I went here with my boyfriend and we ordered the set menu. Not only was the food absolutely amazing, the servers were friendly and attentive. The food also came very quickly. I think this is my new favourite restaurant in Canberra. All of the food was cooked perfectly. I don't think I could pick a singe favourite dish, since they were all so good, so I will choose several. My favourites were the octopus, tortellini, burrata with peaches, and the panna cotta. Note: I had to move the coconut meringe to take a photo that showed tha actual panna cotta.

We recently had Temporada provide a chef and cater a dinner party at home for 8 people. The experience of fine dining at home was fantastic!! We had a chef bring a 3 course meal over, which was then cooked at home in our kitchen and served at the table. We also didn’t have to worry about washing up, as the plates and cutlery were all taken care of. Very affordable too. I highly recommend Temporada to anyone looking to host a dinner party in their own home and to not have to worry about the cooking!

I have dietary requirements but still found plenty of tasty items on the menu. Temporada offers a la carte or a set menu. The tomato anchovy toast was the most delicious starter and the swordfish was amazing. The heirloom tomatoes with plum complimented our mains and was tantalizing. Leave yourself plenty of time to choose as everything is fantastic. Excellent service. Cannot fault.

What a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner for two. Every dish on the set menu was excellent and easily comparable to what you would find at the top casual dining restaurants in the larger cities. The chef easily catered to one dairy free and there was no compromise in taste. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere... You're here to eat and enjoy.

Wonderful from start to finish. All the staff were amazing and instantly we felt like we were with new friends. Great wine list and some of our favourite grapes and drops. Food wise just perfect, a real knowledge here of flavours, balance, textures and simple but beautiful execution. My partner and I had the $70.00 per person set menu and could not fault one dish, all perfect in their own way. From the homemade sourdough bread and cultured butter at the start to the coconut and honey cake with ice cream at the end. Our favourite dish was the prawn, peas, pickled watermelon dish, just divine. Finally even the coffees were some of the best we have ever had, which for a full restaurant and not a cafe says a lot. If only we didn't live over 3 hours away we would be here weekly!. Loved it. A wonderful food experience.

We had dinner the food was delicious and well thought out and balanced. The service however needs improvement. Here’s why 1.the plates were not cleared between courses and staff had to be reminded 2. The food was attempted to be cleared off our table before we finished and again we had to request staff to wait till we finished 3.there wasn’t a break between courses, the moment dishes were cleared the next course was on the table. Again we had to request a break between courses. The final thing was following 3 glasses of white wine we ordered 1/2 a bottle of red ($47). When we tasted it we called the manager and advised it was not what we expected. He said that the aniseed smell and the fizzy nature of the wine was as expected!! Our tasting notes were not in line with the taste we experienced. After much debate we finished our meal and desert. At this point he offered some desert wine! We accepted a glass of port and a glass of red but too little too late. A disappointing night $255 later!! You need to pick up your service to match the food !!

We had massively high hopes. We were disappointed. We visited on a Thursday in mid January 2022. Yes I realise there was a supply line issue and staffing issues across hospo die to COVID, but still ai was disappointed. We did the chef's tasting menu and matched wines, and only had 3 out of the 5 dishes explained to us. One of the dishes was essentially a mozerrella stick. The wine match for some of the dishes was poor and felt forced. I have eaten at hatred establishments both In the ACT and elsewhere and on this evening Temporada wasn't even on the same race. My major complaint is this. If you cannot deliver the dining experience you are renowned for, don't put it on the menu. I would have much preferred a reduced offering at a reduced price than the sun standard full taste menu we were served. Perhaps it was just a bad night, but it was such a bad night Im wondering if it is worth a second chance.

Wow wow wow. Recommended. Will come again. Did the $90 tasting menu. So full and so satisfied. Stand outs were the mango salad with pork belly and squid, Jerusalem artichokes with butter milk, and of course the Wagyu... As expected. Some interesting wines on the menu, suggest trying a new varietal you haven't tried before

Delicious! A little exxy but great food, all were hits. We asked for a chef's selection of vegetarian dishes. Was a little worried as the menu is very meat heavy but they managed to make vegetarian versions that were bang on! Full of flavour, different daring combinations but they all worked. Nice drinks menu too, I enjoyed the house special GnT.

Wonderful ambiance and delicious food. Unique dishes with rich flavours. Very inventing. The service is attentive and accommodating. The wine list is modest, but interesting. They make great cocktails too. Highly recommended. Been back again, for another excellent experience. Loved the figs with elk, and the heirloom tomato salad.

I've been a couple times now and Temporada make everything look fancy and taste delicious. I took our team of 10 out there for lunch and they were all cautious because they'd never heard of it. Afterwards they were all giving glowing reviews. The menu changes from time to time but if you can have the Burrata cheese it is delicious. The kingfisher with lime and avocado aoili was superb too. The oil they fry their thick cut chips in is super tasty. The restaurant is not cheap but well worth it. We'll be back again.

Underwhelming for $90pp. The food was fine, some dishes were absolutely fantastic while other dishes missed the mark, the service was great, very friendly and enthusiastic staff. You could try out different restaurants like akiba, aubergine, or even Raku, and the set menu is a good price point for excellent food. Temporada is a great place to visit with friends for light tapas and drinks, but going into the experience of the set menu just wasn't worth it for me.

Our reservation was for 6.45pm and we were a little late because car parking is only on street and we drove around the block a couple of times. Once seated the menu was explained to us and we went for the chef's menu being an unknown delivery of meals. Overall we had 8 tasting plates plus desert and at the end we were really satisfied. At each course the food was explained and wait service was excellent. A fantastic night overall.

After some research we decided to try Temporada for a birthday dinner for four people. We were not disappointed. The food was interesting and of excellent quality, well presented and served in a very timely manner. Our waitress was most efficient knowing exactly when she was required to top up the wine or water glasses. Thoroughly recommended! Classy noshery, impersonal greeting, changed to almost a hug when i assumed my table. Came for lunch and reserved for dinner. loved the menu choices, well planned. Terrific salad with the lot.

Upon entry the front of house staff member was quite cold to our arrival as we were bubbly and laughing we found that she showed us the feel of this place. We had an early meal here on a Friday evening, sat at the bar which is our favourite place to eat. We shared octopus, delicious, intercostals,good, roast duck breast also delicious, and an excellent dessert. We shared a delicious bottle of French red, and had an extremely enjoyable night, pity they are a little out of the way, we tend to forget them. If these guys were in a better location they would be packed all the time,excellent restaurant.

I recently had a friend visit from Melbourne with her 7 month old daughter and we ate at Temporada on a Saturday night. Our experience was extremely positive from booking through to payment. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, our meals were delicious, and the consideration given to the little one was wonderful. I highly recommend Temporada for anyone looking for a relaxed, high quality dining experience.

Last night I went to the bitten x temporada canape evening. Early on I pumped the lady holding the tray of blue champagne and created a bit of a mess. I was horrified. But within half an hour and thanks to the lightening professionalism and friendliness of the staff it was like it never happened. The food was incredible (such a clever pairing!) the staff were exceptional and attentive and the owner of Bitten was walking around chatting to guest and making sure we were enjoying the super food creations. Still embarrassed about my faux par, but I will defintley be back to temporada to enjoy more of their food and professional service.

Stopped in for a drink with colleagues - excellent place to do just that! Small selection of beer, but they are all amazing off tap. Apparently, they only buy a keg or two at a time so they change very regularly. Great for exploring new and interesting beers!

EDIT. Dave, the owner, reached out to me and dealt with this issue swiftly and gracefully. I’m amending the review to five stars to reflect their handling. I really appreciate it. The food was good. I can't complain about anything we ate as it was high quality, plated well and served impeccably. Recommendations for drinks were done well and I particularly enjoyed the dessert drink pairing. I don't want to be giving this as low a score as I am right now, but I do have a sour taste left in my mouth with how the bill was handled. I had four gift cards that I intended to use for the meal - but when I tried to, I was told that I could only use one. I was also told that I had to have printed them out. What use is an electronic gift card that needs to be printed when the gift card clearly states to use a code on checkout? The limitations on gift card use came as a big surprise to me, as I did not recall seeing anything about it when booking, or when receiving the gift cards. When I pressed the issue, they relented and let me use two gift cards, saying that the one gift card stipulation was on their terms and conditions. I accepted this at face value, but when I looked again at the terms and conditions, such stipulations do not exist - I've attached a screenshot below. I looked again at the original emails I'd received with the gift cards. No limitations on gift card use was placed there. Telling your customers they can only use one gift card and claiming that limit is in your terms and conditions is fine if that stipulation is ACTUALLY in the terms and conditions. Saying that it is there when it is not found anywhere on the site, or on the gift cards themselves is not. I really enjoyed the food when I've been here many times, and the service has been good. However, this experience with what seemed to be an outright lie and at best a failure on temporada's part (in terms of clearly laying out the conditions of use) really soured my experience and I doubt I'll be back to use the remaining cards. tldr great food and service but wish the gift card system was actually coherent.

I'll be back here for sure - as soon as I possibly can. Not only was the food nothing short of spectacular, the atmosphere is really special. Not pompous, but not too casual. The dishes I enjoyed here were not your standard, been done before rip-offs but really creative and unusual. The icing on the cake is that the staff all really seem to care about the job they're doing and manage to be attentive without 'hovering' (and asking how the food is every two minutes). Admittedly we were here at 6pm, but we got all our food within 15 mins! Brilliant.

We cruised up to Temporada having heard good things, place was busy but we got a couple of seats at the bar. Ordered a bottle of Dormilona Chenin Blanc which took a while to find, I think the bar guy was new, once located and opened it was lovely. We ordered a selection of plate as it’s Tapas style. The Pambula oysters were lovely and super fresh with a Finger Line dressing that just popped. The Duck Roll was sort of slow braised/confit Duck in a bread roll and was nice. The bonito was served raw which was good as it as super fresh and the super zingy and creamy dressing was tops.

Great Coffee and atmosphere, its a trendy cafe on the fringes of the city. Staff are attentive. Only negative is the flow of people in the morning, the door area gets really packed because that is where the till/serving area is located.
