Friendly staff quick service. The best thing for this is it has huge space you can easily get sit doesn’t matter how busy it is. Peaceful environment quality burgers and coffee. They also got some muffins and sandwiches which is good if you looking for something extra for the breakfast😂. Usually a bit busy but there is no doubt service is quick. You can sit inside or outside at balcony if you want to view the queens street. Really enjoyed time here at Wednesday morning. Will be back for sure ,if you are around please visit and enjoy I am sure you won’t regret.

I went here on a Saturday night and it seemed understaffed. Bins were overflowing and my burger looked like they decided to make a deconstructed version.

Food quality is same across all McDonalds but few things which requires improvement. Staff more friendly with customers. Many businesses are hiring school leavers but they are lacking customer services skills. Managers are also not experienced so they are unaware of management principles. Staff with themselves are very friendly but with customers they are not very friendly and most of the staff I have noticed are female unfortunately. It's not racist comment but its how you manage your professional life Cleaning is also major concern in McDonalds and same with this branch, tables were not cleaned and I think it's short of staff and exposure. With big brands customer services need to be right at top. Disappointed to see ordinary services from young fellows.

There's a nice outdoor seating area with a whole bunch of fake plants (still looks nice!). Staff are polite and there's plenty of ordering kiosks so you won't have to wait to order! Food is very much what you expect from Maccas

Not your standard McDonald's. This new addition to the Queen Street mall has been beautifully fitted out to enter into the new style of fast food restaurants. It's located in the old jojos area. With this comes some beautiful balcony's to enjoy your big Mac as well as a great kids play area.

It was a bit of a wait for food but only because it was so busy! Can't blame them for being popular. The food was hot and fresh, and the patio seating was unbeatable. I've never felt so fancy while eating a McDonalds cheeseburger. If you're going to go for fast food, pick this location for the sweet patio seating. There's plenty of tables to choose from inside and outside.

For a central capital city business it always seems to take a very long time to complete orders, even for very simple orders like 1 drink or even if you order ahead. Pleasant staff that cooked up the food pretty quick. Been here twice so far, and each time has been fine. The balcony has a nice view of the city and the ground level of the Mall.

Stopped here for a quick drink and fries. The fries were cold, so took them back and the staff member at the counter reluctantly gave us fresh ones, which made us feel like we were in the wrong. The replacement fries were fresh and hot, which is what we expected the first time.

It's a McDonald's, just like other McDonald's. Just a reminder that the touch payment module of ordering machines near the cafe area are more likely to break down during rush hours. The rest works fine but will be more likely to run out of printing paper so just make sure to remember your order number.

I've been to many McDonald's from Perth to USA, and countries along the way. The thing I liked about McDonald's was the way that most of them looked after the senior pensioners in the community, who have given so much of their time over the years gratis. I just happened to pick the one McDonald's that did not recognise the contributions I have made, or the fact that I was a Coeliac and was forbidden from eating the vast majority of their products. There was no discount offered, and when I asked, none forthcoming. Otherwise, my only other criticism was the very long wait to be served and the malfunctioning of their electronic ordering display boards.

During peak periods the patronage at this particular location can be really rude and inconsiderate to the needs of the staff which gives an impression that they're poorly trained & inefficient but I think they're working really hard in a challenging restaurant. The food has always come hot & fresh and the staff have smiled back every time.

I have a lot of issues with the my maccas app here because there's another store really close by so mobile orders are a pain. Also a lot of the machines really struggle to put through the myrewards codes and half the machines are like always out of order. I don't expect a lot from Maccas but this certainly struggles with the minimum.

Dined in at 4pm on a Thursday. Really busy. You can dine in and get your meals delivered here which is fantastic or wait as per norm to receive items. My order arrived fresh and hot within a reasonable amount of time. Plenty of seating area inside and out. Great views of Queen St if you sit outside. Tidiness of dining areas need quick attention. Tables needed to be cleared and wiped down, the bins were groaning with trash that it spilled out onto the ground. So overall the service was very good and the food came fresh but, the cleanliness and tidiness would raise the star levels.

It's often quite busy, but that is just the reality when you are in the city. They always get my meals right which I appreciate. On top of that, there is a nice balcony where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and marvel at the tall and vintage buildings. Even when it's raining it's nice.

This store was super busy when I visited Sunday lunch time. When I entered, I didn't even know where to queue up as there were many people standing randomly waiting to collect their meala. There were rubbish everywhere. French fries came out cold and hard/burnt. The burger looked like it was thrown together. A very, very busy place I must say. Probably the busiest Maccas I've ever been to. However, the service was still pretty quick for the crowd. They sell everything Maccas and have plenty of points to create your order if you're not keen on staying on a line. Their burgers and drinks, etc are all same Maccas you'll find everywhere. Slow when busy (~10min wait) and the self service devices located too close to escalators (can gridlock in busy times). Not store specific, but McDonalds please fix your touchscreen self service kiosks. They are very slow and lag regularly (CPU?) giving the user the impression they're not responding to touch. This often means mistakes in orders and having to start over. Finally, do some UX testing and use your analytics to improve the experience further (e.g. ask for drink sizes as you go in meal choice, not at end). Good start, despite this still my preferred ordering option.

The food and view is great. I would highly recommend the Angus Clubhouse Burger. The kiosks are good too because if the counter is busy you can still order. The only downside is that sometimes the staff that serve customers can take a while to collect everything in your order before they give it too you but they are always nice and friendly.

Too many mistakes every time we order. I was overcharged by the kiosk and the store manager refused to refund the difference. Having worked at McDonald's for 3 years this is clearly against company policy. But ripping customers off because your kiosk makes a mistake is going to make customers go elsewhere.

Nice modern setup let down by poor service. This McDonald's was brand new when I visited so it had a large variety of seating, clear signage & easy ordering facilities with touch-screen computers along with staff. McCafe was a separate counter as well to speed up orders. I saw at a "bar" style seating/ table which had USB ports for charging devices - a nice touch. This McDonald's will even deliver the meal to your table to save you waiting around, however this is where my problems started.First by the McCafe staff whom delivered my coffee first then removed my table number, I didn't notice at first & had to retrieve it hoping I got the correct number back & that no one touched my belongings while I was absent. Next was when my meal came out it was without the accompanying coke for a drink. In both cases the order receipt/ picking slip was clear what was on the order. If they can improve the service, definite 5 star.

Probably the best McDonald's around which I know isn't saying much because well it's nasty fast food, but this is the most modern McDonald's I've ever seen. Staff can be a little pushy but I mean they've had to deal with garbage all day so can't blame them.

wow, came here on new years day around 2 or 3 and despite how packed and loud it was, the food came out fast and the employees were extremely friendly, i have come here only a few times before but i gotta it's pretty good 👍

It situated at the 2nd floor, so need to take escalator to get there. Inside sitting area is nice, tidy; but outside sitting area is fantastic. The whole queen street mall can be seen from here into a whole new prospective which is great.

I love this McDonalds! May sound silly to say that but it was clean, efficient and modern. I wasn't expecting to actually enjoy myself her as we really only dropped in to get a drink but was impressed

Crazy busy and hard to get around with queues going back to the escalators. Possibly even a bit dangerous. Food was below par. No salt on fries which were only 3/4 full and frozen drink was also not full. No rush to go back there!

Great service and orders are constantly pushed out no matter during peak times the staff seems to always be on top of everything. The only negative would be the self serve machines seem to always be out paper to.print out a receipt or the order number.
