Hungry Jack's like most fast food chains are munch like a kinder surprise. You order the meal, hoping it's fresh and looks like the photo and 90% of the time its not. One thing that's consistent is the burgers flavour. That's 2 stars the extra 1 comes from the 10% chance you get fresh hot food. Good luck people.

Lot better than it used to be, but still dingy compared to other CBD locations. Food is now warm to hot where it was previously constantly cold. Stupid move to put a cafe into such a small space, especially during COVID because now there is no waiting area to pick up you food, so people stand all around the entrance, then you have no idea who is ordering or waiting to pick up

Every time I've been to this Hungry Jacks it is very hit and miss. I ordered the new "Whiskey River Whopper" in a meal tonight when it was somewhat busy. The price is similar to other burger meals of its size. The fries were cooked well, not overdone and well salted. However the burger was the biggest let down as the assembly of it was rushed and tasted pretty average. Not the best experience I've had.

Always very quick to be served and receive an order. The cashiers are approachable and friendly (on this occasion I had a young woman who asked if mayo was okay considering I'd ordered a veggie whopper which was a nice touch) and the dining room attendants are quick to clean and show people to the bathrooms. Just want to give a big wrap to Vicky and Ashley who were working the night shift on Tuesday 5 September. As you may know, Hungry Jacks in the city gets really busy and a bit loose after hours. These girls had great customer service, were switched on and were working really fast to get the orders out and keep the people flowing....great job girls! Keep up the good work!

Not going to lie - I once ate a whopper meal here while reading Kafka’s short works. I was rather young and the world of literature was opening up to me. Life felt magical. But I didn’t know how to cook. Not at all. I had a girlfriend and she didn’t know either. So, we’d eat out a lot, or heat up basic meals from the supermarket. Anyway, she wasn’t around that particular night so I got some hungry jacks and read my book. I will say that Friday and Saturday nights here are intense. Walk by. Don’t stop in. Too many drunkos

This place is a staple for inner city Brisbane. All distances should be measured - distance from HJ Beak House. Seriously, it is in such a great position. To be honest, most the time I actually go in here - it's to use the bathrooms which are open late at night - 24/7 - very useful to have an option to go after hours. Although maybe other people also take advantage of this - the toilets are often not the cleanest. It underwent a renovation a few years back, and looks pretty good now. Food is cheap - pretty standard, but it is sandwhiched between two maccas as options for your business.

I personally haven't been treated too very badly here but their customer service isn't the greatest but I've also seen worse. Their food is pretty good and I'm glad that hj sells onion rings and the Aussie burger which both taste super awesome. There isn't much seating on the ground level but plenty on the lower and upper ones. The main downside for me is the toilets. They have too few cubicles, 1 or 2 hand dryers and I'm not sure if they have urinals and if they have any it's probably too few; so overall the toilets are just way too small for the large amount of people coming and going. Just plain and outrightly disgraceful about their toilets.

Open 24hrs, food is good for a hungry jacks and unfortunately you can see the very occasional drunk person at night fresh from clubbing. This place can get packed during lunch time (but as can most places). It's the best hungry jacks I've been to concerning the food, but the drunks and crowds keep it at a four. Visits +10.

Officially called Hungry Jack's Beak House. 24 hour Hungry Jacks with 3 levels, the upper and lower level are used for dining. Can get ridiculously busy and the staff can be a little overwhelmed. On Friday and Saturday, on overnight shifts the central level where orders are placed is bustling, and despite up to six registers being open you can expect a line up. Security is onsite for these shifts and the dining areas are closed, the toilets are also locked for these shifts.
