Best laksa I've tried in Darwin. No wonder they won the Golden Laksa Awards. Taste is very good, broth is thick and smells good. But price is slightly higher. Would've patronized more often if the price is more affordable.

Fantastic laksa!!! I had a veggie laksa and it was stunning. Broth was thick rich and flavourful - I asked for added fresh chilli and it was perfect. Everybody was super professional and patient. It is full lunch rush, and staff were very professional and conscious of food allergy/preferences. Can't reccomend enough! Won laksa festival award recently and definitely earned it's accolades.
Edit: sorry it was soo good I only remembered to take a photo halfway through. It was hard to put the spoon down! 🥰

Having a Chicken Laksa here definitely reminds me of Malacca in Malaysia. Noodles, soup base, chicken in Laksa here is all up to the mark. 100% recommended! $19 for a bowl with 450 ml of drink, it’s not that pricy as some of the other reviews stated. Yes, let them know for more soup and less noodles if that be your preference like me. Dropping in a pice of Tofu and some roasted peanuts will take this to next level 😉

2019 and 2020 golden bowl laksa winner ... It is a must try. Friendly efficient service, reasonably priced winning dish. Smooth and creamy with a slight taste of coconut and manageable spice level... the gallery is a good location to have a meal with friends or date. Enjoy

I can see why these guys won the golden bowl for Laksa. Very delicious, friendly efficient service too.
Would recommend the chicken Laksa.
I got it take away so the photo doesn't do it justice

Delicious laksa!!! Fried onion and boiled egg we're good additions.

10/10 chicken laksa with wontons. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Creamy, salty, sweet. Egg noodles are delicious.

Always a pleasure coming to Chok's Place!! The Best Laksa in Darwin....

I got the laksa combination. Gotta say this is soul food! The broth is thick but not too thick to the point you'll get sick of eating it. It's not oily which is another plus point. Some laksa I've tried has like a thick layer of chilli oil just floating on top which is so unappetising. It's not overly sweet like most of the laksa I've tried in Darwin so far. Highly recommend it.
