I've always enjoyed hanaichi for a quick and filling meal. I'm happy that they now do a tofu curry. the rice is always fluffy. they usually have a drink special too if you order a main.

The food never disappoint. Well I only order Chicken Curry, Kay's Chicken, Pork Miso-don and Pork Katsudon. Service is friendly and always with a smile even though this place gets really busy. Deducted one star because the the plastic spoons hurt so much to use! The edge is so sharp so every time you take a mouth full it feels like blades cutting your lips and mouth. But good job!

Sushi is just as good as Sushi Edo, but a bit more expensive. Atmosphere wise, it's not really a ‘fine’ Japanese restaurant.

I had lunch in the Wintergarden location, in Brisbane, with my family of ten adults. We ate the bento boxes, teriyaki chicken and assorted sushi. Despite being crowded, the restaurant staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate our family after a five minute wait. All the food was good except the chicken teriyaki was just so-so. The prices were reasonable considering the generous portions of food and the prime location on Queen Street Mall. I recommend this place for family gatherings. But it can get noisy, so not for romantic dinners.

The food here is quite delicious but the very slow wait for items to be made and the forgetfulness/inflexibility of staff makes this place lose a few stars. Not very crowded for weekday lunches, we got a table on the side very easily (away from the sushi train). We ordered from the menu we were presented with but after a very long wait, the food had not arrived. When we chased it up, the waitress did not remember or have any record of what we ordered and simply placed the order in again. More waiting proceeded. Finally after eating as quickly as we could, we went to the checkout. Some of us had to leave urgently but the waitress wouldn't cater for that and took her time getting the actual plates from our table and calculating them in the order she saw fit. Good food but the service is severely lacking - come here only when you have plenty of time to wait and when you have only maybe 1 other friend so you can sit at the train.

I think most people get the chicken curry.. it's a bit of a mainstay of the brisbane takeaway lunch scene.. should be tried at least once..

Food is wonderful and amazing but man oh man during rush hours please please PLEASE make a line up sign. It creates confusion if there isn’t one and people can’t get across the line if they’re just passing through. Begging u to do something about it. It’s not like you’re a new establishment. Do something to improve the interaction it will only being good to ur store. It’s the least u can do.

Every time that I have been to this restaurant I have eaten well. The service is great as the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a great atmosphere for dining whether for a short or long meal. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys great Japanese food.

A view on fresh preparation is very nice. Unlike listing on Google also open in the evening! (Original) Top plek voor het proeven van heerlijke verse sushi tegen prima prijzen. Aangevuld met vele lokale drankjes zorgt voor een sfeer. Bediening is zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Zicht op verse bereiding is erg leuk. In tegenstelling tot vermelding op Google ook 's avonds geopend!
