Elegant atmosphere, delightful food and staff who know how to be friendly yet unobtrusive. The lamb was delicious 😋 and the lemon pana cotta was fragrant and tasty. The breakfast does take a little longer to be served with COVIDSAFE processes in place. The juice bar is the ‘bees knees’ in my view.

We had the banquet and were blown away by the quality of their food, service, and cocktails 🍸! At only $46 pp for the 2-course option and $63 for 3 courses, it’s definitely a great deal if you’re looking for a special evening. They’re only available on Fri & Sat evenings at the moment.

I'd been here about two years ago for the tomahawk and enjoyed it so much I dragged nine other friends to do it again. The photographed tomahawk (medium rare) served six people with average appetite very well (more meat was stripped from the "bone"), all of us adding one salad side. Lovely flavours, very well seasoned and a bit of char smokiness which I enjoyed. Salad sides were honestly quite small for the price, which was the only disappointment. Service was really good, though notably we had preordered a few days in advance to allow the kitchen time to prepare. They were attentive but not overbearing, and friendly whilst being professional. Would absolutely recommend them. Toilets clean and well lit, paper towels and no contact exit.

I heard many times about steak of this restaurent.. And this time i have a chance to visit!!! As they said..the steak is very very very great. I had wagyu rump 350g. It is very tender and wonderful!!! I really love it. Staff is very nice they provided good recommendation about wine pairing and food. For the price, i think its not expensive at all comparing to the quality of food (my wagyu is 52aud) You have to make raservation before visiting this place.

My favourite thing about this place was lovely service. I've been here twice for birthday dinners and they've been professional and helpful everytime. I had the beautiful wagyu steak for main. Would definately come back next time. So if you're into good service, delicious food and a beautiful designed restaurant then this is the place to visit!

A late review (by. a year and a half) but I would rate their food and service 10/10. Of course, expect it to be a little pricey, but know it's worth every bit of your dime.

Exceptional food for a hotel restaurant. The fish of the day was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the service - Patrick was helpful and knowledgeable about the food and wine. Clearly some thought has gone into designing a restaurant which caters for a range of customers, including those who don't want a steak. Not the best ambience - located to the side of the foyer, with no natural light, however for dinner that is fine.

Organised an engagement party breakfast here. They accomodated for 24 people, the food was great, the location is fantastic and the staff are amazing. We went during the mimosa buffet breakfast offer and they made sure there was a drink in every hand at all times. Very accomodating and professional. They also gave the couple a nice gift which was an excellent personal touch. Would highly recommend to anyone for an event or even if you're just particularly hungry & fond of day drinking on weekends.

This is a great lunch restaurant. I’ve tried most meals from their lunch menu and the food is delicious. The chef clearly has some pride in his craft and is allowed to be creative. The only minus is the location of the restaurant which is in a rather soulless lobby.

We took the kids here for their Children's High Tea - the food was excellent for them and for us adults too. The Vintaged High Tea is actually served in the lobby/bar area of the Hilton Hotel, which is a quiet refuge from the busy city. The kids enjoyed riding the glass elevator up to the top of the atrium and looking down on all the people and we really enjoyed the mix of sweet and savory delicacies in the High Tea. This is really good value at $35 per person and highly recommended for your next visit to the city.

Vegan Menu Goals!! I came here the other night and asked for vegan options. The lovely girl handed me a seperate Vegan Menu with two entrees, two mains, two desserts plus wines to choose from. I had the Chana Masala and it was not only better than at any Indian restaurant I have been to, it was also the perfect amount! (My friend who is a carnivore had the duck and was very disappointed, the meat was pretty much raw and he said he never wants to eat there again... I can't say much about that, only that I will definitely be back soon!) Thank you Vintaged Bar + Grill for offering such beautiful plant based options.

Had a nice meal here. Steak was a bit over-cooked and got red wine sauce and not peppercorn. It’s an open style restaurant but it feels a bit soleless. The staff were very nice in the main.

I went there for High Tea with my cousin.. We went at around 2:30PM on a Friday, which didn't appear to be very packed at all (which is what I prefer sometimes). We booked to have our High Tea in the Restaurant area rather than the bar area. The space is quite different to your typical restaurant. Because it is located inside the Hilton Hotel, it was in a very much opened spaced area. A little TOO open. Took me a while to get used to the surroundings. We were sat on the far corner of the restaurant which is near the lifts to go up to the hotel rooms. Quite different! But, as for the food, the sandwiches and scones were amazing!! The sweets, I wasn't a big fan of. My first time having High Tea, and it was quite alright!

This is not actually a sports bar, they only set up a tv for the Super Bowl. It comes up on google maps as a sports bar, but it’s a red herring... try Jimmy’s on the Mall if your actually looking for American football.

We came in for a late breakfast, had the silverside hash which I highly recommend, and the big breakfast which was ok- a bit burnt/overcooked in places. The tea cost more than I would have liked to pay for teabag tea. Staff were accomodating and the service was what I expected.

Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend the Pork Belly and Blood Sausage. When in Australia, why not try the Kangaroo meat, the loin was seasoned perfectly and wasn't gamey as I had expected.
