Your typical gas station fast food. It’s fast and it’ll get the job done. I find that it’s often where high school students work so the quality of service and food does vary a bit. Coffee has been improving but still quite mediocre. Burgers are often over sauced and chips sometimes over or under salted. But you can’t expect too much, it’ll still taste alright at the end of the day.

While there, I was VERY unimpressed to witness food delivery drivers parking in the disability space (one even parking diagonal across it) & no comment from staff to discourage them! :( disgraceful!

Great location, great food, but really poor access. Our experience here was brought majorly undone by the lack of parking and what can only be described as a 'narrow serving entrance' that rapidly becomes a choke point while waiting for your meal. When we arrived (around 12pm) there were 6 people crammed 'inside' near the front door waiting for their orders, another 4 including us lined up 'outside' the door waiting to be served and 2 more cars trying to find parking spots. The food was great, and exactly what you would expect from a classic HJ outlet, but feeling like sardines jammed in a can (especially with the current pandemic environment) did not leave us feeling great about the experience.

Food was great. The drink machine was broken, so they were handing out cans of coke instead. However, when i ordered a large meal, and was given a can of coke, i had to question if i got a large meal. I was told it was a large meal but with a medium drink, and the price was adjusted. They really need to either tell you as you order, or put a sign up explaining why you are only getting a can with a large meal.

It works. It provides images which allow me to remember words, and resolves the "der, die, das" conundrum, which greatly simplifies the gender issue. Fluency is built around vocabulary and you definitely provide that. I have not yet gotten to use the FSI component, but will let you know as soon as I try it. But your vocabulary modules are excellent. They fill a need and they are effective. Your program is definitely worth the money. It may sound a bit strange, but thanks for preparing and selling a great product and backing it up with great service (as proved by your quick re-send of the download links). Nowadays, it's rare (unfortunately) when one can congratulate a company on the quality of both its product and its service (and this observation comes from a quality and service consultant with over 25 years of experience in the service process and quality field).

It's nicely located next to RBWH hospital. Always has some good deals. Vegan and Vegetarian options available. One of the best veggie burger you will have. It has a 24 hours drive through.

Small Hungry Jack's but decent. I've only been here a few times over the years but they've mostly been responsive and friendly. They aren't perfect because they made a mistake with our order today, but that seems average for fast food these days. All in all probably one of the better Hungry Jack's I've been to in Brisbane. Unfortunately many of the others have very low standards.

Update: A different shift manager called me and apologized for the way I was treated. She also offered a meal replacement. Changing the rating from 1 star to 3 for the lovely shift manager (sorry, can't remember her name). Today is my son's 10th birthday. I asked what would he like to eat in dinner. He picked HJ. We ordered vegetarian burgers, paid extra to swap the non-vegetarian stuff to vege patty but when brought it home, found it to contain bacon in it. My boys were not happy but I explained them that this might be a simple human error. It could have happened accidentally. I called to prove my point (on speaker phone) talking to the shift manager I guess, and tshe completely blamed this on me. I clearly told the girl at the counter that we are vegetarian and want a vegetarian burger. The manager said that it is my responsibility to explain the girl what I meant by 'vegetarian'. I just wanted to bring this into their notice but she blamed everything on me. Honestly, I am not aware anything about non vegetarian stuff. So I can't come up with a specific instructions to not include meat and bacon. I had to Google it before writing this. I told her that I am vegetarian and I clearly told this to the girl. I don't blame the girl, nor the person who made this. But the way I was treated for bringing this into the notice was very rude. And guess what, my son was so upset, he didn't eat tonight. Thank you for the memory. HUNGRY JACK'S HERSTON- you have one less customer to handle. Congratulations.

The guy who made my coffee scratched the inside of his nose with his thumb then ised same thumb to pish the lid on my coffee right by the drinking hole..... Often very busy. Hospital patients and staff, cabbies, and night clubbers all use it. Tables often dirty. Food is typical Hungry Jacks. No playground, very small eating area. Likely to have to sit outside if full, which sucks in summer. Located within BP servo.

Hungry Jacks Herston is a busy one and is conveniently located across the road from RBWH and part of the BP Service Station complex. It doesn’t have a large or fancy eat-in area but the menu is as expected. Given the rarity of parking spaces in close proximity to the hospital, it does have about 12 short-term parking spots (15 mins) for eat in customers which is fabulous.

I ordered the most expensive meal from the restaurant, Smoky Double Angus, it was to come with 2 burguers, but it only came 1. I needed to talk about it and they solved the problem right away. I advise to visit the restaurant.
