stared into my eyes. In that moment i could feel my soul being ripped from my body, i entered an endless illumenescent void and could feel my very being destroyed and torn appart before my very eyes. All my memories, my existence, it was being erased. Just as i felt my life force slipping away he opens his mouth; 'REEEEEEEEE', he screamed with a beligerant roar, channeling the rage of 1000 autists. I became grounded once more and ran to the store door, staring back i caught a glimpse of his name badge, i think it was 'Ethin' or 'Athan' or something. Anyway, ever since i have been seeing this mans face wherever i turn. It's driving me mad, 'REEEEEEEEEE' rings in my head whenever other people speak to me, i see his face in my dreams which consequently turn to harrowing nightmares. My life has been crippled, my existence now meaningless, i feel as if there is little point continuing.... The pepperoni to cheese ratio was on point though. 👌

Have ordered about 7 times from here, mostly the basic range. Always been perfect. Hot, lots of sauce and enough toppings. Pepperoni and ham and cheese. Happy to have a good store as my local.

Love this store, whenever we do order pizza, it's hot and well made. Plus Trey, the delivery guy is an absolute sweetheart. Always smiling and so kind. Which is rare these days!

Thanks so Much! Best pizza ever! I askee in my online ordering to draw a picture on the box and the two girls did! I got the sick old S symbol on one box and a pirate ship on rhe other. The best domioes is the one that has. A sence of humour! Also best domioes in tatse i have ever had!

Average Domino joint. Usually quite sloppy on pizza preparation. Staff is friendly so no problems here. OK experience overall.

Took ages to order through the phone and when I finally got my food they forgot to give me the ranch sauce for the chicken kickers. Very disappointing.
