B for Brazil on our culinary trip around the world in Brisbane. The staff were very approachable, we're flexible with accommodating us, and helpful with explaining how best to eat what we ordered. The food was delicious, and the servings extremely generous. I couldn't finish my plate and I've a pretty big appetite. The acai smoothy was also delicious. The other note is that there were plenty of Brazilians there, and we've been recommended this place by a Brazilian we got talking to at a Brazilian pizza joint near our place.

Food is delicious! This is an understatement... It's so down to earth and authentic. Everything is cooked to perfection. I really love this place, the food is absolutely incredible! Just one thing I think could be improved on is the timing that the meals come out. Came to have dinner with my boyfriend and his food arrived 10+minutes after mine, which was not nice since we planned to eat together and while I was waiting for his food to arrive mine was getting cold and frankly hard to resist 😳 But all in all keep up the good work! The quality and taste of the food is always excellent.

Recommendation - Feijoada and Coxinha We first discovered O Brasileiro back in 2018 when they were operating on the weekends from a food court on Elizabeth Street. The exceptional quality of the food and the dedication of the team are probably the driving forces behind their success story. The portion sizes are really big, and most days I have to take a portion of my Feijoada home. Feijoada is one of my favourites to order, and its flavours and textures are always so satisfying. Coxinha is a tear drop shapped fried snack with a creamy chicken filling. This is a best way to start one's meal at O Brasileiro. The best way to finish is with one of their pudims or brigadeiros. Visit O Brasileiro and you won't leave disappointed regardless of what you decide to order.

My family and I had such a pleasant experience at this place. The staff couldn’t be more attentive and professional if they tried! I like feeling special; even the owner came out to check how things were going. The food was delicious, and so much of it on the plate!!! (Lucky they do “doggy bags”! Best value for money. It was our first time eating Brazillian food. The manager/ owner was wonderful. Despite telling us when we arrived, that we were to order at the counter, he came to our table and took our order himself. He also checked in with us several times, as well as the waitress. Food was served fast despite of the busyness of the place and they have a good customer service. I had 2 Coxinhas and a Guaraná drink for takeout. Wow the Coxinhas are tender and filling. The chicken on inside is finely shredded and so soft and flavourful. So worth it. Good customer service and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere but was full while i was there (2pm, Saturday). Will come back to try the coffee and possibly their main meals too!

I've been to O Brasilerio for a weekday lunch four times now and every time it has been outstanding. The food is excellent (I've tried the pao de queijo, coxinha and the Brazilian PF with rump - all excellent. The staff are all delightful: friendly, helpful and super efficient. Paul in particular - thank you for always making us feel super welcome and looked after. Because it's so good, it goes get busy so I would recommend arriving early for lunch (11:45 ish). Highly recommended :)

The Brisbane coffee scene has the advantage of a base of many strong and recognised operators combined with an army of newer outlets launching into a (healthy) competitive space ... Spotting a newer entrant (months rather than years open), it was immediately obvious how clean and well-looked-after O Brasileiro is. With excellent equipment and a bright friendly welcome, it was very clear that the barista, Paul, was not going to disappoint. With a blend of South American beans, the Colombian taste was particularly evident, as I drank a doppio beyond compare. Smooth consistency, round full flavour, no residual bitterness, truly a coffee-lover’s dream. In a competitive market place, this is one of the best. Thank you!

The waiter mixed up my order so went back to the kitchen to get the meat I had actually requested, meaning I ended up with double the quantity of meat in what was already a generous portion! I asked for, and got, the home made mate ice tea without sugar. The waiters couldn't have been more helpful, and it was a while until we realised that the establishment had closed and they were sitting down to their own meal - they didn't even hint that we should leave. Cheap, solid fare in simple clean surroundings with excellent customer service - highly recommended.

I was introduced to this cafe a few weeks back by one of my fellow colleagues who swore by them. I must say those garlic bread balls are so tasty, even your bacon and egg sandwich is nothing like the others around the city. Lunch variety is absolutely awesome too and finally THAT condensed milk treat is dangerously amazing. Go for the treat on your cheat days, it's pretty awesome.

Super popular and hard to get a table in the early days, but that's because the food is amazing. There's a dish with pork ribs, rump cap, chorizo, bacon and beans that is to die for. Large portion sizes, perhaps a bit too large for lunch, but you won't leave hungry. The service is exceptional and the staff are passionate about their food. I've been to O Brasilerio for a weekday lunch four times now and every time it has been outstanding. The food is excellent (I've tried the pao de queijo, coxinha and the Brazilian PF with rump - all excellent. The staff are all delightful: friendly, helpful and super efficient. Paul in particular - thank you for always making us feel super welcome and looked after. Because it's so good, it goes get busy so I would recommend arriving early for lunch (11:45 ish). I'd never had Brazilian food before yesterday but had always been curious about it from watching food programs on TV like Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations. Decided to come here for lunch yesterday with 2 friends. I arrived at around 12:40pm and there was a line OUTSIDE the restaurant and most of the people queueing were Brazilian, so I knew I was in for a treat. Asked a lovely Brazilian couple what I should order as a first timer, and they recommended feijoada, escondidinho, and coxinha. The staff were really warm and friendly, I didn't have any expectations for the food but omg it was just AMAZING. I will definitely come again and next time I will bring more friends!
