If you're looking for clean, retro aesthetics, and delicious made to order burgers, then Ruby Chews is the place for you. Amazing, juicy in-house burgers that taste better with every bite. Incredible shakes that leave you wanting more. Service with a signature smile, and did I mention the ice cream? Mix and match your favourite flavour and toppings, to create something devilishly delightful. Everything was absolutely divine, right down to the fries. The staff were excellent, extremely friendly and happy to help in any way they could. I cannot recommend Ruby Chews enough, it has set the bar for burgers in Ipswich.

Wow..5buck burgers...at the moment for the school holidays Ruby Chews has a deal with Limelight Cinemas...5 buck burgers...usually 11 bucks we bought 2 chicken burgers and you can take them into the cinema! So yummy...the buns are like a brioche...check it out before deal ends...movies all 5 bucks also...for school holidays...don't miss out!

Get to the cinemas early because you're too eager? Fear not, this is a good place to grab a quick meal and chat to your partner about the new spiderman or Rock movie. Grab a hot dog, or a Ruby classic cheese burger. Yummy!

The burgers were quite disappointing - the beef patties in my burger and my partner's burger were overcooked and way too small. The only saving grace were the milkshakes, they were delicious and full of flavour, as opposed to just tasting like milk. Don't think we'll be returning unfortunately.

Burgers were a lot like Betty’s burgers and In and out Burgers. They had potential to be really good but the meat patties were way over cooked. They were so burnt they were dry and around the edges were so crusty you couldn’t eat it. On the plus side the onion rings were really good and the milkshakes were also nice. If the meat patties weren’t so overdone it would have been better.

This is a regular place I go. The burgers are great the fries are fresh but my favourite it the milkshakes. I always make sure I get a large one of these. The burgers aren’t like other places they taste different but so much better with there special sauce. Definitely recommend and add bacon ☺️ Prices are good and the staff are lovely. They go beyond to make sure you enjoy your food and even offer a children’s colouring book which is great to keep them entertained. The restaurant is always clean also with enough seating. There isn’t a long wait time and offer take away and dine in.

Family and I had 2×The Double burgers combo meals, a Kids meal (Cheese burger, fries and chocolate milkshake (Best milkshake I've tasted)), onion rings (Very good!) and extra fries. If you haven't eaten here yet, I highly recommend this place.

HOLY HECK!!!! How did I not know of this place before? Amazing burgers and a Chill Hot Dog to die for. The guys here are awesomely friendly and did I mention their amazing Chilli Dog yet 🤤 Honestly though if you are looking for a great bite to eat these traditional burgers and hot dogs are the way to go! Ask Zack and Phillip, they will sort you out!

Can't fault it. I had a Ruby Classic with Pickles and Bacon, and my lovely wife had The Chicken. Both were really good, though the Ruby Classic was definitely better. The pickles and bacon were worth the extra few $$$. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sampled some of the ice creams, also very nice. The burgers didn't take long, and were nice and fresh.

DELICIOUS! Good service too. An old-fashioned diner feel about the place. The burger (what hubby let me try) was succulent and juicy and treated of beef. The hot dog was sweet, tangy, smokey, and absolutely exactly what I had been craving for months.

Oh my god, poor staff were swamped! 7 o’clock, 2 people in the kitchen, 1 girl working both the till AND drinks/ice cream? What I assume to have been the shift manager came to help out in kitchen, still waited 30 mins on an ice cream due to how backed up the orders were so missed the start of my film; some orders were sent out without drinks because they weren’t ready, so the girl then also had to bring them out to tables?? Good ice cream - but sort out your staffing, it’s not fair to them.

Loved the burger, loved the onion rings, loved the fries, which are like Macca's fries but with a much better crunch. Haven't tried the shakes yet, but I assume they are great as well. Starting to think I would rather come get food from here and take it to a regular movie sessions, than go to The Lounge sessions with their new menu.

Love the atmosphere here, but the prices and some food are a big let down. I ordered the loaded fries which where basically Macca's chips, liquid cheese & bacon. They were pretty bland and not worth the $10 charge. My partner ordered a burger which he said was good, but not $17 good. Probably wouldn't come back to be honest...

Went on opening night, As expected busy..... Drinks came well before the burger's. Menu for drinks is misleading "rock" sounded like a thick shake not an ice-cream. Buns are a far to sweet on the burgers. Would try again but would have to be a good price tad expensive at menu pricing.

Best burgers in Ipswich! If you're a fan of Betty's Burgers, you will love Ruby Chews. The food is super tasty and the staff are awesome. You can also take your food into the movies with you, which is a great idea. Will definitely be a return customer, highly recommend!

If you're at Riverlink and in the the mood for a cheeseburger but don't feel like having McDonald's or have a weakness for American-style food, this is a spot I would recommend in a heartbeat, as they make a mean burger. The hot dogs are kinda crispy for my liking, though. Pity they only have a store at Riverlink, though. I could honestly see this place having several other stores throughout Queensland.
