HOLY, this has got to be the best gluten free burger I have ever had! I have several allergies (gluten, dairy, eggs), and grill’d was able to make burgers that tasted yummy, while also being good for my allergies. I absolutely loved the sweet potato chips as those were scrumptious. the burger was juicy and flavorful too! the service is super fast and efficient, and everybody who works there is super nice. They helped me order when I was confused. 10/10 recommend this place

Great place, I reckon the best Grill’d in Brisbane. It definitely satisfied your cravings and even if the prices are somewhat steep like all Grill’ds are these ones are definitely worth it. The service and wait times are fantastic. The restaurant also provides a good view of Queen street.

Our burgers and chips were very good. You can order and pay from your table with a QR code which means you don't have to line up. 10 minutes later our food and drinks were served staff were very friendly definitely be coming back.

This place drew me in to at least check out the menu. I wanted to see if there were healthy options for a burger that wouldn't leave me feeling heavy. The menu had plenty of options and I couldn't decide on one thing so I asked the cashier for assistance in explaining options and making a recommendation. I wanted to try the low carb bun that sells itself as a low sugar/carb option for those that cant go without their bun. It was an option for me rather than a lettuce wrap. It had to taste better than a gluten free option. It looked like cardboard so I assumed no taste and hard. I was pleasantly surprised. The bun was still soft and wasn't bad at all. Not much flavor, but it is a healthy alternative and the burger made up. I got the wagyu patty which was supposed to be more flavorful than the regular beef. Added crispy bacon and avocado to the regular additives and it all went together very pleasantly. They also had sweet potato fries which are a favorite. They cooked them extra crispy per my request and the fries turned out just right. I will definitely come back to try another burger before my trip here is over.

Ordered burger and fries. No combo set. Only individual orders. Pretty tasty Sir Truffles burger but a tab too dry for the patties and slightly burnt crusty edge on the bun. So that's one star off here. On a side note..., Not sure if it is because I dined in house but there was a additional $2 (charged as open food) on my bill. Maybe it's for the bun though that's what it is for, I surely wasnt informed. So a piece of advice... check your bill and ask what the unknown charge is for. I found out after I've left the country.

Burgers are always good here and service is quick and friendly. May be a bit of attention required to your safety in the event of a fire - staff walked backwards and forwards past the blocked fire escape and were totally oblivious. It's not rocket science.....

Having someone greeting customers by the door to ask if they are dining in or taking away catches people off-guard and causes a backup of people walking in to order. It makes it two queues for people to stand in as they have to then queue again to order. Some people have forgotten their table number or are given the same number as they aren't expecting it perhaps? Food is good but there is sometimes a very long wait... even for takeaway. The one thing I would change the most is how they visit your table a bit after you start eating and ask you a bunch of questions and you're always in the middle of chewing! Worst part of the experience.

I came here today for lunch. It wasn’t very busy when I was placing my order, so I asked if it was possible to get cooked onions on my burger. I was told by a different team member that it’s not possible (I didn’t understand cause there are egg pans in the kitchen and again the grill was empty when I ordered) I don’t mind that it couldn’t be done. But the staff member(with red hair) was very rude about it. Everyone else was lovely and polite which made it less awkward for me to be there.

We didn’t think we would stay long, just eat and go really. But there was live music - which was amazing, he interacted with the audience and was a brilliant performer. The service was absolutely incredible. Unfortunately he didn’t have a name tag on, but there was one server who I think was a manager who was simply amazing with customers. He didn’t end happy hour at 6:30 - was still going at 8:30! He provided us with special deals and table service for our drinks, he was so lovely and funny. Cannot praise the customer service and atmosphere enough. They also have the best veggie patties ever.

Atmosphere is very loud and overwhelming. Music blasting and the acoustics are not designed well. However, staff were fairly competent and meals were what you would expect from a chain restaurant. It is not upmarket and high quality but the burgers are better than other chains. Wish they had more vegetarian options. Expect to pay approximately $20 per person and you'll be moderately impressed.

The burgers were delicious, and the melt of fries too! And the organisation was perfect. We were a group of 35 people, and there was no orders problems, the people who served us were very organized and very nice. I wich there is this kind of service in France. Thanks a lot of Ted and his team!

I had the Beyond Burger when I was in America back in October and when I saw it on the menu here, I simply had to order it again. So I ordered a Beyond Garden Goodness burger and it tasted just as amazing as I remember tasting back in San Francisco. Beyond Meat really is an outstanding meat substitute, you really should try it for yourself.

The service was fast and friendly. The burgers are quite expensive for what you get with no ability to make it a combo meal. I had the vegan cheese burger on a low-carb bun which alone totalled $15.50 and to add drinks and chips I needed to add an extra $10. There are better burger joints around with value for money. The seating is suitable for many party sizes with plenty of room. They cater to many dietary requirements e.g. vegan and gluten free and low carb. so that is amazing for those who do have dietary needs.

Location is great within the city and restaurant is set up well to cater for all customers, from singles up to large groups. Service is usually quick, even at busy times, and staff are always happy to help. Local matters initiative is nice to see too.

This Grill’d has the normal Grill’d menu at the normal prices, and food doesn’t take long to get to you. This is probably the best food place in Wintergarden, and I recommend coming here for dinner or lunch. You won’t be disappointed.

With a recently added Vegan range, Grill'd is actively contributing to a still rather niche group. Regardless of the reason, this shows that at least one chain has an ear out for the consumer, and is adapting to an ever-changing society/market. Such progression should be praised, and be it for excess or environment, its moving the right way. If you choose to eat meat, that's okay too, as their standard carni range is a delicious meal, and I would certainly reccomend it for a bite to eat with anyone.

I’m a little sad. Sad that we don’t have a Grill’d in Orange. Sad that I won’t be able to experience a Big Queenslander burger again anytime soon. Sad I didn’t take a social media worthy photo. had lunch here today, was greeted at the door by a friendly staff member and kindly directed to sit where i would like and order from my table or from counter. order was 100% correct and came out within 15 minutes. would highly recommend this restaurant as it never fails to disappoint - just slightly hard to locate in the city.
