Love this Hungry Jack's. Always on point for me. Food is always hot and fresh. The service is excellent also. No mistakes whever I visit. Great local franchise. Would highly recommend this Hungry Jacks to anyone new to the area looking for some decent fast food burgers.

This Hungry Jack’s is usually pretty good but I have had instances where I’ve wanted to shoot the place up. Ordered a soft serve to be told 15 minutes later that their ice cream machine is broken.

What you'd expect from hungry jacks. Cheap, fast, restaurant is always clean. Never had issues with wrong orders so must have higher standard than some other chains which do mess up orders more than should happen.

The rebel whopper is surprisingly good. I initially didn't expect much from it based on my previous vege burgers I have tasted. I think it the combination of the sauce and grilled soy patty that hooked me in.

As far as fast-food outlets goes this would be very average with little or no attention to requests for variation to stock standard orders. While we were there another customer also had issues with their order. We will not be returning to this store in a hurry preferring to go to the same chain at Cairns Central shopping centre.

Hungry Jack's at DFO in Cairns have good sufficient service, pretty quick on preparing your order. There's a play area for the children while waiting. Always a great deal, I got a cheese burger, chips, a drink, nuggets n a ice cream all for $5, that's what I call cheap belly filler.
