One of the better Grill'd joints around. They always execute the burgers perfectly and never mess up my order. I usually order them through Uber Eats, and I am aware of how things can go wrong with delivery (cold food etc.) and this is one of the few places that always manages to package it in a way where it is still warm and 'fresh' when it gets to me.

Already a fan of Grill'd, here had a great atmosphere. Young team were really helpful and happy to serve, food was prompt (restaurant wasn't busy but delivery was), hot and delicious. Sure beats the shopping centre Grill'd's for a change. Heaps of space too, and parking was easy. Will be back!

Thank you for being extremely professional to what was, an extremely frustrating ordeal with Menulog i.e. Driver did not turn up with the food which has happened several times now. They kindly remade my entire order and were empathic, welcoming and polite. Food is deliciously fresh and having seen the dining vicinity for the first time- I wonder why I have not gone there yet as the lay out is beautiful. Very neat, with convenient parking nearby. A neat layout of both outdoor and indoor eating. Palm trees and fresh air. This area of town reminds me very much Toorak in Melb in many ways so a warm welcome. A team of friendly & genuine faces. I know what I'll be doing in future! Steering clear of menulog and picking up the order myself. Thanks again for amazing food and excellent customer service.

Love the healthy food and the open kitchen! The paradise of vegan and meat lovers and the prices are absolutely affordable! The titles on the menu are so cute😂 My “Baa Baa Burger” was only 15.5$! This place does good burgers! With plenty of space with seating for small and large groups that also serves alcohol, it's hard to go past for an evening catch up with friends. Try the veggie pattie range of burgers - tastes like the real deal for those still wanting a meat flavour.

The beyond meat patty burgers are amazing. I've eaten here more times than I care to admit and never had a bad experience. Everything I've tried is great. It's delicious and you don't feel bad or ill afterwards. Not too heavy or anything.

This place is well positioned to pick-up dinner on your way to your hotel or apartment and has plenty of choice to in its menu. The community involvement with selecting a charity to donate to each month is an interesting twist whenever you you purchase from it. This is not a five star restaurant but a high quality burger bar so you get what you expect.

Maybe it's just my taste buds but I do not like any burger from Grill'd. This is across the board and not just this particular restaurant. The most memorable is the cheese - ugh sorry, too much cheese. I may be going through some taste bud crisis because it has put me off cheese forever. The burgers are also really dry, like no flavour and quiet small. To the good stuff and why the three stars - staff are absolutely lovely! Clearly everyone else enjoys these burgers because it is ALWAYS occupied and staff do a great job to accommodate them. There is one tall guy who's like a friendly giant, always smiling and always acutely aware of people's needs? Great job!

My wife loves the burger here, simply grilled. I like it too but not to her extend. The bun is a bit too dry for my taste. They are currently running this free drink deal and the staff member told me that it is per order and not per burger. How stupid is that. Then I'll just order my burgers separately, what a waste of time.

I do love Grill’d! Reasonable prices. Fresh, high quality food. Large menu. Licensed venue with beer/ ciders available. Friendly and fast service. Really no negatives in my experience over the years. Whilst I find it difficult to truly constitute a burger as “healthy” they certainly do come close, having many “lighter” toppings and options that aren’t too greasy or heavy (the SuperBun option is a bonus). However there is also some decent “naughty” options too (the chips are amazing and has nice dipping sauces). Importantly, the food is always really tasty. I have also found that regardless of where you go, there is consistently good quality food and service across all franchises (that I have been too). The Emporium franchise, is large, clean and has good service from staff. Parking is, ok.

This is actually one of the most enjoyable burger joints in the Valley. It's easy, the standard of burgers is always pretty good, and I really enjoyed sitting outside with the high ceilings. It felt like a bit of LA in Brisbane.

Got the chili addict burger and it has now become a craving I must satiate on at least a fortnightly basis. Damn it. Staff were lovely. It was late when I arrived (near closing) but the guy that served me didn't seem peeved about that and was really friendly. 🤸

The place is huge, lots of seating. Good location in the Emporium complex. But I wish they cleaned their grill more often. My vegan burger patty had some old burnt chars on it. Chefs should know that veg patties don't require as much cooking as animal flesh 🤷‍♂️

Favorite place to eat healthy burgers. It can be a touch expensive if you have a family or a group of you. Burger prices are separate from chips and other sides. They have sliders for kids meal which include chips. I love the voting system they have, where they give you some caps to put into a jar for charities/services to support. Seating available inside and outside. In a very favorable location with a dessert bar right next door. Staff are always welcoming and lovely.

Grill'd food is pretty much the same at every location, which is a good thing - it means you know you are going to get a decent burger, and the chips will be crispy, salty and yummy. The difference between locations is the layout and vibe. Grill'd emporium has a lovely big space with several different seating areas, and would make a great place for a few drinks and dinner with a large group after work, or on the week ends a casual late lunch before you head out for drinks at one of the bars near by... Staff are welcoming and friendly here - not that I've ever seen anything but that at a Grill'd - but good to note anyway.

Great, healthy burgers in a nice setting in the Emporium at a decent price. The staff were amazing. I highly recommend the Beef Chilli Addict burger. I had it on a low carb bun. It was mouth watering and had fresh, quality ingredients. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other burgers. Yummy.

Food comes pretty quickly and the burgers aren't too bad. They are a bit clinical with the burgers though. There's nothing really special about them plus the price of a burger and price for a side of chips is a bit more than other places around that are equally as good if not better...

Reserved a table today for 20-25 people for lunch and the service we received from the Manager and staff at the Emporium Grill’d store (Fortitude Valley) was outstanding. Everything was so seamless and all little details were taken care of - Our own entire private area, table water without asking, seamless ordering and delivery of food, and a few complimentary sauces and chips too for our large group. Awesome food and staff, saw a large group of business types eating and some other members snuck in and joined them with food from a different franchise, when they tried to leave and take their rubbish with them a grill'd staff member stopped them and insisted to dispose of their rubbish for them, a great move as it minimised exposure to another brand within the store and stopped anyone outside seeing branding from a different product leaving the store, also ensuring rubbish was disposed of responsibly. He then mentioned they should just eat grill'd next time. That guy should be getting a pay rise for how he dealt with the situation and his general courteous and hard working nature.
