Probably more of a mid-high 3 but rounded up to 4 on this system. Food was a touch pricier than I was expecting, so good thing I had an Eat Club discount to take the edge off. Yiros are reasonably filling due to the carbs in the pita bread and chips. I'm not sure we got all the sauces that were ordered but no biggie overall taste was still decent, and the pooling of yiros juices at the bottom didn't really need any more moisture. Also got a salad that was meant to be a salad in the meal combo but ended up being a separate build a salad. Probably a bit of miscommunication due to masks? Anyway that Halloumi and rocket salad with beetroot turned out to be the most impressive element of the meal 😊

If you haven't already tried a Yiros you need to! I was introduced to these absolutely to die for kebab style pitas. The pita bread is so soft and fresh. The chips are cooked to perfect and wrapped into your freshly baked pita. You can choose from a couple of meats and I havent had a bad one yet. I will be back for another one of these for lunch or maybe dinner. Very filling and the regular size is all you need for the average person or kids. Highly recommend trying these if you haven't had one yet! Great value you for money, not expensive and always fresh every time i have been. You won't be disappointed. And just next door is a dessert bar for after 🤤

I thought I would try my first Yiros/Gyro whilst on my lunch break and was recommended The Yiros Shop in South Bank by a friend. I ordered the pork yiro meal and I was hardly disappointed. The meal was super filling, and I would recommend not getting a meal, and instead just a yiro and a drink as it is super filling! The pork was quite dense and tough to eat though, and it was lacking any pork flavor, which was unfortunate...

Ordered a chicken snack pack as the lamb was a bit pricey haha. But all in food taste great and portion size was ok added halloumi and got two trips for $3 Zeus street charged me $3.50 for one small piece won’t go there again haha. But it’s not 5 star as the large snack pack could be larger and prices could be cheaper but it’s great fast food 👌

Had the lamb shoulder plate. I found the ordering experience a bit overwhelming with all the questions. When the food was delivered they missed the tzatziki sauce but it was ok as we dined in so I could just go back to the counter and ask for it. Lamb was so delicious, they do a really good job of it here. Presentation was in take away containers I’m guessing this is due to COVID precautions. Friendly service

Ordered on uberEats. The haloumi yiros was tasty, but a bit of a disappointment - it's just bread, fries and mayo - very little haloumi. Feta fries are not worthy - $9 for a smallish portion of fries with a bit of feta on the top - very underwhelming.

Amazing food, I was pleasantly surprised by just how good it was. Super quick service as well, I ordered dine in food with a friend and after we paid it arrived at our table about 3-4 minutes later! Nice place to chill back and chat with friends, family etc. with inside and outside seating options as well as small/large table spaces. I ordered a Greek salad with lamb, aioli and haloumi, it was incredible. Each part of the meal had a kicking taste with all fresh ingredients and beautifully cooked lamb. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely come back for more.

We had the beef and chicken Yiros with a bowl of chips with feta cheese and oregano (see the pictures), all were lovely. Also, the staff was very friendly and nice. In addition, the service was good and they prepared the food very fast. The best Greek restaurant ever in Brisbane. We'd happily go again.

I usually get a chicken or halloumi yiros but I'm trying to eat more vegetarian food so I got the chickpea yiros with low expectations and WOW, it's my new fave. It's so good! Can't wait to get it again from now on. Also, I overheard the staff debating between themselves about whether spaghetti bolognese should have tomato sauce in it or not. What's the matter with you kids? It has tomato, of course. Y'all do amazing yiros but don't ever try selling spaghetti lmao

I eat here occasionally as I work nearby and I have mixed feelings about this place. Sometimes it's super good - the yiros is wrapped perfectly and tastes amazing and the service is quick. Other times it really lets me down with slow service, a yiros that is absolutely covered in sauce and isn't wrapped properly. I don't know how to feel! I just wish it was more consistent.

Food was nice but could be better. Didn't realise it contained yoghurt and there was no option to remove this on the app I ordered from (Deliveroo). Yiros were nice but swimming in a pool of sauce in the bag. Hard to tell the chicken was actually chicken. Beef was shaped cheap mince, once again hard to tell which meat. Didn't like the beef one much. Chips inside are a greasy so Australian addition, and soggy, zero crunch. I liked the chicken yiros but both were a bit oily and likely processed meat. Need options to remove all components to cater to dietary restrictions.

I love this place! The greek topped chips are to die for and they always cook their chips fresh for each new meal. The staff are always very nice and it's great to come here every lunch on a Thursday which is when i have TAFE. The only thing i wasn't impressed with was how some staff don't serve me with the same knowledge the others have and that means they leave things out of my food. Other than that, i love the food, the quality, the quantity and the staff! You should go here whenever you get the chance!

It's ok Yiros, the few I've had here have been too dry (not enough sauce), but I've had worse. For the record: I like chips in the Yiros, it's like getting a side of fries added into a burger (i.e. icing on the cake). So overall an ok "once in a while" treat.

The Yiros is pretty good. You can ask for the fries in the Yiros to be placed on the side instead of having it within the pita bread. If you go before 5pm, you can even flash your student ID to get 10% off!

Excellent and friendly, essentially only one option - the titular Yiros - but done well The Yiros is basically a combination Greek style souvlaki with Lebanese kebab style spiced meats on the grill (with vegetarian options) combined with chips and seasonings. Try the special sauce, its great If you're lactose free get the grilled eggplant sauce rather than tzatsiki If you're staying off carbs, grab it in a pot instead
