We often order home delivery from Grill’d Rosalie through Menulog, Deliveroo and Uber Eats. Occasionally it just doesn’t turn up. I rang Sarah at Grill’d Rosalie and she was very apologetic. She remembered making the order and handing it off to the delivery driver. She said she would try to find out what had happened and to call her back. A refund later and it was resolved. Apart from Grill’d burgers being yum, Sarah’s total helpfulness means they will always be my go to. Thanks Sarah.

Joel went above and beyond for us. He provided water that is usually self serve. He uplifted us when our spirits were down after a tough loss on the footy field. His dreamy eyes and golden curls left the girls swooning. Joel ensured all our needs were taken care of, checking in when we looked in distress. Georgia didn't remember me tho :( but enough on her, lets get back to Joel. However he did not pass around the cups of water to each individual. Joel is the ultimate pretty boy. He’s definitely got a future in grill’d headband modelling. His lengthy limbs gracefully delivered our food, for which we are extremely grateful. His smile radiated through the mask and lit up the room like a summer sunset. Get the man a raise immediately!!! :))

Great customer service and always yummy burgers and chips. I have never experienced a better response from a burger establishment when catering for my tricky dietary requirement (coeliac, GF). All staff know to make it separately to avoid any cross contamination. I regularly go out of my way to get a feed at Rosalie Grill'd!!!

We love the burgers and sides here - always great and fresh tasting. However last night's dining experience wasn't great. It was Friday night and busy. We had to wait for a table, and that's fair enough. When we ordered we were told it would take 20 to 25 minutes. Also, fair enough. And good service to be informed of this and be given the choice. However it actually took over 40 minutes to get our meals. Plenty of time to make some observations then... One: Hungry waiting children don't make good dining companions. Two: A largish group who were ordering when we first arrived had their meals delivered over a very extended period of about 20 minutes - that's not really good enough for people ordering and hoping to dine together. Three: During this period the kitchen was absolutely smashing out the takeaway/delivery orders. They were incredibly busy. I won't use delivery services on principle, but it kind of sticks in my craw that it seems this isn't enough to avoid the unfortunate effects of this industry. Dining in customers don't have all night, and there is a limit to how long loyal customers will keep coming back for this sort of treatment. Yes, you voluntarily offered me a free burger at my next visit (within 14 days), but I don't want a free burger. I just want the burgers I paid for served in a reasonable and expected time frame. Please find a better way to balance the needs of dine in customers with whichever multinational companies you happen to have signed deals with. Despite this, I must say that all of the staff at Rosalie that we had dealings with were all first class and said and did the right things. 5 stars for the food and staff - 2 points off for the delivery policy though.

Food was fresh with great portions. Don't assume you need a salad and burger. Both are a decent meal themselves. The plain chips are far from plain and very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful with additions and variations. Great location too and heaters for the colder weather.

The best grilled in Brisbane in my opinion... Lovely location on a street corner in bustling Rosalie. Burgers are always great, and they often do 2 for deals in the mail box if you live in the area.

Easily our favourite Grill'd store to visit. The tables and floors are always super clean, the staff are so warm and considerate. The food is consistently delicious and always well put together even when they're busy. But my favourite part is how careful they are with allergy info. My son is allergic to egg and they always grill his patty on a different section of the grill and even avoid the toaster for his bun which has egg containing bread going into it. Other stores we have tried don't even note it down on their screen when I say 'egg allergy' let alone be careful with the grill or toaster. How careful they are means we drive an extra 25 minutes (right past our local Grill'd) to go to the Rosalie store because they really are that much better. Keep up the great work Rosalie Team, we really appreciate you!

Not our regular Grill'd but we were in the area. Burgers were a bit average compared to usual - the low carb super bun was a bit soggy, the fillings just weren't as fresh as we're used to at other Grill'd locations. And when we asked for a dipping sauce to go with the kids chips when they brought out our orders, we had to pay for it (which isn't a big deal, but most of the other Grill'd locations we've eaten at haven't charged for this so it was a bit of a surprise). Just really underwhelmed considering how good other venues are.

I'm a meat eater and tried the vegetarian menu with fake beef patty and carb free bun, the patty is incredible I'm questioning returning to meat burgers. The carb free bun is delicious. The texture is kind of between a pancake and an omelette so don't expect bread, but it is perfectly delicious and enjoyably unique. The zucchini fries are crumbed and a little more salty than zucchini but again they come together in a great taste and texture paradigm that just rules.

The guy who served us however, seemed very stressed and wasn't smiling when he took our order until my bf had a little chat with him which made him smile a lot more. My only critique? Don't let the stress get to you guys, I know it gets pretty tough but your mood can do a lot to a customer's experience. Keep smiling guys!!

If you want to grab a quick bite to eat, but don't want the guilt of a Mcd's, Grill'd is the number one option. They pitch all the burgers as healthy, and they are certainly are tastie. Try the lamb burgers, they are great. This Grill'd is a great people watching spot to. Certainly worth a visit.
