I have been coming to Remy's for a few years now as I love the Remy's Special burger. For a few months now though, although still nice they are nowhere near as good as they use to be. Not sure if there are new owners or change of recipe. Still a great place to go though just a shame the burgers have changed.

Went there yesterday afternoon with friends for the 2 for 1 burger deal as friends said it was a good burger joint. I was quite skeptical as I'm quite of a Brisbane burger aficionado and have been to many burger establishments around the city. Firstly my friend and I shared a chilli beef fries and they were okay, not too bad. The fries were nice however "chilli and beans" were quite lukewarm so they definitely weren't as fresh as I'd imagined. Hence, the dish was okay, the flavours were there and all but could have been better. My two burgers then arrived, I ordered the Fried Chicken special and the Remy's special. When I took the first bite of the chicken burger I was BLOWN. AWAY. Hands down the best bloody chicken burger I've had in a LONG time!! The chicken was super crunchy but moist and had a nice flavour from the spices and the sauce really added to the overall taste, I don't think I've eaten a burger that fast! I would highly recommend it! The Rem'y special was also really nice too! The burger patty was nice and flavorful but also thin and crispy (similar to a smash burger) and was simple enough to really hit the spot. Overall a really good experience and has good vibes, service and most importantly food! 10/10 would return again :)

Really great food and vege options, 100% marks on that. Nice and laid back atmosphere and friendly staff. But I'm only reviewing because there's one thing that lets this otherwise killer brekky spot down - and that's the ~~*plastic disposable milkshake cups*~~ !! There just can't be a good enough reason for giving these to customers dining in. Bring your keep cups if you're thirsting for a shake 🥛

If im being honest Remy's was recommended by pretty much everyone who knew i was heading to Brisbane. However, my partner and i didnt get the hype. It was just an average over hyped burger BUT with some banga chips. The patty wasn't very well seasoned and lacked flavour. I wouldn't rush here if your heading to Brisbane for the weekend. Im sure there are tonnes of killer burgers in the CBD.

But the QR code service isn’t working for them, I had to wait about 1hr 40mins for my order while my friend got his in 30mins and they were placed minutes apart. The staff here are truly angels and so lovely every time we go in to eat. The burgers are delicious, good veg and vegan options plus the chips are literally the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommend!

The photos are from two years ago. Since then I haven’t been to this place and I didn’t write a review then, so I’m going to write one now based on my memory. Found about Remy’s on Instagram and thought their burgers looked sick and decided to give them a try. I’m really happy I did. I went there twice and both times were really enjoyable. As I only ordered takeaways both times I cannot comment on their customer service. But the guy who served me while placing my order was really friendly and nice. Their menu was quite straightforward and easy to follow and saved me a lot of time my first time there. I ordered a double cheeseburger both times and I really loved it. The burgers were well seasoned and everything came together really well. The bun was soft and buttery. The patties were cooked medium rare and were not too much on the salty side. I also appreciated that the burger wasn’t drenched in dressings or sauces as it would go soggy and gross and would have lost its taste. And after. 30-40 min ride home, the burger did go a bit cold but still very delicious, I could only imagine how nice it would have tasted if it had been fresh. Now I have found out that they also do brunch, which sounds really tempting. Will go back soon to try their brunch and more burgers.

Its hard to rate these guys under 5 stars. They dont promise to be anything more and do it well. I'm a burger guy and these are probably the best in Brisbane, always worth traveling across town. Craft beers, great menu and a relaxed atmosphere. Loved it 10 times over, go get it!

Had the Remy's special and beef chili cheese fries, burger was good, I had a double which I found quite satisfying. The chili cheese fries were quite tasty but to much liquid in the sauce and to many beans so the texture is a bit off (like eating a meat pie) and the beans overpowered the sauce a bit too much.

Spacious area offering indoor and out door seating, with a nice selection of options for everyone. Came here on a early morning breakfast crawl, I feel like I'm coming to paddington more and more nowadays. Loved the BLT, added halloumi & savoury mince (think epic sloppy joe) and it was very tasty. Loved the soft fluffy buns. Other half had the eggs on toast with savoury mince, and bacon. So much food but we left with full stomachs lol. Definitely need to come back for their burgers.

Tiny menu but they kill it everytime. Counter service, taco night Tuesday $3, conveniently located and quite affordable. Music is often very good too, atmosphere is extremely leisurely and relaxed. Pretty straight forward it's rad! Oh, and the pickles are homemade which, in my opinion, totally makes the burger!

Great spot for a beer, the burgers are amazing and the staff are very friendly. Only advise is perhaps staff could wander around the restaurant more often so you can get their attention for a another order, it can be a bit of a wait being table service only as they seem to focus on one portion of the restaurant. Not exactly a 3 star and I will be lying if I gave 2 stars. Definetly 2.5 stars. I'll start with the positive, great staff and good atmosphere. Best part is we could bring or little fur baby.. Now as for the food, I will say, charging $14 just for the burger is bit rich, especially if the tomato slice is THICKER than the meat patty, and unfortunately my burger came with 3 thick tomato slices, to fill out a $14 burger with tomatoes is not quiet right... My partner's chicken burger was under cooked, seeing pink after your first bite kinda put her off the new burger cooked for her. To add, the assembly of the burger was up to par with premium pricing. On a side note, our little fur baby had a chicken burger.

It was a pleasant evening at Remys. The summer air and the pretty lights made for a good burger consuming environment. The burgers did not disappoint and the service could not be improved on. Max is a very fast eater. You wouldn’t think it from looking at him but he can finish a burger faster than a bandicoot on a burnt ridge.

Where can I begin. I’m lucky enough to live across the road from this magical place we all call remys. I think there more often than I am home. A few of my favourite things from remys is the breakfasts, the burgers, the wings, the margaritas and of course the wonderful and genuine staff. I love this place... the burgers are tasty, the chips are great and they serve really nice beer. The Amber Ale is my favorite. It's a simple alfresco type dining area that feels really welcoming, right in the cute part of Paddington. They seem to mix the music up a bit too, with some live D.J's..It's perfect place for a first date, ,or dinner with the family. It has a very small kitchen, so you might wait a little longer for your meal than some other places, but it's worth the wait.

Don't look anywhere else for a vibing burger joint this side of the river. The consistency has been there for the 5 years Ive been going there. The atmosphere under the lights is great, especially on a Friday night or Sunday arvo. Difficult to review this place because on the one hand I absolutely LOVE their cheeseburgers, but I really wish their chips were better. On the three occasions I’ve been (2 in person and 1 delivery) the burgers were amazing but the chips were really underwhelming. Not very crispy, overly salty and just not particularly tasty. Because of this, I have resolved only to visit or order from this venue when I only crave a burger but not chips, and this a fairly rare occurrence. I even tried the chilli chips last time for extra flavour and wasn’t a fan of those either. How do you mess up chips? For reference, I love the chips from fritzenburger, brewski, and most other burger joints. I’ll say again, this place has fabulous burgers, but the chips are always disappointing to me. If they fix their chips I’ll change my review to 5 stars. But for now it’s 3 because the chips are about two fifths of a meal of a burger and chips and... I just can’t get on board with the chips here.

Remy's is our local and we go often, best burgers in town, cheap, cheerful, unpretentious all round. Sort of like an upmarket Macca's although the chips at the big M might win over slightly, still taste good though nice n greasy! AND Remy's has beer and cider. In regard to "good views" comment and rating, you need to go back again and check em out,! one visit to review a place isn't enough to rate them just because of one crappy staff on the day! I reckon they have the mix just right between taste, atmosphere and price, and that is why they are always busy. I hope they never fold.
