Pretty good burger and combo meal , quick easy ordering and quick turn-around. I got the chilliholic burger , if you order a burger with chilli in the name this was definitely prominent in the burger , really enjoyable to eat and a good amount of heat! Adding chips and a can of drink for $5 to make it a combo was good value , I’ll definitely be back :)

Decent food but the service is poor. I ordered from Doordash late last night, and immediately received an email to say that my order had been changed. I called the store to double-check, and the guy basically dismissed me and actually hung up on me abruptly, only to call back 20 minutes later to say that they were out of some ingredients and had to change my order. The few times I've patronized this store, the staff have been at best unpleasant and unhelpful, and at worst, rude. Having worked in the food service industry I know it can be stressful but it's really not hard to smile and be polite and helpful. Disappointed, probably won't come back.

Nobody in Brisbane loves burgers more than me. I saw this place had a lot of bad reviews a couple months ago and I needed try for myself. I honestly could not fault this place for any of the negative reviews. The mad burger was very tasty and an awesome balance of meat, cheese and sauce that doesn't saturate the bun. The chips were thin fries, home made style with skin bits, perfectly seasoned. Beautiful. We purchased with a EatClub which made the meal a crazy price. Without it, I'd still say it's still excellent value. A couple things that could improve would be if sauce was included in the combo and if the takeaway burgers were better packaged in boxes to make them more presentable. Defs worth a go!

The Burgers were great nothing to complain about, their chips were completely unsalted which not even the cheese and bacon could save which was a shame. Their staff are super friendly and their prices are good! Wait time isnt too long even when they were busy!

What a wonderful place Mad Burger. I really enjoyed the meal, I highly recommend Los Angeles burger from the menu. Outstanding delicious burger whit juicy meat cooked to perfection and very fresh ingredients. The fried chips wore awsome whit little salt flakes 😋 It was awesome to play darts while waiting for the meal. The staff was very friendly. 🙂👍
