Seems like there's been no light on the drive-though menu board for a while, which could make it hard for some people to order at night. Go next door to GYG for a breakfast burrito instead of the HJ big breakie wrap. It was slightly cheaper and tasted better.

I'd seen some advertising for the sour slushies and the day was hot (insert Robin Williams movie reference 😜)... went in and saw their "new" chicken burgers and decided to go all out. KFC is dead to me now after getting my chicken burger! The Hungry Jacks chicken burger was huge, tasty... hell it LOOKED like the picture and tasted better! The sour slushie.. yum! Staff were friendly, store was clean, well done Hungry Jacks 😀

Normally stop at McD if I need to feed the little ones. I gave HJ a try and must say that the Burger did not have much taste at all (pulled pork special). If I do go back to a HJ I will probably try the meat free Burger as it may have some flavour.

I love HJ's but this is my least favourite restaurant. Its definitely management thats the issue, i feel sorry for the ppl working there. Probably overworked and under supported imo.

I've eaten in some of the best restaurants in Europe and Japan, but this Hungry Jack's was a step above. I don't know if they've hired Michelin chefs in there, but the food was exquisite.

The jacks fried chicken burger was extremely juicy and moist inside in my mouth. Only one thing felt better in my mouth, and that was a juicy wet whopper. This burger was the first thing to finally let me forget about my tough childhood in the 90s. However my kid ran away from me and found his new girlfriend in the playground. Absolutely majestic experience .

ONCE AGAIN TODAY DEC 1 2021 NO TOILET PAPER IN THE LADIES ROOM NOT A SKERRICK ! Good food, nice staff but really!! For the second time in 6 months the Ladies bathroom had no toilet paper. The access to the toilet paper at this site is extremely difficult to use at the best of times due to its position. It is very very awkward to access the paper, in very awkward position and then twice to be caught out is not good. However the restaurant and staff there are very good.

This place is great value and service. Great Manager on the Friday’s as well . Just gotta mention the abuse he was getting from the village idiot he had to deal with claiming to be an “App developer” the women was verbally abusive and so frustrated with a bug on Hjs app that she took it out on the Manager here. She kept on complaining after he gave her the meals free and i hope her chips were cold. She held up the line for a good ten minute rant. This Hjs is the best one i have been to consistently.

Friendly & helpful Team Members. I always receive what I order. I love the fact that they don't have paper straws. The only "con" I have is that, if the car ahead of me has a big order, they are not asked to wait in a waiting bay. More often than not I am only ordering a drink & the wait, for me, is annoying.

Forgot 2 items on our order - chips and a coke. Would've missed out if we hadn't checked our bag. I understand the need to be quick but all items should be there the first time, and a little better than just a courtesy "sorry" would be much appreciated

Very slow service, unfortunately. Only a few customers, but we were waiting far too long. The elderly gentlemen in front of me accidentally dropped his tray and only myself and another customer helped him pick up his food and drinks, no help from staff and no offer of replacements while I was there (unlike when I've seen this happen at McDonald's and they have immediately offered replacements and helped clean up).

Great visit, but a little slow considering there was just one delivery driver waiting. The prioritisation of the drive through is a bit unfair for those that want to get out and chose first. Food was worth the wait, and this HJs is way better than the one at The Great Western.

Manager was in the toilet for like 20mins while the only other person was there had to manage everything himself then she come out of toilet and didn't even help him finish the orders, food is good though

We visited on a very quiet Saturday morning. There was barely anyone in the restaurant and very few moving through the drive through. We ordered things from the menu without any variation. Unfortunately our order took between 10-15 minutes to complete. The food tasted fine it was the service that let the venue down. Additionally, gone are the days where fast food is fast or cheap.

Drive thru and got the Rebel Whopper, fantastic burger, great taste, didn't taste like meat, but the texture was spot on and it was really nice. If you weren't aware what it was, you wouldn't realise it wasn't meat.

Just OK. A little bit slow at getting orders out when you go in store. The chips were a little bit cold one time. Store a little bit hard to get out of because no u turn allowed at traffic lights. So have to go right around block to get home.

However the service was great, staff were quick and friendly and nuggets were awesome. I'll cover here again before I ever go back to BWS Woolworths Everton Park on Stafford Road. Hi, love their food,once a month my children are able to chose a take away they like.. unfortunately tonight we ordered through menulog,ask for no sauce on one cheese on one and no tomato..if you feed a child who is allergic or lactose intolerant,they get sick..please learn to read special instructions on your screens..

Better than MC Donald S, I suppose. They seem to continue to improve, or at least attempt to improve, on each others mundane, bland and only slightly altered new food products, they should seriously join forces, merge their two company's and call it Hungry MC, add the cafe to all former HJs, then add a 3rd section.. A simple restaurant with licenses to sell alcohol and provide gambling machines such as 10 pokies machines at every store.. And obviously have the menu include both former businesses menu available, except the copies can survey what the collective society prefers and why, they could then possibly improve the two boring burgers into one. For example, play around with MCs big Mac sauce that somehow still remains a secret. Surely chefs of this day and age could synthesize something, so close to tasting like MCs big Mac sauce, re brand it, then start mass producing it to sell in bulk to all the supermarkets in the world. Even maccas by them selves would benefit from that. It's hardly going to reduce their customer base by much. Most of us only go there if we are out and about and simply want the fastest and cheapest food service, they also far out weigh the amount of stores that HJ's has, so for them to keep up in their stubborn war till one falls behind.. Well they have around 10 years or so before I create my own Hungry MC, they will slowly begin to lose all business and will be forced to sell their company's ownership to all that juicy data of their customer base, so probably every human alive that day I hire my only idol, the Illist MC, Slim Shady, to perform my grand opening of "Hungry MCs" or "MC King" (most likely the latter, as hungry jacks is called burger king everywhere except Australia lol)

Visited couple of times in the early morning, always have to wait for 12-15 minutes... they always keep their signs and others lights off to mislead the customers whether they are 24 hours... and today, upon asking, guy said that we can’t take any order we are temporarily off...eventually he took and didn’t charge...
