Family friendly restaurant. Burger was tasty and juicy for adult. My family and I liked it. The kid menu (mini mac chicken burger) was a bit dried and not so tasty comparing to Mac burger. It was not burger bun. It looked more like French bun which was not soft for kid to eat. My son had one bite and then he stopped eating. So, I'd recommend ordering beef burger for your kids instead. It might be more tasty.

Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet. They are AMAZING. The staff are so kind and beautiful and I have to share what they did. I work with a 20 year old man with Autism and Grill’d is his second home. He loves it and tries to go there everyday for lunch. The staff, particularly the manager (Zachary Tipene), always go above and beyond for him. Zach actually threw him a little party not long ago and taught him how to make his favourite burger. They know how much we love them. Thank you for your continued support and kindness. It can be stressful being in public when my buddy is feeling anxious, but these guys make it easier for both of us.

Like all Grill'd restaurants, its delicious and the service is fast. There is a huge selection of burgers here, organized in what meat (or veg. Vegan). The staff here are very friendly and committed to excellent service. Recommend the 'brie and bird' chicken burger.

I'm so glad I tried out the food at Grill'd finally, the burger I had (Crispy Bacon and Cheese) was divine. I totally recommend getting the Chips Share plate, the zucchini chips are a different and very tasty alternative to the simple spud chip. Great service and friendly staff.

My body totally appreciates the healthy burgers, with fresh ingredients and delicious sauces! And now the low carb super bun. DELICIOUS! A little gutted by the service though, it wasn't that busy and the guy told us what table number we were at, pointed in a direction (as per our request to be outside) and left us to our devices to find our table. We searched EVERY empty table before we discovered that it was in numerical order and our table number he gave us wasn't even present.

The Burger’s are unbelievable!!! They are made quickly and entire meal is still hot once served. Best burger I have tasted yet! Excellent experience. I would recommended anyone to go here.

If you go to the cinema's and they finish at 9:30pm, this is pretty much your ONLY option!! Still, decent flavours and a good sized burger. We ordered a Karma burger and a Pork and Pine. The pork belly on the burger was delicious and although the beef on the Karma burger wasn't organic (they were out of stock) it was still very tasty. Seating outside was nice and warm with the heaters too and at 9:30 at night the service was quick enough.

UPDATE ON REVIEW I got a call and was offered a free lunch and had great service! Thanks guys :) Usually this place is great but we were taking our American friends to have some burgers and we got there and the waiter walked by many times with nothing to do and still did not fill our caddy which was extremely annoying and I had to ask twice to get it refilled and even then they didn’t bring us knives so we had to take some from a nearby table. Then we ordered and we ordered one burger with some items on the side but they put the items on the side on the wrong burger! And the side of beetroot had a bug in it which was disgusting. Also I ordered a good karma with Brie cheese and they forgot the Brie cheese so I asked for it and they took it back and it came back with 1 slice of cheese compared to the usual 2. The zuchinni fries had been sitting for a long time and were soggy. Not very good organisation skills and the restaurant had barely any people there when we arrived compared to normal. I have been here many times and it was great food but this time was a real disappointment.

They're always awesome burgers with great staff that are quick to right a wrong if there ever is anything wrong. I really love eating Grill'd burgers, The Queenslander is in my opinion the best burger I have ever had and they are consistently good whether it is at Grill'd Fortitude Valley or Newmarket.

have tried half the burgers here due to the polished man challenge about half a year back 😂 would recommend the lamb burgers here!!! staff are really polite and parking is great as well:-) real good location as you can get all your grocery shopping done at coles nearby and then grab some burgers here :-) will be back!

The usual Grill'd quality burgers and friendly Grill'd staff (bar the odd mullet hairstyle—someone get that man a haircut!). Bonus tip: If you don't want to be bothered by the floor staff after your meal arrives, turn the stick that's in the cutlery jug upside down.

Just like everyone else has said Grill'd Newmarket is a great spot for a tasty burger, chips and beer! Their outdoor seating is perfect for summer nights and the staff are always reliable and on the ball. Grill'd is always a good choice for lunch or dinner.
