The team at hungry jacks Kedron have literally just served us two ‘fresh’ fried chicken burgers that were absolutely spot on! Honestly from the first bite of the scrumptious juicy burgers flesh melting in my mouth with, again; another perfect amount of mayo and lettuce to top it all off! ‘’’wipes drool from mouth’’’ I can not express how happy myself and my missus were to finally receive the best EVER ‘fresh’ god dam burgers we have EVER had from Hungry Jacks! With absolutely NO WAIT! Oh yeah, and the buns were perfect! 😏 this is the ONLY hungry jacks I’d recommend in the future.

The service can be slow, I order online for efficiency and that's not always how it turns out. Your better off ordering in person, the online ordering system isn't much different then ordering through the drive through. I almost left with out my two flake sundays, when told I had my full order I tried to ask about the shakes and the staff member just walked off. I waited for five minutes not sure if they had heard me or if the product was coming. Food is always a positive but the staff to customer communication needs to be improved.

I have not visited Hungry Jack's Kedron or any fast food in general in a long time and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. Originally came to order the vegan burger, I ended up with more than what I planned to come for. The service is quick, with tv directions on when a particular order number is available. Cleanliness and service is to standard even though there were many customers. Today most of the restaurant has been decorated with the Halloween theme.

Ok, not something bad towards the store here I like it they are good, however I can’t be going crazy, but I remember this store being 24/7? Whatever happened to that? I noticed nearly all stores around brisbane closes 10pm now even Stafford McDonald’s was 24/7 now closes at 12. Is it due to covid? Is it temporarily I miss ordering at 2am

Don't usually go to Hungry jacks. Went thru drive thru to get smoked something burger for my son. He loved it! He ate it so fast I don't think he even tasted it! Service was good although I did think a little slow. Drive thru was bust but only about 6 cats in front. When I got to window I paid but still waited there for what seemed a while before I got my food. I don't know if this is normal but Mecca's at Albion seem alot faster. Son loved the burger so that's a recommendation.

A staff initially gave us cold food and were really rushed as well. My friend tried to go back and fix his order through the drive through, but they made us to drive through again ( health and safety) we couldn't go inside as it was 2 o'clock in the morning. So a a manager fixed the order and even reimbursed my friend, so giving 4 star for initial service, but at the end it was nice how the manager fixed the issue.

Very slow, but otherwise very consistent with the quality of the food and they very rarely mess up the order unlike some other brands... McDonalds at Stafford? The quality of their food is also higher than their competitors, but that isn't saying much considering it is still fast food.

Best Hungary Jack's I've been to, hands down. Confession: I'm a regular Hungary Jack's consumer and I've been to many different Hungary Jack's around Brisbane. These guys have been the best ones consistently. I think out of like the 50+ times I've been there over the last 10 years, I've only had 3 bad experiences which is an amazing track record. No other Hungary Jack's I've been to has managed that.

It's hungry Jack's can't give it a 5 star unless everything is cooked fresh cause the meat patty trays hold the Patty's for 1 hour max but can't give it a 3 star because everything is what you expect. Bring me back to 15 years ago when a hungry Jack's was busy enough to have the fries, buns and burger patties cooked almost to order. I know the salads on the burger are fresh cause I use to work in the burger back of house and know they prep it fresh daily.

I usually go to this place around midnight due to work on both weekends and weekdays, they are always very friendly and efficient at all times. They hardly say that they ran out of stuffs and never had to wait during a drive through. Amazing!

I love this hungry jacks. It is often very busy. However the food and prices are absolutely worth it. Make sure to remember your order and check afterwards receiving as since it is soo busy, the staff often get your order wrong. However staff are very nice and are always there to help.
