Ordered the Zen Hen burger and it didn't disappoint, would have liked a bit more sauce as the meat was a tad dry but other than that the flavours were there and the sesame bun was yum!

Had the Caesar's Palace Chicken Burger on Panini Bun. You get the chicken and the egg at the same time. So they both came first, as did the burger. Very tasty. 11 out of 10! Staff are super helpful and friendly. Located at the front door of Toowong Village. Nice and handy to the train station and city circle bus services.

We visit this Grill’d restaurant in the Toowong Shopping Village quite regularly, and we’ve never been disappointed. Our latest visit on a Saturday evening in August, was no exception. We arrived at 5.45pm to find an empty restaurant, but that didn’t bother us. We chose the nicest table in the upper section, where we were quite comfortable. By the time we left, an hour later, there was a reasonable turnout, and the place was about half full. We ordered a couple of our favourite “Mustard & Pickled” burgers ($14 ea), a bottle of Stone & Wood Pale Ale ($9), a cold drink and a so-called “large” serve of sweet potato chips to share (actually quite small for $9). That all came to a hefty $65, including an extra $3 for two “low carb” buns, which is a bit of a waste, as it tastes no different from the other buns. Not the best value for money, but I guess it’s a sad indication of how our little Aussie peso has sunk to “Weimar Republic” levels. Think about it: Three little burgers, two drinks and a few chips for $65. Crazy. Putting that frustration aside though, the burgers are consistently tasty, fresh and delicious. The Mustard & Pickled burger has a nice juicy patty, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion and tangy dijon mustard.The fluffy sweet potato chips with a crispy coating, were the perfect accompaniment. As it says at the bottom of the receipt “Made With Love”, and they aren’t exaggerating, because the food here is made with love, care and attention to detail. It’s always of a high quality, which is why we tend to come back. But what really makes this place one of my faves, is the fast, friendly and efficient service. Ordering and payment is done at the front counter, and within a few minutes, the food is delivered to the table by one of the staff, always neatly turned out in a smart uniform. The whole place hums like a well oiled machine, and it’s a pleasure to dine here. Furniture is fairly utilitarian, mainly wood and steel, but tables are large and easily able to fit all the drinks and the food. The ambience is relaxed, casual and laid back. To add to the convenience, there’s ample parking in the centre, where the first two hours are free. And, given the quick service and small portion sizes, you won’t need more time than that. Toilets are clean, well provisioned, and easy to find either in the nearby food court or behind the Flight Centre, a bit further away. There’s ample seating, inside and outside, so no matter when you go, you’ll always be able to find a table. This is a cool place and perfect for a last minute get together with friends or family. But they need bigger plates, more serviettes and a bottle of liquid hand soap on each table, to clean up afterwards, as it’s inevitable that some of the fillings will squelch out onto your hands.

Fairly consistent in their product. Have had online orders go missing a couple of times but they're always very helpful in sorting things out. Can't help but feel that the burgers have gotten smaller in the past 12 months..

Staff are always nice, one of the best places to grab a good feed in Toowong. I always get the same thing (simply grilld, gluten free bun for Celiac and sweet potato chips) and it never disappoints!

Ordered via UBEREAT. Mini Moo was fabulous but the zucchini chips ordered on the side, were majorly over-fried with old oil (DARK BROWN) and they were so soggy with oil. Can actually use the word disgusting to describe it. FAIL

Just happens to be the first Grill'd I've been to. No doubt the best burgers around, when you cannot get Burger Fuel. I have had several different items from the menu and they were all amazing. Even the fries are special. Whether beer, pork or lamb, your burger will put a smile on your face, and if you are an overseas visitor, have the Good Karma, with the typical Aussie avocado and beetroot in your burger. Never fails to satisfy.

It’s acceptable that not every visit to any franchise will be perfect every time. But the important aspect to remember is how does the store and the manager re-act when things go wrong. My Relished (Grill’d Membership) card will show me and my kids are regular Grill’d are weekly visitors. So when I had issues at the Toowong Grill’d, like the Sweet Potate being completely burnt, they were quickly replaced with no fuss and the manager came over to talk to me, which reminded me about the family feel. Great staff, great high standard true to the Grill’d name. Plenty of choices to eat in Toowong, this has to be in the weekly rotation. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to this franchise and we both had a very tasty burger - a 'mustard & pickle' and 'the mighty'. The drinks were slow coming and we had to chase them up but I would go there again. At the end of the meal we felt that we had had a healthy meal even though it was a burger. I noted that you can also get takeaway burgers there.

Always amazing food, if you can look past the service. No matter the day, service is patchy. Service would rather ensure everyone in line has a menu...which is great if there wasn’t a line to the door and only one register going. We were about 15 of us, and decided last minute after our rugby training session to go for a team feed. We got there at 8 pm, so it's not like they were too busy for us.

Mmm.. Grill’d. Need I say more? As you take your first step from the path that leads around the Toowong Village, and into the Toowong Grill’d restaurant, the atmosphere instantly changes. It’s a fantastic location, that feels cozy and relaxing. A place you can unwind and enjoy an incredibly delicious burger, quality drinks, and absolutely fantastic service. My favourite burger is the Garden Goodness, and I’m definitely not a vegetarian. It’s just divine. I would definitely recommend going here. I’m not sure if it is wheelchair accessible, as I believe the entry I walked in had a step. (I’ll edit this later if I am wrong).

I love their wagyu burgers, friendly staff, and ultra clean/neat dining area; although I miss the avo chips that they no longer sell :( They also have a decent drink menu (wine, beer, Rekorderlong cider, etc.) for a burger chain, and they accept all major credit cards including American Express (AMEX) without any ridiculous surcharges. I eat here often because they offer good products with a happy staff and they accept amex :)

I was tired and didn't look at the name of what I ordered. It was perfect! First the bread and chicken and roasted red pepper hit your taste buds and then BAM!, the jalapeno is jal-ap-en-your business!!! PERFECT. The sour cream arrives after to soothe you. I couldn't be happier. Such an epic meal! It does pay to look at the name- I got the Hot Bird and yep, all throughout it (nice and consistent) that jalapeno hit is definitely felt. I just picked it cause I read jalapeno and roasted red pepper. Thank you for making moving day less exhausting!
