A young man named Lawson looked after us. Our first order was incorrect but he apologised profusely and accommodated our every need. 10/10 service.

A very busy store! Today the mango frozen soft drink was run out so I tried a vanilla flavored one! I was pleasantly surprised! What makes this store unique is the huge posterboard wall! New self service order machines have been put into the store! Wheelchair access is available plus parking provided! You can eat inside the store because there are seats & tables provided or you can eat on the go or sit in the Valley Mall!

Its a little slow on peak hours like lunch time and dinner. Download the App, check on your deals, order through it and pick it up on the store. I like to enjoy it in Chinatown and eat with big mac and nuggets! Good food!

Was there on Tuesday afternoon.it was not much busy.i ordered two Big Mac meal deal.Burger was fine but chips seems to be like it was cooked hours ago.surface of ordering machine was full of dust.will give a second try again

A pretty ordinary experience. Food was okay (although I wasn't able to get a shake) and staff were polite but it has its problems: the automated ordering stations do not permit social distancing - even if you left the middle one out of service, there is still only a metre between the end stations. The tables were clean but the floor was grotty and there again was inadequate social distancing space between our table and the queue of delivery persons waiting for their orders. It simply isn't an environment that makes you feel covid-safe.

I like this store. Burgers and chips are nicely done in this joint. However, the cleanliness can definitely improve. Tables and floor are usually filthy. This time I visited the male's toilet was clogged up with so much disgusting stuff floating in it. I understand that they might be super busy and under staffed at times but managers must rectify this issue.

My burger on Saturday at around 11:30am was immaculate. The meat just tasted so fresh and everything about it was so good. If I could give 10 stars, I would give it that. I asked the manager who made it and they said Jack Camileeri (not sure if that is how it is spelt) so I would love to just thank that person for making my burger. Thanks for making my day :)

Order 169 @ 05:40 this morning, terrible service, quite rude actually. I stood at the counter waiting to get served while the counter attendent ignored the fact that I was there until I asked if they were actually open for business. After my order was taken and then served to me, I left the store. I checked my order and the breakfast meal was short the hash brown. I immediately went back (I was just out the front of the store in the mall) and asked about the hash brown, she looked around and with out even the courtesy of an apology, started to cook a hash brown. I waited for about 5 minutes and didn’t see her return, as I was on my way to work, I didn’t have time to wait around so left with out the item I paid for!. This is now the second time I have not received what I paid for at this store.? I understand mistakes can be made, there is no excuse for bad service or manners.

Regular for us as it's close to home, they have self-service functions and a few indoor/outdoor seating area to eat in. It's very busy during Thurs-Sat as it's smack bang in the middle of the Brunswick street mall so there can be a wait, even i the middle of the night as they're open 24 hours. Okay service depending on who you get, some young staff who get trained can take awhile to get your order organised, otherwise all in all, good service.

Each and every time i have purchased something from the store, I have always received great customer service, along with a prerty fast wait time for my food. I've not once received a wrong item or meal. I can say that my experience with the store has been pretty good.

The food is standard McDonald's type food. However the place itself is extremely untidy. Rubbish on the floor. Some kind of yellow liquid on the floor tiles near the bins. I only went here because other people in my group wanted it. Did not eat anything myself.

Mcdonald McWhirter II like other McDonald's keeps its standard high.... After placing my order I didn't get receipt, but I informed the staff about our order number and he came towards me and gave the order when it was prepared. I really appreciate the courteous and professionalism of that staff

Food is to the expected standard, lacking other facilities and staff can be a bit sullen (but not always) - admittedly, given the number of drunken customers they serve in a day, I don’t blame them or even mind. In the end, you get the same quality of food to other stores, and they are fast!

I have to say one of the best McDonald’s I have been to yet in a very very long time I can’t believe everything ran just like you want when you have fast food your place and order and in a few minutes you have your order in and out I had to check my order thinking can’t be mine. But it was. awesome

The menu is typical Maccas, but the store is minimal only concerned with food supply. A few tables but only a few and nothing for the kids. Understandable as they have no room. But if you are looking for a Big Mac and fries, you are in luck.
