Food was good quality. Service was good. 1 point deduction for all the tables being dirty during a non-busy peruod. But they were nice enough to come and clean a table for us.

Didn't actually go to Maccas but the fuel stop restaurant. I had a bacon and egg muffin which was freshly cooked, hot and tasty. The staff are great, very obliging. Coffee was great and at $2 fantastic value. My wife had fried chicken and chips. Chips were a little soggy and the chicken oily hence no 5 stars. Overall though a great place for a rest and refresh

Overall the McDonald’s facility was new, clean and busy. Linked directly to a PUMA service station, this is a great stop for lunch and fuel. Good parking and easy access. Toilets were a little untidy however it was busy.

Food was great. However service was very slow. And as always seem to be more worried about drive-thru then people standing at the front counter.

Clean and friendly staff. Food did take a while even though it wasn't too busy Dont know if they're usually low on staff but management definitely needs to put more people on. People infront of us waited 40 minutes for food. Overall though not too bad.

Service was a little slow here and the kiosk didn't issue a tax invoice that I need for work so i had to get a duplicate from the counter. The coffee was better here than the one in Gympie though. I'll be back. 😃

Foods always of quality. Great service when you are served. Before 6 or so should be 3 people. 1 out the back, one drive through and one front. Thoe my experience in retail this store probly dosent set the wages its upper management. And feel for the hard workes flogging their guts out to serve and keep up in a small pick up.

For a travel center, you expect that some sockets would be available to plug in a computer... but there's just one just under the TV and the cord would be on the way to the toilets. Yes, this is a busy place and it can be messy but that's only because some people don't bother to clear their table once they are done. Is that really hard for you guys to walk to the bin ? Staff is not to blame, customers are. I come from France and everyone clear their table after they're done. It's called good manners. Employees are not here to clean your mess and your ketchup spilled all over the table.

McDonald's is McDonalds but this is an easy stop over with nice clean toilets. Not a personal fan of the food but the coffee was excellent (proper barista espresso) and you can't fault the ease of the location and how smartly run it was.

Yes it was fast service and clean but the only thing I didn't like was. The cleaners they where cleaning table and wiping down chairs with the same cloth as they clean the tables. I was not impressed that needs to be better look at . One cleaning cloth for tables and one for the chairs. So sorry but it needs to be looked in to l had worked in the industry for many years.

Best McDonald’s we’ve had anywhere in the world. Watched the guy prepare our food with real care. It was the best egg McMuffin ever and the Bacon Jam Angus burger looked just like the picture! So good, we had to go back in and say thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
