The staff here are really customer focused. The management at this store should be commended for having such a wonderful group working for them, please feel free to pass onto the staff. As I'm more than happy to pass onto head office that this store by far is the most polite, great communication with customers, always willing to go the extra mile.

Ok, I even surprise myself in writing a review for Hungry Jacks. I have not been to Hungry Jacks for many years, mainly because there was nothing that I would eat that fits into my more Health conscious lifestyle. But through the word of mouth I was informed that they now have a 'Vegan Burger'. Still a little reluctant I decided to try them out and see if this burger was any good. I was quite surprised that for $7 it was a pretty decent burger, you can't mistake however that this is a 'Fast Food' burger and not a 'Gourmet' burger (like the ones that I am happy to pay a little extra for) so the quality will obviously be quite different. The service was pretty bad and the chips were cold as I expected. But I will go back to try this burger again when I need my 'Fast Food' fix.

The staff were friendly and not racist. They took my order, received payment, and gave me food. This is roughly what I expected. The fries were deliciously edible and I even discovered an unexpected onion ring in the box. This filled me with great joy. The burger was dryer than a recovering burn victim but hey, it's fast food, what do you expect? As long as the consistency of the food is at least a step or two above that of sun dried dog excrement they have fulfilled their obligations as a fast food restaurant.

Like most HJ's, they ignore front counter. 3 out of 4 times I ask for no ice in my drink and I get ice. Stunner special is still good value, even though the price has gone up since it's introduction.

I have been to 3 different Hungry Jack's in the past 6 weeks. Goodna impressed me because their Burgers were fresh generous and the Store was very clean. Both my Wife and I enjoyed the Baconator we had at Goodna because it was exactly what the Menu said. The last Hungry Jack's I went to at Redbank Plains was quite the opposite and very disappointing. They short changed the Bacon and the Tomato was still Green. The Burger was like it had been sitting for Half an Hour which was the waiting time I had before I received my Order and the whole Store was filthy including the active Tables. Well done Hungry Jack's Goodna - YOU SHINE !!

The BEST customer service I've ever received. We were served by a young lady named "Emma", really was the highlight of our day after a long journey in the car. Food was served quickly and our sundaes were kept in the freezer until we were ready to eat them. Thank you Emma!

Hungry Jacks Goodna. There all good. But you will have your day now and then. Mine was I asked for a long black coffee with milk on the side.I like to add my milk as I like coffee strong. I picked up my coffee and it was like a cup of coffee flavoured milk. Junior staff . Lol. But no stress.
