Wanna give a personal shout out to Sam the on duty manager for his excellent service today. Came in to get some missing items from a previous order and had Sam be above and beyond in getting everything right. After paying, it seemed I may of paid too much but before I could even think about it, Sam came out and gave me the correct change and apologised for the mistake. That’s the kind of service you expect from a Maccas, I’ll be coming back there for more chicken and cheeses 👍🏼

Being a busy McDonald's the food is always fairly fresh and the fries are never cold. The staff are friendly and happy to be serving you. One of the better McDonald's in Brisbane.

If it wasn't for the helpful staff member standing near the ordering screens I would most likely give 4* -- I know I'm not a typical Macca's customer, but we stopped in for some ice-creams on our way home. Found the whole ordering process so impersonal, I'm amazed anyone bothers. Even the terse warning on the ordering board "Only takeaway orders".... I was dining in, so wasn't sure what to do after that. I was told to click the Continue button..... Won't be in a hurry to return, for $10 of soft serve ice cream I'll go elsewhere and be served by a human.

WHY CAN'T WE ADD CHEESE ONTO PROMO BURGERS? Usually I'm happy with this maccas. Almost always gets my order right and when they didnt I called just to let them know and they offered a replacement. Service is usually friendly. The playground is really decent for the kids and the venue is very clean and tidy. Even the drive thru is really efficient with two lanes, with a big line it didn't take as long as I thought it would to get through. I don't like how the muffin was cooked and presented this morning, refer to pics. Not sure what the green thing was but it felt like plastic

Recent: Still great 24 hour drive through, newly renovated store where the MC cafe is revamped. More self service machines and less dining space inside. Today was particularly rainy and the flooring outside is drenched. Can't sit outside. Lowering to 5 to 4 stars. Great location, easy to grab a bite to eat either before you get onto the highway to drive west or after travelling for hours its a great spot to stop over to grab a bite to eat after that highway run into Brisbane. Highly recommended. Foods always hot as well, and toilets are clean.

This MacDonald is in a prime palce. Is clean and the playground for kids is fantastic. Although, there are two things that I disliked. First the playground is very close to the service station, hence the smell of petrol gets to you rather constantly. The second issue, is that been a passing through location the drive thru is packed, leaving not much people to attend the patrons that are making there orders inside.

Busy and messy. The staff seem to busy to even smile at the customers at this location. Even to slime or look at the customers when handing over bags of food. This is even more astounding as the customers are placing and processing the orders themselves. Perhaps it is in this fact, that now the new generation of employees don't even remember a time when they had to take the order and engage and thus have had limited experience and inadequate training in good customer relations. Even an elementary level of training in CRM were the approach of concentrating more on customer satisfaction rather than concentrating on how the product delivery could have a huge impact. This is a small thing but can cultivate a positive work environment that will no doubt flow through to the customers and improve the experience for everyone.

Quality and speed varies considerably depending on the staff working at the time. Managers working the drive-thru have a propensity for sending you to the waiting bays for even the shortest delays, often it's completely unnecessary and wastes everyone's time.

The way customers order is very convenient, there is a screen that you can order on, so you don't have to wait in line to order. The screen is simple to use, everyone including old people and children can order by themselves. But the main reason why I didn't give this rating 5 stars is because the service was very slow. I expected McDonald's to have a very fast service, but this store didn't.

I'm giving a 5 stars because the lovely gentleman who was working on a self service terminals on Origin day took my complaint about a nasty member of staff who was yelling at Young servers to get behind the counter and serve in front of my young son who potentially wanted to work at McDonald's and he was able to turn what could be a one Star review around it's just no room for bad customer service in the hospitality industry regardless of whether it's a McDonald's or five star venue she was just so needlessly grumpy and rude with me for just standing in front of her and ordering trying to work my head around the new app so thanks mate for taking my complaint and turning it around for me #nopunctuation#speechtotext Check out the extra drizzle

The only positive is there's a Mc Donald's employee, I'd say in her 50's that honestly is so lovely, really knows customer service & how to treat and respect people. I should have ordered online, for pickup. Instead, I was in the drive-through queue, and suddenly it was time to order. I asked for (some burger), AND if I could have it WITHOUT the bun, but with the Lettuce-wrap instead. This is a STANDARD menu option, but they only keep a limited stock of the lettuce wraps. What I ended up with was a burger, with no bun, and "added Diced Lettuce". I didn't realise until I got home. Disappointed.

No teller services all menus are conducted through self serve ordering. Always clean & tidy, and even when its a hot day the air con can seem quite cold. Most times you will have a hold up on finding a carpark, where you have an hour parking limit and normally in a shady spot.

The McDonald's Milton offers good quality fast-food. I have tried different menu at McDonald's Milton and they usually have very good taste. In addition, they are open 24/7 and are not usually out of some popular orders like quarter pounder. In total, I recommend this branch. There is also a petrol station nearby.

Grabbed a salad with crispy chicken. The chicken was great but the salad was not great, I threw most of it out. The person who cut up the lettuce couldn't have put any less effort into cutting it as it was left in huge chunks all stuck together. The lettuce was also light yellow and not healthy looking. If the salad was fresher and better quality I would have rated 4 star. 5 stars if the people in the kitchen kept their conversations down a bit, customers don't need to hear the kind of stuff they are talking about.

You know what you're getting so in that respect, it's all good. I'm not a big fan of the push for all customers to use the self serve terminals though. You literally don't have a chance to look at the menu board and think about what you might want without anybody directing you to a screen. Me? I don't eat here, but the rest of the family do. With one vegetarian and 3 sensory kids who only eat stuff the way they like it, it's pretty much a special order times 4 so navigating through a series of screens and options isn't what I'm a fan of. Gimme the old fashioned method of asking at a register. A suggestion when dining here would be to be seated indoors. It is smack bang next to a BP service station so a burger with a side of unleaded scented goodness and diesel fume chasers might not appeal to some.

A ver busy store when an event is happening at suncorp stadium but a very well staffed store that handle lots of customers st the same time. Order off menu screens or at the counter to speed up ordering process. Never had a problem with food quality here and I have used this maccas many times as I work at suncorp stadium for events.

I get my morning Caramel Latte every day from here. When i first started it was barely even a latte and you couldn't taste the flavor. I don't like paying $5.45 for something i cant even taste. The grand Big Mac burger was larger than anticipated. I was super anxious to try fit my mouth around it. After the first bite I noticed the meat was extremely moist between my lips. As I took a large bite, the Big Mac sauce dribbled down my chin, I didn’t mind wiping it and licking my fingers as it is so delicious. Did you know we can buy this from the bottle? Again, I savored every moment of the Big Mac juice. Now, about the pickle, it was the perfect fit in my bun. The combination of cheese and lettuce made a firm bond like ocean and sand.

Not my favourite Macca's. There are usually a number of grubby Uber Eats delivery drivers hanging around. It is like walking the gauntlet to get in the front door. Also, the cleaner shuts down the toilets around 1:00am and he appears lazy because he is very slow at what he does and seems to take a couple of hours before the toilets are available again.

Large McDonald's with kid's play area outside. Attached cafe. Custom made burgers available. Coffee is good, custom burgers are good. Fast friendly service. Drive through on the outside, and situated beside a servo. Plenty of parking on site and in the street behind. It's near suncorp stadium so parking and getting there via car when an event is on is terrible, and it's busy due to it being on the way from the milton train station.

These guys are always serve piping hot foot and have very fast service during the busy morning rush....it is extremely rare that you have to go to waiting bay. Pretty sure there would be a wait when it's game time but that's to be expected.

This McDonalds seems more expensive than others, possibly due to its location. It gets the football crowd, so be prepared for a long wait if a game is on. The Drive Thru lane is very long, so be prepared for a long wait there, also. It does have a McCafe, but don't wait in the drive thru for a coffee if you're in a hurry. It's faster to get out and order at the counter.

I went to Maccas Milton at 3pm on game day at Suncorp Stadium. Broncos were playing. There was plenty of staff on duty, but none were willing to serve customers at the counter. They gave some lame excuse that they wanted everyone to use the self serve kiosk to place their order. I refused, pointing out that as long as they had a row of POS cash registers on their orders bench, I would continue to ask for staff to take my order at these POS cash registers. So Maccas' customer service needs to improve and staff need to remember to serve their customers.

Well it's McDonalds. They have a standard. Plenty of outside seating (if you don't mind the sound of traffic) and a small amount inside. Very good amount of undercover parking, right next door to BP service station. Easy access from back street. They have 'made to order', but not like say Annerley store where they have a dedicated section. Any order you place on the consoles is delivered to your table.

In saying that, rating McDonald's 5 stars would probably be an insult to every half decent restaurant without greasy floors in Brisbane, so 4 stars it is. Great location though. It's always convenient to pop through on a night out.
