Try this restaurant if you're in the area. Good and delicious food. I was surprise that we're able to clean up our Plates! It was a satisfying dinner.

Went along on Saturday evening with a friend who considers this his favourite Chinese restaurant. He dines here frequently. This is a large restaurant in the typical Chinese style with plastic tablecloths and a very extensive menu. Certainly the menu features great sections of duck and seafood! All l the usual dishes one would expect were there.. and some great things Peking duck, soft-shell chili crab, etc. The staff were quite efficient and polite. The food was certainly fresh and tasty. We had salt and pepper quail which was quite small but hot and crisp. Our prawns were very freshand plump-the texture fantastic! Also a beef dish which was really stunning in its delicious Peking sauce. This restaurant has a liquor licence and there were the usual drinks on offer. The wine selections were more appropriate than usual to a Chinese restaurant featuring wines that complemented the food. This isn't often the case in Asian restaurants. The waiter was attentive and asked us about the timing of our dishes from the kitchen. He checked which ones we wanted first and which ones served together and if we were ready for our next course etc. A nice touch when you are ordering banquet style. All up, great food, good service and the presentation and attention to detail of the dishes was very good compared to similar venues

The food here is great and affordable. it is also fast so if you want to spend time with someone then maybe find a better atmosphere. If not and want takeaway or quick meal this is the place.

Fantastic staff and wonderful food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant as it has impeccable dishes. The sizzling pepper steak is a favourite in my family and we always enjoy ourselves when we visit.

Food is good. We did take away. Unfortunately one of the items were not what we ordered. The service is nice but the English literacy is lacking a bit and does not facilitate communication. Maybe the orders should be confirmed??? That way errors could be avoided.

Tasty Chinese food that actually tastes like something other than batter, grease or sugar. I can't really comment on the authenticity of the cuisine, but it's definitely better than most Chinese restaurants around. If you want orange chicken or whatever people are complaining about in the ratings, just go to a cheap take away joint and save your money. This is a quality meal and a reasonably nice place. The Szechuan dishes are excellent.

The young lady with a heart necklace was one of the rudest people ive met. Food came out wrong snd she just said ‘oh - the chef did the wrong thing’. You guys are going to lose lots of business with people like this.she says her name was Nikki - very rude. Should be removed from this restaurant

My wife really likes their short soup as their wontons are quite tasty. The pastry is nice and soft and the filling is well spiced. We also had mapo tofu which is quite spicy but I suppose not as tasty as we had in other Chinese restaurants. Overall, a good experience but we will be looking for more authentic Chinese restaurants.

This restaurant serves probably the best quality Yum Cha cuisine in Brisbane. The authentic Canton cuisine is high quality and consistent. I've been visiting this place for many years and the quality never fails. The quality food does come at a price however. You'd be averaging around the mid $30 per person for lunch although I'd double-check to make sure you have been charged correctly as in the past I have noticed over-charging behaviour. This restaurant has been known to reuse ordering sheets and sometimes you can see very obvious pencil marks erased from the ordering sheets. Depending on the way you look at it, one could argue that they are definitely up there when it comes to recycling paper. Staff are generally helpful and friendly however there is one senior staff member who appears very grumpy all the time. If you're looking for good quality Yum Cha, this is the place to go.

Bring your parents, your grand parents even to catch up and enjoy some tasty savoury dishes with tea. The ordering system may be a little intimidating and you may end up with a few surprise dishes you didn't order due to this. You'll never leave this place hungry or unhappy.

Average. The fried rice with minced beef is completely tasteless, just oily. The roast duck was OK but nothing special. The sechuan chicken was tasty but the chicken itself had a rubbery softy texture. Staff is nice.

Some good and some ordinary. Starting with the good, the general quality of the food is good. Dumplings are pretty decent and have a good amount of filling. General mains including sweet and sour pork was good, crispy and a nice sauce. Service is also excellent overall. Quick, attentive and friendly The not so good. Peking duck. Taste was ok but where was the duck. Very expensive which is fine but expect to get duck meat. Pretty much skin only for the pancakes and the fried rice was good but only minimal duck again. 60+ for duck skin is not what was ordered. Disappointed and feel like the actual duck meat was used in another dish somewhere.

Absolutely awesome food and great service. With almost a battalion of attendants and waiters ,you will never have to wait to order anything. You have a question...someone is always there for you. Food is absolutely spot on and affordable. 5 of us ate for $220 including a bottle of Wine,beer and several soft drinks. Whole fried sole is just deliciously awesome. Quail...yummy. Crispy beef in plum sauce....awww. Nice work guys. Would I recommend to my friends- sure yes. Am I going back there...Absolutely.

Best Chinese food in Brisbane. We get the King prawns enjoy in style and the flaming pork. Sometimes a glass of wine and dumplings. Food is prompt. Service is friendly if there is just two of us we have not had to book. If there's more, might be worth booking. I'm not sure.

Decor is from the 80s but food is very high quality. The har gow and siu mai are made very well, with very nice thin skin. The ham shui gok was a bit too thick but still tasty, and the wu gok was very crispy and well made.

Our favourite Chinese restaurant in Brisbane (and I am Chinese)! My wife loves the Crispy Beef with Peking sauce. I absolutely love the deep fried fish hotpot. They always use my favourite coral trout fillets (not barramundi or cheaper fish), tofu and Chinese mushrooms. Extremely reasonably priced, good quality, ample servings, nice decor. For a foodie, don't say I didn't tell you!

Pop down to the Enjoy Inn at Port Side Hamilton for a takeaway Monday evening. We weren't overly hungry so we simply shared steam dim sims, sweet corn and crab meat soup and chicken chow mein. The steam dim sims were a little bland and rather tough/chewey, possibly over steamed, however the sweet corn and crab meat soup was delish. Unfortunately the chicken chow mein was far from what I had expected. I have enjoyed this dish from various Chinese Restaurant and take-a-ways over many years and normally I have found it to be served with an abundance of vegetables, chicken and broth, with the noodles, generally crunchy, on the side or for takeaway in a separate bag. The Enjoy Inn version consists of a lot of long thin noodles very few vegetables and some chicken, not at all your regular chow mein. I found it reasonably tasty however I was very disappointed with the dish. I have since read a number of reviews on this restaurant, a lot of them good, but regrettably quite a few not so good, most relating to very poor service and lack of customer respect. I found the staff quite good, however I only rang and order a take away and collected it, all done without any hassle. It was around 6 o'clock however, prior to the restaurant being busy. My suggestion would be, when ordering, either dine in or take-a-way, to ask the ingredients of your choice of dishes so your not disappointed when you receive your meals from this restaurant. Had our Valentines dinner at the Enjoy Inn and was disappointed with the experience. Wait staff did not know anything about the menu and had to keep asking other staff, they got our order wrong as they did not understand what we were requesting. Ordered 4 desserts, only two arrived which were finished when the other two arrived and they were not what we had ordered. The dessert was taken away and then reappeared 10 minutes later with the waiter informing us that what we ordered had run out!!!! To top it all off the bill arrived and there was not one word written in English so could not ascertain if we were paying for what we had. Would not go back or recommend it to anyone else.

OMG honestly best yumcha ever. This is actually one of my favourite places to eat on the weekend. The staff are so nice and they refill your water and tea when they see it low or empty. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Great yumcha selection and dinner menu. Highly recommend if your visiting the area. Price is reflective of the quality of food and service.

The food was ok. They did forget some of our order, but were apologetic, they got us to write on a card for yum cha but didn't notice some of the order, and bought us the wrong order. But I felt it was quite overpriced. I live in the valley, and was surprised to see the cost of the YUM Cha, it was well over priced. by $3+ per small plate.
