Some staff need to work on their customer service. Will walk right past you several times with acknowledging you at the counter. Stuffed an order up when specifically asked to not add chili flakes to a pizza.

Sometimes hit and miss with the pizza, but mostly it is fresh and hot, a good amount of toppings and staff are happily prepared to exchange or fix errors.

One staff took my order and left because he finished his shift. It seems like nobody else noticed my presence, I had to wait another 20mins in the store after my order was ready. I think the wait time could be longer if I did not check myself.

A standard Dominoes, more geared to take aways than staying to eat, thought there is a small amount of seating outside which I have only seen rarely used. Service is fast and efficient, and there is a constant stream of delivery drivers coming in and out. Use the app to preorder to save yourself a few minutes wait. Remember, it's cheaper to pick up than have delivery as they hike up the prices of the pizzas as soon as you select delivery. They is on street parking and I've never found it a problem finding a spot.

Never had a bad experience with this particular Domino's. Pizzas are always on time and good quality, and staff friendly and respectful. Store is well-presented and clean with outdoor seating if wanting to eat that delicious carb disc straight away instead of taking it home. 🍕

It has taken me this long to review my experience with Domino's in Woolloongabba on New Years Eve. For such a busy night, my call was answered well within 3 rings, I was greeted professionally and clearly. I made my order for 6 different pizzas, was given a time and total said goodbye to in a 5 minute time frame. Not once did I have to repeat myself or get frustrated. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately (with a smile, trust me it makes a big difference) collected my pizzas and left. Everything was efficient and when I got home, I kept saying to my friends that is was the nicest customer experience I have had in a long time. Sorry again about the delay. I don't get take away much but I was so impressed by this business. Keep up the good work, and always smile at your customers!! :)

I have been going here for a while because it is convenient to get to. The staff are nice enough but they frequently get your order wrong such as not putting on pineapple when you paid for it or giving you regular crust when you paid for cheesy crust, stuff like that. It is mostly when they are busy that this happens but if you order pizza from here I suggest you check they got your order right before leaving.

I absolutley love this dominos, the staff are always working there hardest and as there moto states they really are hungry to be better. always quality food that is cooked in a heartbeat. the delivery guys are a delight when they ask you how your day was and hand you a delicous meal. extra respect to the E-bike riders as they have it tough riding through a rough neighbourhood.
