Cheap easy awesome fried chicken. Flavours tasted great. Super friendly staff and helped us pick two flavours that were right on. Tables were nice and clean and comfortable too, was happy to chill out. Cute place to hang for a date. There was a mega spicy option, my white taste buds couldn’t handle this - maybe next time!

Korean Fried Chicken that is fingerliciously good. There are a good variety of glazing, although original is my favorite! Especially with the dipping sauce. When busy seating can be of a premium especially during rush hour. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Cooking time is 5-10mins so not exactly fast food, but the cooking time is worth the crunchiness.

Honesty the best fast-food I have ever had, the price was fairly cheap and the food there was excellent. I ordered a large Korean salad with small fries and it only cost me around $11. The Korean salad was really healthy and most importantly delicious. The small fries I ordered turned out to be a big amount, I was expecting it to only be a little bit. All in all, this place is must try for everyone.

They were the first Korean chicken restaurant I went to and it was quite nice the first time but they have the same problem which is their quality is inconsistent. Excellent chicken, the bulgogi is definitely my favourite flavour. The price here is a little more steep than other fried chicken places but it certainly shows in the quality of the meal. I ate 12 wings in 20 minutes and was still hungry for more :)

Korean fried chicken. Pricing is a little high I'm, though not too bad. Various flavors, but cost more to get half and half, which I honestly consider to be unreasonable. They also don't easily allow for more than two flavors for lower volumes. The chicken itself it strongly flavored, yet I find it to be unbalanced. Too much sauce taste on some, or too strongly coated for some flavors. Gloves are available so you don't have to get your hands dirty. This is important as you can't wash your hands nearby. The drink options are limited. Definitely worth trying, despite my negativity. It has a distinct and new taste. Highly recommend the cheese coated chicken, and recommend you don't get the garlic chicken - even if you love garlic.

It is what it advertises: great fried chicken. Always been pleased going here, chicken is well-cooked and the flavour is excellent. Definitely worthwhile too if you own the entertainment book as it has vouchers that you can use. Convent spot in Queen St mall too and always seems to have more than enough seating.

Visited it in person to get the freshest chicken, and ordered a half and half of original and swicy. I probably remembered it as a better chicken dish when it first came out, but objectively it felt inferior to making chicken at home. The cheesy type sauce works with the chicken but didn't do much. We left with just completing our food and pretty much not a single word about how it was. Would probably not go back again.

It was popular but I hated it. The deep fried chicken was cold and the flavour was awful and unnatural. The loud, obnoxious dub step music from the speakers in the eating area only exacerbated an already trying experience. The chips and coleslaw are the only reason it got a 3 star instead of a 2 star rating. I don't really want to give a bad review because it's a small business trying to stay alive in a competitive environment but I just hated it.

Not hot enough. 1 star. It's alright, the chicken is dry at the core but at least not as dry as KFC. Very fast service though, and was pleasantly surprised they provided gloves, because this chicken gets really messy, especially if it is sauced. It's also quite pricey too.

They are selling really great Korean style fried chicken. Very fast and always kind. Especially I like their boneless chicken. Whenever there is a party this dish is really helpful. Swyce and Bulgogi sauced chicken is my favorite. They say both are spicy but it is ok for anybody who had it with me. I would like them to make them more spicy. And also the complementary plastic globe is outstanding gadget they provide. It makes us to have fried chicken in the hygienic way without leaving oil on our fingers. I can say all of their service is really like Korean style. If you want to enjoy Korean chicken, please take away theirs and have it at home with beer when you watch sports event. You might like it.

Chicken is okay and delicious, but quite expensive compared to the amount of food. Liked that I could choose the flavour. Worth an experience but will not be a regular. Do NOT recommend their burgers however. The buns are way too soft and melts along with the sauce making the eating experience a bit too inconvenient, hurried and messy. Hmm.. was looking forward to this chicken shop as I heard of the raves. I ordered snow cheese chicken to takeaway, time was ard 8.30pm. 20 mins after, I was still waiting. A staff was cleaning the floor, placing stools on the table. I asked her if I can sit while waiting for my takeaway. To my surprise, she didn't allow me as she was preparing to close shop. So I had to stand for another 15 mins. Terrible service. Chicken was not as crunchy and toppings was a bit too salty. The condiments were small.portions. I tried the 'Freaking Hot' (Korean fried chicken). It was very delicious, the service was great, and the speed was extraordinary, I might have some luck with the timing, but still impressive. 'Freaking Hot' was actually spicy like promised, never expected that, and it was great. It might be a bit pricey for some people, but for me it was worth.

Last Saturday night in the Myer Centre Brisbane my partner and I found this ultra yummy chicken shop....NENE CHICKEN. We only wanted a snack so we bought 6 pieces of the Freaking Hot wingettes and drumettes. They were spicy crispy and so good that I bought another 6. We also got fries and they were very nice also. They have a great range to choose from from wings to burgers and wraps. If your in Brisbane make sure you stop in and have a try, really really worth the visit. See you guys next time we are in Brisbane

What can I say about Nene, it's hot, fresh! Wicked crispy, and their freaking hot sauce makes my mouth water in perverted anticipation! I freaking love their freaking hot wings. The parm chips are wonderful too. Can get really busy, and at times freshness can suffer, but always worth it.

I went here today. Not bad. Not bad! I had some original style fried wings, some kimchi, some rice, and a garden salad. Oh, and a sauce which looked like mustard and tasted like mayonnaise. The kimchi was good. Rice, too. Not super keen on the salad or the sauce. And but so let’s be real here. Chicken is the name of the game. And it was .... better than KFC. Crispy. Juicy. Well cooked. Not hugely flavoursome - it was original after all - but good. And I was reminded once of a time a few years back when I used to make Korean wings all the time. It’s not too hard. The trick is to double fry, you see, once to cook and once to crisp. Do that and you are good as gold. An alternative would be to steam and then fry. You do you, m8. But try to go for dry-style wings (ie no sauce), and you want to make sure that you use potato flour for the coating. Really gets crisp. You will be the talk of the town

My expectations were quite low for this restaurant. But when I went it actually wasn't that bad. The atmosphere was really different and comfortable. But it had that quickly in and out feeling as in , sit down eat and leave. Haha nothing different from Korean restaurants. As for the food. I had the half half deal. I ate the original and the swicy (sweet and spicy) chicken . The original was quite plain and had not much of a taste, but when you dip it into the mustard it is quite nice. The swicy chicken is the best of the two, wasn't too spicy and defiantly worth a try. The quality of the chicken us great! Only a few small bones to look out for. My over all experience was good. I wouldnt rave about it but it is definitely worth a try.

I got the Chicken Kimchi burger with bulgogi sauce. They do take a while to make it. It definitely has favour. Sweet buns. bulgogi sauce adds like a soy sauce/ bbq sauce taste (salty& smokey). Spice & sour from the kimchi. Chicken is juicy. It's very messy to eat because of the sauces, moist from whatever that was in it so it leaks out. They do give you gloves to wear. I got turned off from the tiny bins on the table. It takes up space on the table and when you are eat, u don't wanna look at a bin infront of you. It's empty most of the time. I think it's mainly to dispose chicken bones. My friend got the chicken wrap. As soon as she opens her wrapping paper and tries to pick up the wrap, it starts falling apart. I would come back again because it's a good tasty food for what you pay for. But be mindful that it gets messy when eat. Use gloves or use a lot of napkins.

Had regular original, swicy, and snowing cheese. 4 pieces in each, good mix of chicken type. All dishes comes with slaw and radish. Slaw is good but radish is pretty average. The original and swicy were tops (the sauce that goes with the original is sweet and tangy and bloody good), but the snowing cheese is not my thing - powdered cheese blurgh. Great chicken take out, would eat again.
